The price inquiry process, allocation statement, fund allocation scheme and manager consideration, auction process and property price change are described above for the maximum benefit of creditors, debtors and managers, and the problem of difficulty in applying for redemptions is described below.

In some embodiments, the receiving module 301 in the above apparatus is further configured to: displaying a login interface after receiving information of a user logging in a bankruptcy case management platform; authenticating identity information of a user; and displaying a first bankruptcy case management interface after the authentication is passed, wherein the first bankruptcy case management interface at least comprises a network price inquiry button, a distribution scheme button and an auction setting button.
In some embodiments, the above apparatus further comprises: the display module 303: when the distribution scheme button receives the click of the user, a distribution scheme interface is displayed, and the distribution scheme interface comprises: a first region and a second region; the first region includes: a distribution list button, a fund distribution scheme button and a manager consideration button; the second area displays the contents of the allocation list; when the fund distribution scheme button receives a click of a user, the second area displays the contents of the fund distribution scheme; when the administrator reward button receives a click of the user, the second area displays the content of the administrator reward.
In some embodiments, the contents of the allocation list in the apparatus at least include: serial number, creditor name, creditor amount, actual creditor proportion, creditor type, pre-estimated allocated amount, actual allocated amount, payment status and operation.
In some embodiments, the receiving module 303 is further configured to: when receiving that a manager clicks an auction setting button, displaying an auction setting interface, wherein the auction setting interface at least comprises: a subject name box, a subject link box, a starting price box, a subject upper clap platform box, a start time box, an auction status box, and a submit button; and after receiving the target object name, the target object link, the attack price and the target object attack platform uploaded by the manager, the target object name frame, the target object link frame, the attack price frame, the target object attack platform frame, the start time frame and the auction state frame, submitting the target object name, the target object link, the attack price and the target object attack platform to the target object attack platform.
In some embodiments, the display module 303 of the apparatus is further configured to display the auction progress of the object and the property price change of the object in real time according to the object link.
In some embodiments, the display module 303 in the above apparatus is further configured to display a claims table, a financial statement and a review button submitted by a manager, where the review button receives clicks of investors and debtors, and then applies for a review to the debt table and the financial statement from a court.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including: a processor and a memory; the processor is used for executing any one of the method for realizing the bankruptcy case asset liquidation by calling the program or the instructions stored in the memory.
In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium stores a program or instructions, and the program or instructions cause a computer to execute any one of the method for implementing asset liquidation of a bankruptcy case described above.
Fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of an electronic device provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the electronic apparatus includes: at least one processor, 401, at least one memory 402, and at least one communication interface 403. The various components in the electronic device are coupled together by a bus system 404. A communication interface 403 for information transmission with an external device. It is understood that the bus system 404 is used to enable communications among the components. The bus system 404 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to a data bus. For clarity of illustration, the various buses are labeled as bus system 404 in fig. 4.
It will be appreciated that the memory 402 in this embodiment can be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or can include both volatile and nonvolatile memory.
In some embodiments, memory 402 stores the following elements, executable units or data structures, or a subset thereof, or an expanded set thereof: an operating system and an application program.
The operating system includes various system programs, such as a framework layer, a core library layer, a driver layer, and the like, and is used for implementing various basic services and processing hardware-based tasks. The application programs, including various application programs such as a Media Player (Media Player), a Browser (Browser), etc., are used to implement various application services. A program for implementing any one of the methods for updating contents of a detail page of an article provided in the embodiments of the present application may be included in an application program.
In this embodiment of the application, the processor 401 is configured to execute the steps of the embodiments of the method for implementing asset compensation of a bankruptcy case provided by the embodiment of the application by calling a program or an instruction stored in the memory 402, specifically, a program or an instruction stored in an application program.

when the user clicks the user, the large household appliance price inquiry button inquires the large household appliance price;
and when the 3C digital inquiry button receives the click of the user, the 3C digital inquiry is carried out.
Any one of the methods for implementing asset liquidation of bankruptcy cases provided by the embodiment of the present application may be applied to the processor 401, or implemented by the processor 401. The processor 401 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 401. The Processor 401 may be a general-purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The steps of any one of the method for implementing asset compensation of the bankruptcy case provided by the embodiment of the application can be directly embodied as the execution of a hardware decoding processor, or the execution of the hardware decoding processor and a software unit in the decoding processor are combined. The software elements may be located in ram, flash, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, among other storage media that are well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 402, and the processor 401 reads the information in the memory 402 and completes the steps of the method for realizing the asset liquidation of the bankruptcy case by combining with the hardware of the processor.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that although some embodiments described herein include some features included in other embodiments instead of others, combinations of features of different embodiments are meant to be within the scope of the application and form different embodiments.

Although the embodiments of the present application have been described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, those skilled in the art will be able to make various modifications and variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, and such modifications and variations are included in the specific embodiments of the present invention as defined in the appended claims, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of various equivalent modifications and substitutions within the technical scope of the present disclosure, and these modifications and substitutions are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method for realizing the asset compensation of a bankruptcy case is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the network inquiry button enters an inquiry platform interface after receiving the click of the user; the price enquiry platform interface at least comprises: real estate inquiry button, motor vehicle inquiry button, big user price inquiry button and 3C digital inquiry button;
when the real estate inquiry button receives the click of the user, real estate inquiry is carried out to obtain an inquiry result; or when the motor vehicle inquiry button receives the click of the user, the motor vehicle inquiry is carried out to obtain an inquiry result; or, when the big household appliance price inquiry button receives the click of the user, the big household appliance price inquiry is carried out to obtain an inquiry result; or, the 3C digital inquiry button performs 3C digital inquiry to obtain an inquiry result when receiving a click of the user.
2. The method for implementing bankruptcy case asset liquidation of claim 1, wherein the network enquiry button receives a click of a user, and the method further comprises:
displaying a login interface after receiving information of a user logging in a bankruptcy case management platform;
authenticating the identity information of the user;
and displaying a first bankruptcy case management interface after the authentication is passed, wherein the first bankruptcy case management interface at least comprises a network price inquiry button, a distribution scheme button and an auction setting button.
3. The method for realizing the liquidation of the bankruptcy case assets of claim 2, wherein the distribution scheme button displays a distribution scheme interface when receiving the click of the user, and the distribution scheme interface comprises: a first region and a second region;
the first region includes: an allocation statement button, a fund allocation scheme button and a manager reward button, wherein the second area displays the content of the allocation statement;
when the fund distribution scheme button receives a click of a user, the second area displays the contents of the fund distribution scheme; and when the administrator reward button receives the click of the user, the second area displays the content of the administrator reward.
4. The method for realizing the liquidation of bankruptcy case assets of claim 3,
the contents of the allocation list include at least: serial number, creditor name, creditor amount, actual creditor proportion, creditor type, pre-estimated allocated amount, actual allocated amount, payment status and operation.
