Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present application. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In order to solve the technical problems mentioned in the background art that the intelligent degree is not high and the conversion rate of the recommended function is not high when an intelligent product provides services, the present application provides a way that different guide pages can be generated for different users for the intelligent product, and a shortcut entry related to an application program can be directly displayed on a desktop according to the operation of the user on the guide page.
Therefore, on one hand, different guide pages are provided for different users, different users are introduced into different recommendation processes based on the different guide pages, the effect of thousands of people is achieved, the intelligent degree of the product when providing services is improved, on the other hand, when the product is used, the guide pages are generated and displayed for the users instead of directly entering the function interface, so that the users can obtain a service customization feeling instead of directly providing uniform default function services for all the users, and therefore the intelligent feeling of the product is further improved. On the other hand, according to the operation of the user on the guide page, a shortcut entrance related to the application program is added on the desktop, the recommendation function and the use function are linked, and the recommendation use conversion rate is improved.
The method and the apparatus for generating a shortcut entry according to the embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to specific embodiments, where an execution subject of the method for generating a shortcut entry may be any intelligent product, and the intelligent product may be a mobile phone, an intelligent robot (e.g., a hundred-degree mini robot, a millet mini robot), and the like.
Specifically, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for generating a shortcut entry according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101, receiving a user tag selected by a user.
It should be understood that the user tags are used to reflect personalized features of the user, and in different application scenarios, the user tags may include gender tags of men, women, and the like, age tags of old people, children, strong years, and the like, occupation tags of infants, primary school children, preschool children, middle school children, teachers, and the like, and one or more home identity tags of dad, mom, grandpa, master of men, master of women, and the like.
Specifically, a user tag selected by a user is received, so as to facilitate the subsequent adaptation and generation of a personalized guidance page according to the user tag, where in different application scenarios, the manner of receiving the user tag selected by the user is different, which is exemplified as follows:
example one:
in this example, as shown in fig. 2, when the intelligent product includes a display screen, a tag selection interface is presented for the user on the display screen of the product, and the tag selection interface includes a plurality of user tag controls, and a user tag is determined according to a control that the user needs to select, wherein, in order to improve the intuitiveness of the user tag selected by the user, the user tag selected by the user may be highlighted, for example, highlighted (shown in gray in the figure), or, for example, a tick mark or the like may be displayed in front of the user tag (not shown in the figure).
Of course, in this example, if the intelligent product does not include a display screen, the tag selection interface may also be displayed on the display screen of the terminal device pre-bound to the intelligent product.
Example two:
in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the voice information input by the user is received, the keyword of the voice information input by the user is extracted, and the user tag corresponding to the keyword is determined according to the preset corresponding relationship in the database.
And 102, generating the family structure information of the user according to the user label.
The family structure information in this embodiment is used to describe characteristics of the family members corresponding to the user tags, for example, the family structure information may be a young family, an old family, an infant family, a preschool child family, a primary school child family, a family with three mouths, and the like.
In an embodiment of the application, in order to further improve the sense of intelligence, a family image and welcome information may be generated according to family structure information matching, a welcome page including the family image and the welcome information is generated, and after the family structure information is determined, a welcome interface is displayed, where the family image may be determined according to the family structure information, for example, if the family structure information is a family of three people, as shown in fig. 4, the family image corresponding to the family structure information is determined to be an image of three people, and the welcome information determined for the family structure information is "wa, welcome the happy small family, i may become a family helper of your, and so on.
Specifically, the family structure information of the user can be located according to the user tag, so that personalized services can be provided according to the family structure information, each member in a family can be considered, and compared with the situation that different personalized services are matched for each individual user, the family-based personalized service system has the advantages of being higher in operability and practicability and more suitable for the application trend of the smart home at present.
It should be noted that, in different application scenarios, the manner of generating the home structure information of the user according to the user tag is also different, and the following example is illustrated:
example one:
in this example, a corresponding relationship between each piece of family structure information and a corresponding satisfaction condition is pre-constructed, for example, if the family structure information is "young family", the corresponding satisfaction condition is that the user tag includes an age tag such as a young tag and an old tag; for example, if the family structure information is "family of infant", the corresponding satisfaction condition is that the user tag includes an infant identity tag of 0-1 year old tag; for another example, if the family structure information is "senior family", the user tag only includes the senior age tag.
And matching the user label with the corresponding satisfying condition of each family structure information, and determining the family structure information according to the matching structure.
Example two:
in this example, a family structure information recognition model is trained in advance according to a large amount of sample data, and the input of the family structure information recognition model is a user tag and the output is family structure information, so that the user tag is output to the family structure information recognition model to acquire the family structure information.
And 103, generating a guide page according to the family structure information of the user.
As mentioned above, the personalized service of each member in the family can be considered, and the guidance page in this embodiment is a guidance page, and in this embodiment, the guidance page is generated according to the family structure information of the user.
The guide page aims to provide different recommendation services for the user, so that the user can conveniently select and know different services provided by subsequent products, and the use difficulty of the user is reduced.
In practical application, the types of the guidance pages are diverse, in this embodiment, the guidance pages are function recommendation service pages containing application recommendation information, different recommendation functions are provided for different users in the guidance pages, each recommendation function corresponds to at least one application, the recommended functions may be displayed in a control tag form or a text list form, when displayed in the control tag form, as shown in fig. 5-1, when the family structure information is "senior family", the guidance pages include function recommendation tags for alarm clock, health maintenance, medical treatment, and the like, and when the family structure information is "infant family", the guidance pages include function recommendation tags for sleep music playing, infant feeding teaching, and the like, as shown in fig. 5-2. The playing of the sleep music corresponds to a music playing application program, and the infant feeding teaching corresponds to a mother and infant application program and the like.
And 104, receiving the operation of the user on the guide page, and adding the shortcut entrance of the application program corresponding to the guide page to the desktop.
Specifically, after the guidance page is displayed, receiving an operation of a user on the guidance page, and adding the shortcut entry of the application program corresponding to the guidance page to the desktop, where the operation on the guidance page may be understood as a trigger operation on the control tab in fig. 5-1 and 5-2, and may also be understood as a click operation on an area where recommendation information related to the application program is located in the guidance page, and if the operation is received, adding the shortcut entry of the application program corresponding to the guidance page to the desktop.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, when the user clicks the alarm function recommendation tab shown in fig. 5-1 (the gray filling is used to indicate selection in the figure), the shortcut entry of the alarm application program is displayed for the user on the desktop, so that the user does not need to execute the corresponding step of installing the corresponding application program, the operation convenience of the user is improved, the adding action of the shortcut entry of the relevant application program can be directly performed on the guidance page, and the conversion rate of the application program is improved.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the guidance page is a gift package page, referring to fig. 7, the gift package page has a gift package receiving button that can be displayed in any other shape besides the shape of the gift package in fig. 7, and after the gift package receiving button is triggered by a user, a shortcut entry of an application program corresponding to the gift package is added to the desktop and the gift package is stored in the application program.
Based on the above description, generating a corresponding guidance page for the user may guide the user to better use a product, and also improve the matching degree between the product and the user, but the display timing of the guidance page obviously also has an important meaning on the role of the guidance page, and therefore, in order to further improve the user experience, the guidance page may occur in the user registration phase. Therefore, the user is shunted to different recommendation processes in the registration stage, the user requirements are mined on the basis of avoiding disturbing the user, and the subsequent products are convenient to provide targeted personalized services for the user.
As shown in fig. 8, after the product is started, a welcome video is played, and when the welcome video is played, the product is networked, and then account numbers of the product are bound, after a user selects a user tag, the user determines family structure information according to the user tag, and determines a guidance page corresponding to the user according to the family structure information, when the guidance page is the gift package page mentioned in fig. 7, when a gift package receiving button is triggered, if the information winning the lessons of the class application a is triggered, a shortcut entry of the application a is added to a desktop of the product, and the information can be stored in the application a in the lessons, which is convenient for the user to use subsequently, thereby realizing the conversion of the application a.
To sum up, the method for generating the shortcut entry according to the embodiment of the present application generates the family structure information corresponding to the user according to the user tag after receiving the user tag selected by the user, generates the guide page adapted to the family where the user is located by combining the family structure information of the user, further receives the operation of the user on the guide page, and adds the shortcut entry of the application program corresponding to the guide page to the desktop. Therefore, on one hand, different guide pages are actively provided for the user according to different selections of the user, the intelligent sense of interaction with the user is improved, the service effect of thousands of people is achieved, on the other hand, according to the operation of the user on the guide pages, a quick entry related to the application program is added on a desktop, the recommendation function and the use function are linked, and the recommendation use conversion rate is improved.
Based on the above embodiments, it is understood that the correspondence between the guidance page and the family structure information realizes the personalized effect of thousands of people, and in the actual execution process, the guidance page can be generated according to the family structure information of the user in different ways according to different scene needs, which is illustrated in the following example:
example one:
in this example, the guidance page is generated by building a self-learning model in advance.
Specifically, first, a self-learning model is trained, as shown in fig. 9, and in some possible embodiments, the training method of the self-learning model includes the following steps:
step 201, receiving the operation of the user on the guide page.
Specifically, receiving the operation of the user on the guide page, wherein the operation can include whether the user performs the operation or not
Clicking controls in the guide page, clicking the number of controls in the guide page by a user, browsing the guide page by the user, and the like.
And step 202, judging the satisfaction degree of the user on the guide page according to the operation of the user on the guide page.
Specifically, the operation of the user on the guide page directly reflects the satisfaction degree of the user on the guide page, for example, the more the user clicks the number of controls in the guide page, the higher the satisfaction degree of the user on the guide page is indicated, so the satisfaction degree of the user on the guide page is judged according to the operation of the user on the guide page, for example, when the number of the operations is multiple, preset weights corresponding to different operations are inquired, and the satisfaction degree of the user on the guide page is determined according to the corresponding relationship between the preset weights and the satisfaction degree.
And step 203, correcting the self-learning model according to the satisfaction degree of the user on the guide page and the family structure information of the user.
Specifically, relevant parameters of the self-learning model are corrected according to the satisfaction degree of the user on the guidance page and the family structure information of the user, for example, when the satisfaction degree of the user is lower than a preset threshold value, the relevant parameters of the self-learning model can be changed, so that the self-learning model can input the guidance page with high user satisfaction degree.
Secondly, after obtaining the self-learning model, inputting the family structure information of the user into the self-learning model, and selecting one of a plurality of preset candidate guidance pages as a guidance page according to an output result of the self-learning model, wherein, as shown in fig. 10, in some possible examples, the output result of the self-learning model may score a probability for each candidate guidance page of the plurality of candidate guidance pages, so that a candidate guidance page with the highest probability score is used as the guidance page.
In some scenarios, the required guidance page may be different between different users with the same family structure information due to different conditions of the users themselves, for example, for user a, although the family structure is a youth family, the income level is low, and therefore the user a may be more interested in a gift package page, and for user B, although the family structure is also a youth family, the occupation in which the family members are engaged is a technical industry, the user B may be more interested in a query word prompt page, and therefore, errors caused by determining the guidance page only according to the family structure information can be avoided.
In some possible examples, as shown in fig. 11, a user model of the user in another application program may also be obtained according to login information of the user (for example, user account information and the like), where the user model reflects that operation information of the user in the other application program summarizes attribute information, such as family preference information, occupation and the like, corresponding to the user, and therefore, in this embodiment, the self-learning model generates the guidance page according to the family structure information and the user model, so as to ensure that the guidance page is more consistent with the user requirement.
In this example, the scores of the guidance pages corresponding to each type of home configuration information are counted in advance, and the guidance page having the highest evaluation of home configuration information similar to that of the current user is determined from the score information and is the guidance page corresponding to the home configuration information of the current user.
In summary, the method for generating the shortcut entrance in the embodiment of the present application generates the guidance page according to the family structure information, thereby ensuring that the guidance page is matched with the family structure of the user, and improving the user experience and the product intelligence.
