Referring to fig. 8, two groups of locking members 9 are arranged on the bottom plate 1, each locking member 9 comprises a locking rod 91 and mounting blocks 92, each group of locking members 9 is provided with two mounting blocks 92, and the two mounting blocks 92 are respectively rotatably connected to two ends of the locking rod 91 in the length direction; mounting grooves 11 are formed in two sides of the bottom plate 1 in the width direction, the mounting grooves 11 are used for allowing the mounting blocks 92 to slide, the mounting grooves 11 are formed in the length direction of the bottom plate 1, accommodating grooves 12 are formed in two ends of the bottom plate 1 in the length direction, and the accommodating grooves 12 are used for allowing the locking rods 91 to be embedded; so that when both the two sets of guard rails 3 are completely received, the locking bar 91 is held, so that the mounting block 92 slides along the inside of the mounting groove 11 toward the side close to the receiving groove 12 until the locking bar 91 is separated from the inside of the receiving groove 12; then, the locking lever 91 is rotated to allow the locking lever 91 to be sleeved outside the guard rail 3, and finally, the locking lever 91 is held to allow the mounting block 92 to slide along the inside of the mounting groove 11 toward the side away from the receiving groove 12, so that the guard rail 3 after being stored is fixed by the locking lever 91.
Referring to fig. 9, a side of the locking rod 91 far away from the bottom plate 1 is provided with a stabilizing rod 13, and two ends of the bottom plate 1 in the length direction are provided with fastening rods 14; fastening holes 131 are formed in two ends of the fixing rod 13 in the length direction, the fastening holes 131 are used for allowing the fastening rod 14 to penetrate through, and fastening nuts 141 are connected to the side wall threads of the fastening rod 14; so that, after the locking bar 91 is fitted into the receiving groove 12, one end of the fastening bar 14, which is away from the bottom plate 1, passes through the inside of the fastening hole 131, and then the fastening nut 141 is screwed to the sidewall of the fastening bar 14 until the sides of the fastening nut 141 and the stabilizing bar 13, which are close to each other, abut, thereby enhancing the stability of the locking bar 91 in the receiving groove 12.
