技术领域
本发明属于铁镍基合金板轧制技术领域,特别涉及一种825铁镍基合金热连轧板卷制备工艺。
背景技术
825铁镍基合金是一种添加Mo、Cu和钛的镍-铁-铬固溶强化镍基耐蚀合金,该合金是为在还原性和氧化性两种介质中使用而开发的,具有抗氯离子应力腐蚀开裂、抗点蚀、抗缝隙腐蚀和许多腐蚀性溶液的能力,还具有良好的耐硫酸、耐磷酸性,对各种酸液均有一定的耐蚀性;常见的825热轧板加工形式为单机架可逆轧机轧制(片式轧制),相比较具有能耗高、同批次质量不稳定、成材率较低等缺点;
同时在板材轧制传输过程中往往会出现板材翘头的现象,翘头过高则会顶触其他机构,进而影响下一轧制机构的轧制,所以需要经板材翘头部分进行平整。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中不足,提供一种825铁镍基合金热连轧板卷制备工艺,具有能耗低、生产效率高、批次稳定、成材率高以及尺寸精度高等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种825铁镍基合金热连轧板卷制备工艺,化学成分重量百分比为C≤0.03%,Mn≤1.00%,Ni:38~46%,Mo≤4%,Si≤0.5%,Cr:19.5~23.5%,N:0.18~0.22%,Cu:1.5~3.0%,P≤0.03%,S≤0.01%,Al≤0.2%,Ti:0.6~1.2%,其余为Fe元素和其他不可避免的杂质;
其工艺步骤为:
1)准备上述组分的原材料至加热炉进行加热;其加热步骤依次分为预热段、加热一段、加热二段、均热段;板坯厚度为210-230mm;预热段,温度控制在600-700℃,加热时间为75-80min;预热完成后进入加热一段,温度控制在1120-1140℃,加热时间为40-55min;加热一段完成后进入加热二段,温度控制在1250-1290℃,加热时间为35-40min;加热段完成后进入均热段,温度控制在1260-1280℃,加热时间为35-45min;总在炉时间185-210min;
2)粗轧:加热后的毛坯经过传输辊传送至粗轧机,传送装置上设有相应的保温罩;进过粗轧机若干道次的粗轧后,中间坯厚度20-30mm;
3)精轧及翘头平整:经过传输进入精轧机构,精轧机构采用七道机架轧制;机架之间设有翘头平整装置对板材翘头部位进行平整;精轧开轧温度为1040-1060℃;精轧结束温度>950℃;每道精轧机架压下率为分别为22-25%,24-28%,23-25%,21-24%,19-23%,15.5-17%,15-18%;
翘头平整装置固定在传输架上;翘头平整装置内设有转动机构、弧形板、压辊;所述转动机构包括转动辊Ⅰ、固定臂、转动辊Ⅱ;转动辊Ⅰ两端各设有一条转动辊Ⅱ;所述固定臂设有两组,并对称固定在转动辊Ⅰ两端,每组固定臂中设有若干固定臂并均匀固定在转动辊Ⅰ上;固定臂一端设有卡块,通过螺栓进行固定;固定臂内侧设有固定轴,固定轴上设有固定帽并通过螺栓相互固定;转动辊Ⅰ两端的转动辊Ⅱ穿过固定座Ⅱ和固定座Ⅰ并且两者通过轴承活动连接;固定座Ⅰ一端的转动辊Ⅱ上设有齿轮,通过链条与电机轴端齿轮连接;所述压辊两端设有转轴,压辊通过转轴和轴承活动连接固定臂一端,通过卡块将压辊和轴承固定;弧形板两端活动连接固定臂,并且弧形板位于压辊上方,弧形板上设有铲刀;卡块上设有插块与固定臂契合;
4)卷取:精轧后进入卷取机构进行卷取;
5)开卷:通过开卷机对板卷进行放卷:
6)焊接:通过焊接机构将相邻两组钢板进行焊接固定,便于钢板整体酸洗;
7)退火:通过退火机构对铁镍基合金板进行退火处理,然后进行水冷;
8)破磷抛丸;通过抛丸机对退火后的铁镍基合金板进行抛丸处理;
9)酸洗:通过酸洗机构对铁镍基合金板进行酸洗去除氧化皮;通过酸洗机构对铁镍基合金板进行酸洗去除氧化皮;酸洗工艺设有混酸一段,混酸二段;混酸一段HNO3浓度为45±5g/L,HF浓度为7±1g/L,金属离子<35g/L,温度40±5℃;混酸二段HNO3浓度为65±5g/L,HF浓度<1.0g/L,金属离子<30g/L,温度30±5℃;
10)烘干:通过清洗机构对酸洗后的铁镍基合金板进行清洗,然后通过烘干***对铁镍基合金板进行烘干后再进行卷取处理。
本发明与现有技术相比较有益效果表现在:
1)本发明采用在热连轧生产线上生产825带卷,并且后续将带卷固溶酸洗,具有能耗低、生产效率高、批次稳定、成材率高以及尺寸精度高等优点,能够获得质量数据更优异的825热轧酸洗带卷。
2)轧制过程中使用翘头平整装置对板材翘头部分进行平整;通过高度控制机构控制转动机构的高度以符合平整板材翘头的高度要求,然后通过电机带动转动机构转动,进而带动压辊对板材翘头部分进行重复性转动平整。

实施例1:
一种825铁镍基合金热连轧板卷制备工艺,化学成分重量百分比为C=0.015%,Mn=0.52%,Ni=39.166%,Mo=3.25%,Si=0.40%,Cr=20.45%,N=0.192%,Cu=2.0%,P=0.022%,S=0.003%,Al=0.12%,Ti=0.98%,其余为Fe元素和其他不可避免的杂质;
其工艺步骤为:
1)准备上述组分的原材料至加热炉进行加热;其加热步骤依次分为预热段、加热一段、加热二段、均热段;板坯厚度为220m;预热段,温度控制在645℃,加热时间为78min;预热完成后进入加热一段,温度控制在1125℃,加热时间为42min;加热一段完成后进入加热二段,温度控制在1285℃,加热时间为38min;加热段完成后进入均热段,温度控制在1270℃,加热时间为35min;总在炉时间193min;
2)粗轧:加热后的毛坯经过传输辊传送至粗轧机,传送装置上设有相应的保温罩;进过粗轧机若干道次的粗轧后,中间坯厚度24mm;
3)精轧及翘头平整:经过传输进入精轧机构,精轧机构采用七道机架轧制;机架之间设有翘头平整装置对板材翘头部位进行平整;精轧开轧温度为1055℃;精轧结束温度=970℃;每道精轧机架压下率为分别为23%,27.8%,23.5%,23%,21.4%,16%,15.5%;
翘头平整装置固定在传输架2上;翘头平整装置内设有转动机构5、弧形板8、压辊7;所述转动机构5包括转动辊Ⅰ501、固定臂502、转动辊Ⅱ503;转动辊Ⅰ501两端各设有一条转动辊Ⅱ503;所述固定臂502设有两组,并对称固定在转动辊Ⅰ501两端,每组固定臂502中设有若干固定臂502并均匀固定在转动辊Ⅰ501上;固定臂502一端设有卡块5021,通过螺栓进行固定;固定臂502内侧设有固定轴5022,固定轴5022上设有固定帽50221并通过螺栓相互固定;转动辊Ⅰ501两端的转动辊Ⅱ503穿过固定座Ⅱ和固定座Ⅰ并且两者通过轴承活动连接;固定座Ⅰ一端的转动辊Ⅱ上设有齿轮,通过链条与电机3轴端齿轮连接;通过电机3提供动力带动转动辊Ⅰ501转动;所述压辊7两端设有转轴,压辊7通过转轴和轴承活动连接固定臂502一端,通过卡块5021将压辊7和轴承固定,同时卡块5021的使用便于压辊7的更换维护;弧形板8两端活动连接固定臂502,并且弧形板8位于压辊7上方,弧形板8上设有铲刀;卡块5021上设有插块50211与固定臂502契合,方便卡块5021的装卸。
当镍基合金板9经过机架1上的轧制机构轧制并在传输架2上传输时,镍基合金板9的端部会出现翘头现象,然后通过高度控制机构4控制固定架6上转动机构5的高度,再通过电机3带动转动机构5转动进而带动压辊7对翘头部分进行平整,然后通过弧形板8上的铲刀对压辊7上粘贴氧化皮等杂物进行铲除清理。
4)卷取:精轧后进入卷取机构进行卷取;
5)开卷:通过开卷机对板卷进行放卷:
6)焊接:通过焊接机构将相邻两组钢板进行焊接固定,便于钢板整体酸洗;
7)退火:通过退火机构对铁镍基合金板进行退火处理,然后进行水冷;

实施例2:
与实施例1相比较所不同的是:
步骤1)中预热段,温度控制在680℃,加热时间为75min;预热完成后进入加热一段,温度控制在1135℃,加热时间为40min;加热一段完成后进入加热二段,温度控制在1275℃,加热时间为35min;加热段完成后进入均热段,温度控制在1265℃,加热时间为38min;总在炉时间188min;
步骤3)中精轧:经过传输进入精轧机构,精轧机构采用七道机架轧制;精轧开轧温度为1045℃;精轧结束温度=955℃;每道精轧机架压下率为分别为22.5%,28%,23.25%,22.5%,22%,16.2%,15.8%;
实施例3:
与实施例1相比较所不同的是:
步骤1)中预热段,温度控制在600-700℃,加热时间为73min;预热完成后进入加热一段,温度控制在1120-1140℃,加热时间为48.5min;加热一段完成后进入加热二段,温度控制在1250-1290℃,加热时间为37min;加热段完成后进入均热段,温度控制在1260-1280℃,加热时间为42min;总在炉时间200.5min;
步骤3)中精轧:经过传输进入精轧机构,精轧机构采用七道机架轧制;精轧开轧温度为1058℃;精轧结束温度=968℃;每道精轧机架压下率为分别为23.35%,27.85%,24.2%,23.5%,20.55%,16.5%,16%;
依据GB/T2054-2013对实施例1、实施例2、实施例3进行力学性能检测,所得结果如表一所示:

Claims (2)

1.一种825铁镍基合金热连轧板卷制备工艺,其特征在于化学成分重量百分比为C≤0.03%,Mn≤1.00%,Ni:38~46%,Mo≤4%,Si≤0.5%,Cr:19.5~23.5%,N:0.18~0.22%,Cu:1.5~3.0%,P≤0.03%,S≤0.01%,Al≤0.2%,Ti:0.6~1.2%,其余为Fe元素和其他不可避免的杂质;
其工艺步骤为:
1)准备上述组分的原材料至加热炉进行加热;其加热步骤依次分为预热段、加热一段、加热二段、均热段;板坯厚度为210-230mm;预热段,温度控制在600-700℃,加热时间为75-80min;预热完成后进入加热一段,温度控制在1120-1140℃,加热时间为40-55min;加热一段完成后进入加热二段,温度控制在1250-1290℃,加热时间为35-40min;加热段完成后进入均热段,温度控制在1260-1280℃,加热时间为35-45min;总在炉时间185-210min;
2)粗轧:加热后的毛坯经过传输辊传送至粗轧机,传送装置上设有相应的保温罩;进过粗轧机若干道次的粗轧后,中间坯厚度20-30mm;
3)精轧及翘头平整:经过传输进入精轧机构,精轧机构采用七道机架轧制;机架之间设有翘头平整装置对板材翘头部位进行平整;精轧开轧温度为1040-1060℃;精轧结束温度>950℃;每道精轧机架压下率为分别为22-25%,24-28%,23-25%,21-24%,19-23%,15.5-17%,15-18%;
4)卷取:精轧后进入卷取机构进行卷取;
5)开卷:通过开卷机对板卷进行放卷:
6)焊接:通过焊接机构将相邻两组钢板进行焊接固定,便于钢板整体酸洗;
7)退火:通过退火机构对铁镍基合金板进行退火处理,然后进行水冷;
8)破磷抛丸;通过抛丸机对退火后的铁镍基合金板进行抛丸处理;
9)酸洗:通过酸洗机构对铁镍基合金板进行酸洗去除氧化皮,酸洗工艺设有混酸一段,混酸二段;
10)烘干:通过清洗机构对酸洗后的铁镍基合金板进行清洗,然后通过烘干***对铁镍基合金板进行烘干后再进行卷取处理;
所述翘头平整装置固定在传输架上;翘头平整装置内设有转动机构、弧形板、压辊;所述转动机构包括转动辊Ⅰ、固定臂、转动辊Ⅱ;转动辊Ⅰ两端各设有一条转动辊Ⅱ;所述固定臂设有两组,并对称固定在转动辊Ⅰ两端,每组固定臂中设有若干固定臂并均匀固定在转动辊Ⅰ上;固定臂一端设有卡块,通过螺栓进行固定;固定臂内侧设有固定轴,固定轴上设有固定帽并通过螺栓相互固定;转动辊Ⅰ两端的转动辊Ⅱ穿过固定座Ⅱ和固定座Ⅰ并且两者通过轴承活动连接;固定座Ⅰ一端的转动辊Ⅱ上设有齿轮,通过链条与电机轴端齿轮连接;所述压辊两端设有转轴,压辊通过转轴和轴承活动连接固定臂一端,通过卡块将压辊和轴承固定;弧形板两端活动连接固定臂,并且弧形板位于压辊上方,弧形板上设有铲刀;卡块上设有插块与固定臂契合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种825铁镍基合金热连轧板卷制备工艺,其特征在于步骤9)中混酸一段HNO3浓度为45±5g/L,HF浓度为7±1g/L,金属离子<35g/L,温度40±5℃;混酸二段HNO3浓度为65±5g/L,HF浓度<1.0g/L,金属离子<30g/L,温度30±5℃。
