Abstract

Background
The organic fertilizer has various treatment methods, including an EM composting method, a fermentation ripening composting method, a factory harmless treatment method and the like, wherein the treatment methods all need to ferment the organic fertilizer raw material, and the factory harmless treatment method even needs to perform steam sterilization; the existing organic fertilizer fermentation equipment mostly adopts manual collection of temperature and humidity of the fertilizer for collection, and manual management and control of the temperature and humidity of the fertilizer; because the organic fertilizer has large one-time output, the area required by production is large, the fertilizer is monitored manually, the labor intensity of technicians is high, meanwhile, the labor cannot be monitored accurately in all directions, and the quality of finished products is uneven, therefore, the adjusting device for the closed fermentation organic fertilizer and the adjusting method thereof are designed.

fifth step: after the sprinkling is finished, the sprocket drive mechanism 634 rotates reversely to drive the sprinkling pipeline 631 to ascend so as to reset the sprinkling pipeline 631.
