s4: directly discharging the filter residue part of the sewage subjected to automatic solid-liquid filter pressing separation, and discharging the liquid part into a clean water tank and an MBR (membrane bioreactor) tank for retreatment through an MBR membrane system;
s5: liquid treated in the MBR membrane system enters a self-priming pump and is discharged to obtain water up to standard.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides an electrochemical-body sewage treatment device and method, which have the following beneficial effects:
1. the electrochemical-integrated sewage treatment device comprises a lift pump, an electrochemical flocculator, an automatic solid-liquid filter-pressing separator, a clean water tank, a filtering device, an MBR membrane tank, an automatic control system and the like, all the components are highly integrated on the same base, the device has small appearance, extremely high treatment capacity, high sewage treatment efficiency, small equipment volume, small occupied area and saving of a large amount of resources.
2. The electrochemical-body sewage treatment device and the method adopt electrochemical flocculation treatment when removing suspended matters in water, do not need to add medicaments to cause secondary pollution to water, and have no influence on water quality.
3. The electrochemical-body sewage treatment device and the electrochemical-body sewage treatment method have high automation degree, can automatically adjust when the treated water quality is changed, and ensure that the effluent index is qualified.

The working principle is as follows: when the electrochemical-solid sewage treatment device and the method are used, the electrochemical integrated sewage treatment device comprises a lift pump, an electrochemical flocculator 6, an automatic solid-liquid filter-press separator, a clean water tank, a filter device 2, an MBR membrane tank, an automatic control system and the like, all parts are highly integrated on the same base, the device has small appearance and high treatment capacity, when in use, sewage in the sewage tank enters the electrochemical flocculator 6 through the lift pump, the control system automatically detects the solid content in the sewage and enables suspended matters in the sewage to be aggregated into precipitable particles, in addition, the control system can automatically detect the SS content in the sewage, a certain current is supplied to a polar plate according to the detected value, a certain amount of charges are generated between a cathode plate and an anode plate, the suspended matters in the sewage are rapidly aggregated to form precipitable large particles, and the large particles are separated by the automatic solid-liquid filter-press of the next stage, through a series of electrochemical reactions, grease, heavy metals and color in water can be removed, and bacteria and the like in water can be killed; the solid particles flocculated in the electrochemical flocculator 6 are fed into an automatic solid-liquid separator 7 for filtration, and the automatic solid-liquid filter-pressing separation is composed of a filter plate, a frame, a hydraulic pressing device, a solid dropping device and the like, and mainly separates the particles in the water treated by the previous stage from the water in a solid form, the solid is transported out for treatment, and the separated water enters a clean water tank; through the sewage after automatic solid-liquid filter-pressing separation, the filter residue part is directly discharged, the liquid part is discharged into a clean water tank and is retreated through an MBR membrane system 5 with the MBR tank, and the liquid after treatment in the MBR membrane system 5 enters into a self-priming pump and is discharged to obtain water up to standard.
