Further, the steering hydraulic cylinder 523 is disposed below the frame body 1 and between the two steering wheels 3, the steering hydraulic cylinder 523 is connected to one of the steering wheels 3, and the two steering wheels 3 are connected through a connecting bridge 31.
In this embodiment, the oil pump motor set 522 delivers the oil in the oil tank 521 to the steering hydraulic cylinder 523 and the horizontal adjustment hydraulic cylinder 524 through pipelines, so as to control the steering of the steering wheel 3 and the adjustment of the clamping fixture 4. The steering wheels 3 are pushed and pulled by the telescopic steering hydraulic cylinders 523 connected with the steering wheels to realize the steering of the two steering wheels, so that the steering of the whole vehicle body is realized. Similarly, the adjustment of the clamping fixture 4 is also realized by the telescopic pushing and pulling of the horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinder 524 connected with the clamping fixture to meet the requirements of carrying different workpieces, and the specific working process is as follows: when the horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinder 524 is in an extended state, the distance between the clamping fixtures 4 becomes smaller; when the horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinder 524 is in a contracted state, the distance between the clamping fixtures 4 is increased.
Further, there are two motor speed reducers 51, each of the driving wheels 2 is connected to one of the motor speed reducers 51, and the two motor speed reducers 51 are respectively disposed below the frame body 1 and between the two driving wheels 2.
Further, a casing is arranged below the frame body 1, and the oil tank 521 and the oil pump motor set 522 are arranged in the casing.
Further, the hydraulic system 52 further includes a hydraulic lock 525, and the hydraulic lock 525 is disposed on a pipeline between the oil pump motor set 522 and the horizontal adjustment hydraulic cylinder 524.
Further, the hydraulic system 52 further includes two synchronous motors 526, two horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinders 524 are provided, each of the clamping fixtures 4 is connected to one of the horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinders 524, and the synchronous motors 526 are connected to the two horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinders 524.
In addition, in the embodiment, the hydraulic system 52 is further provided with an electromagnetic spill valve 527 after the oil pump motor set 522, and the electromagnetic spill valve 527 is used as a hydraulic pressure control valve and can play the roles of constant pressure spill, pressure stabilization, system unloading and safety protection in the hydraulic system 52. And, the hydraulic system 52 also sets up the choke 528 on the pipeline between the motor set 522 of the oil pump and the steering hydraulic cylinder 523, can change the liquid flowrate in the hydraulic system 52 through the control to the throttle cross section or length, thus play a role in throttling and governing speed, prevent the steering hydraulic cylinder 523 from moving too hard to cause the damage to the steering wheel 3, the choke 528 can also play a role in the pressure buffer to the liquid in the hydraulic system 52. Meanwhile, the hydraulic system 52 is further provided with an air cooler 529, namely a hydraulic fan and the like, so that damage caused by excessive heat generation in the working process of each component in the hydraulic system 52 is prevented.
Furthermore, the front end and the rear end of the frame main body 1 are respectively provided with an infrared sensor 7, and the infrared sensors 7 are connected with the power supply control system.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the clamping fixtures 4 are provided with an inclined surface 41, a vertical surface 42 is provided at a position opposite to the inclined surface 41, the inclined surfaces 41 of the two clamping fixtures 4 are arranged in a U shape, the vertical surface 42 of each clamping fixture 4 is connected to one horizontal adjustment hydraulic cylinder 524, and the horizontal adjustment hydraulic cylinders 524 are connected to the middle of the vertical surfaces 42 of each clamping fixture.

The trackless electric flat carriage with the flexible clamping function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the hydraulic system comprises an oil tank, an oil pump motor set, a steering hydraulic cylinder and a horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinder, the oil tank is connected with the oil pump motor set, the oil pump motor set is connected with the steering hydraulic cylinder and the horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinder through pipelines, the steering hydraulic cylinder is connected with the steering wheels, and the horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinder is connected with the two clamping clamps.

A trackless electric flat carriage with flexible clamping function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the steering hydraulic cylinder is disposed under the carriage body and between two of the steering wheels, the steering hydraulic cylinder is connected to one of the steering wheels, and the two steering wheels are connected through a connecting bridge.

6. A trackless electric flat carriage with flexible clamping function as claimed in claim 5, wherein a housing is provided under the carriage body, and the oil tank and the oil pump motor set are provided in the housing.

A trackless electric flat carriage with a flexible clamping function according to claim 4, characterized in that the hydraulic system further comprises a hydraulic lock, and the hydraulic lock is arranged on a pipeline between the oil pump motor set and the horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinder.

A trackless electric flat carriage with flexible blocking function as claimed in claim 4, wherein the hydraulic system further comprises two horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinders, each blocking clamp is connected to one of the horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinders, and the synchronous motor is connected to both horizontal adjusting hydraulic cylinders.
