The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Unless otherwise specified, the front-rear direction in the present application is the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, i.e., the X direction; the left and right directions are the transverse direction of the vehicle, namely the Y direction; the up-down direction is the vertical direction of the vehicle, i.e., the Z direction.
A cup holder assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1-14, the cup holder assembly 100 being used to hold a cup 101. Wherein, when cup 101 is not placed in saucer assembly 100, its saucer chamber 11 is hidden invisible, outside visual effect preferred, and place cup 101 in saucer chamber 11 when, cup 101 can lock well in saucer chamber 11, be difficult for deviating from by oneself, guarantee that cup 101 places stably, and cup 101 can not bulge in saucer chamber 11, can realize hiding of cup 101, promote product visual effect and science and technology and feel, it is more convenient to make hidden saucer use, and jaw mechanism 50 can keep cup 101 in the saucer intracavity steadily, be difficult for rocking.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, a cup holder assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the cup holder comprises a cup holder body 10, a tray mechanism 20, an elastic reset piece 30, a locking mechanism 40 and a claw mechanism 50.
The cup holder body 10 is mounted on the console or the control panel, and the cup holder body 10 can be connected with the console or the control panel through a threaded fastener or directly integrated with the console or the control panel. As shown in fig. 1, the cup stand body 10 has a cup stand cavity 11 with an open upper end, the cup stand cavity 11 is used for placing the cup body 101, and a user can install the cup body 101 into the cup stand cavity 11 from the upper side of the cup stand body 10 and can flexibly take out the cup body 101, so that the user can place the cup body 101 more conveniently. Wherein, cup 101 can include drinking cup, bottled or canned beverage to and user's other column article, certainly, the user also can place other article in saucer chamber 11 according to actual demand, so that saucer chamber 11 is as the storing chamber, thereby promotes user's use experience.
As shown in fig. 1, the tray mechanism 20 is movably mounted in the cup holder cavity 11, that is, the tray mechanism 20 can move in the cup holder cavity 11 relative to the cup holder body 10, for example, the tray mechanism 20 can move axially upward or axially downward in the cup holder cavity 11, that is, the tray mechanism 20 can lift or lower in the cup holder cavity 11.
The tray mechanism 20 is used to close the upper end of the cup holder body 10, that is, when the cup holder cavity 11 is not used for placing the cup body 101 or other articles, the tray mechanism 20 can be moved axially upward to the upper end of the cup holder cavity 11, so as to close the upper end of the cup holder cavity 11, that is, to hide the cup holder cavity 11 from view. Like this, when not using the saucer assembly 100, can realize the function that the saucer chamber 11 can be hidden to promote the visual effect and the science and technology of saucer assembly 100 and feel, guarantee the visual travelling comfort of user in the car.
As shown in fig. 1, the elastic restoring member 30 is mounted on the cup holder body 10, wherein the elastic restoring member 30 can elastically extend and contract along an axial direction of the cup holder cavity 11 in the cup holder cavity 11. And the elastic resetting piece 30 is used for applying an elastic force which is pre-tightened towards the upper end of the cup stand cavity 11 to the tray mechanism 20, so that the tray mechanism 20 always seals the upper end of the cup stand cavity 11, and the function that the cup stand cavity 11 can be hidden is further effectively embodied. That is, when the cup body 101 is not placed in the cup holder cavity 11, the elastic restoring member 30 makes the tray mechanism 20 remain at the upper end of the cup holder cavity 11 by using its own elastic force, so that the upper end opening of the cup holder cavity 11 is not visible, thereby realizing the function of hiding the cup holder cavity 11.
Wherein, cup 101 is suitable for to support to press in tray mechanism 20 extends to saucer chamber 11 in order to overcome elastic force to make cup 101 place and have the sense of impressing in saucer chamber 11 in-process, thereby avoid when placing cup 101, cup 101 extends to saucer chamber 11 too fast in, leads to the condition that rigid collision appears with saucer body 10 inner wall in cup 101, improves the security that the structure set up. In addition, when taking out cup 101, elasticity resets and upwards supports to press tray mechanism 20 to make tray mechanism 20 and cup 101 upward movement, realize that cup 101's automation stretches out, make taking out of cup 101 more convenient, promote user experience.
As shown in fig. 1, the locking mechanism 40 is used to selectively lock the tray mechanism 20 in the cup holder cavity 11, wherein the locking mechanism 40 may be disposed at a position close to the lower end of the cup holder body 10, so as to lock the tray mechanism 20 by the locking mechanism 40 when the cup holder and tray mechanism 20 moves downward to the lower end of the cup holder cavity 11. That is, when the cup body 101 is placed in the cup holder cavity 11, the locking mechanism 40 is locked, and the locking mechanism 40 locks the tray mechanism 20 at the lower end of the cup holder cavity 11, so that the cup body 101 is more stably held in the cup holder cavity 11; when the cup body 101 is taken out, the locking mechanism 40 is opened, and the elastic resetting piece 30 automatically supports the tray mechanism 20, so that the cup body 101 extends out of the cup holder cavity 11, and meanwhile, the tray mechanism 20 is closed at the upper end of the cup holder cavity 11.
It can be understood that, when placing the cup 101 in the cup stand cavity 11, the cup 101 abuts against the tray mechanism 20, so that the tray mechanism 20 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic resetting piece 30, so that the tray mechanism 20 moves downward in the cup stand cavity 11 along with the cup 101, and when the cup 101 extends into the cup stand cavity 11 completely, the tray mechanism 20 contacts with the locking mechanism 40, at this time, the locking mechanism 40 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic resetting piece 30, after the user removes the pressure on the cup 101, the locking mechanism 40 can lock the tray mechanism 20 at the lower end of the cup stand cavity 11, so that the cup 101 is kept in the cup stand cavity 11 and cannot be automatically released.
It should be noted that, the axial length in saucer cavity 11 is greater than the axial length sum of the axial length of tray mechanism 20 and cup 101, that is to say, after cup 101 extends to saucer cavity 11, the upper end of cup 101 is located saucer cavity 11 and can not bulge in cup 101 cavity to realize hiding of cup 101, and then avoid protruding to the car inner space when cup 101 places effectively, promote product visual effect, make and hide the saucer and use more convenient.
It can be understood that, during the process of placing the cup 101, the deformation amount of the elastic restoring member 30 is increased, and the elastic force of the elastic restoring member 30 to the tray mechanism 20 is gradually increased. Like this, when taking out cup 101, open locking mechanical system 40, locking mechanical system 40 no longer has the binding power to tray mechanism 20, tray mechanism 20 releases the locking with the 11 lower extremes in saucer chamber promptly, and then make tray mechanism 20 and cup 101 under the elastic force effect of elasticity piece 30 that resets, cup 101 moves up along with tray mechanism 20, make cup 101 automatic stretch out saucer chamber 11, be convenient for the user take out cup 101, elasticity piece 30 that resets simultaneously makes tray mechanism 20 keep in saucer chamber 11 upper end, saucer chamber 11 hides once more invisibly, realize the elasticity reset effect of tray mechanism 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the jaw mechanism 50 is installed in the cup stand body 10, and the jaw mechanism 50 is used for elastically abutting against the outer peripheral wall of the cup body 101, so that the cup body 101 is pre-tightened in the cup stand cavity 11, thereby preventing the cup body 101 from shaking in the cup stand cavity 11, and improving the user experience. It will be appreciated that the design of the cup holder body 10 and the structure of the cup holder cavity 11 are not designed for a particular diameter or size of cup 101. Consequently, when the user placed different cup 101 or article in saucer chamber 11, very easily there is the clearance between the inner wall in cup 101 or article and saucer chamber 11, the unstable condition of installation appears, and support in order to carry out elasticity to cup 101 through setting up jaw mechanism 50 in this application, can avoid cup 101 to rock in saucer chamber 11, and when different cup 101 lay, the homoenergetic can be placed stably, does benefit to the travelling comfort that promotes the user and use.
According to the cup holder assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, a user can press the cup body 101 against the tray mechanism 20 to extend into the cup holder cavity 11 against the acting force of the elastic resetting piece 30, and the tray mechanism 20 and the cup body 101 can be locked in the cup holder cavity 11 through the locking mechanism 40, so that the cup holder is hidden and invisible, and when the locking mechanism 40 is unlocked, the cup body 101 can automatically extend out to be taken out by the user conveniently, so that the cup body 101 can be lifted, picked and placed conveniently, the cup body 101 can be placed and taken out more conveniently, the cup holder cavity 11 and the cup holder can be hidden, the visual effect and the technological sense of a product can be effectively improved, the user experience is improved, the claw mechanism 50 is arranged to elastically press the cup body 101, the cup body 101 can be prevented from shaking in the cup holder cavity 11, and when different cup bodies 101 are placed, the cup body 101 can be placed stably, and the use comfort of the user can be improved.
In some embodiments, the inner wall of the cup holder cavity 11 is provided with a first sliding portion, the tray mechanism 20 is provided with a second sliding portion 211, and the first sliding portion and the second sliding portion 211 are in sliding fit along the axial direction of the cup holder cavity 11, so that the tray mechanism 20 can slide along the axial direction relative to the inner wall of the cup holder cavity 11, and the tray mechanism 20 can move up and down more conveniently, thereby facilitating the insertion and extraction of the cup body 101. In addition, second sliding portion 211 can regard as the limit structure of tray mechanism 20, that is to say, through the setting of first sliding portion and second sliding portion 211 for tray mechanism 20 can be along the axial slip in saucer chamber 11, and the pivoted condition of tray mechanism 20 can not appear, thereby makes second sliding portion 211 play the spacing effect of circumference to tray mechanism 20, and then prevents that cup 101 from rotating in saucer chamber 11, promotes the stability that the saucer was placed.
The inner wall of the cup holder cavity 11 is provided with a plurality of first sliding portions spaced apart along the circumferential direction, the tray mechanism 20 is provided with a plurality of second sliding portions 211 spaced apart along the circumferential direction, and the first sliding portions and the second sliding portions 211 are matched in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the tray mechanism 20 and the inner wall of the cup holder cavity 11 are matched in a sliding manner through the first sliding portions and the second sliding portions 211 at a plurality of positions along the circumferential direction, and therefore the sliding stability and reliability of the tray mechanism 20 are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the tray mechanism 20 includes a tray body 21 and a tray cover 22.
As shown in fig. 1, the tray body 21 is rotatably connected to a tray cover 22, and the tray cover 22 is used to close the upper end of the cup holder cavity 11 so as to hide the cup holder cavity 11 from view. Tray body 21 is equipped with second sliding part 211, and tray body 21 passes through second sliding part 211 and saucer body 10 sliding fit promptly, and tray body 21 can drive tray apron 22 and slide for saucer body 10 jointly, does benefit to the upper and lower slip that realizes tray mechanism 20 at saucer chamber 11.
As shown in fig. 4, the tray mechanism 20 further includes a first rotating shaft 23.
Tray apron 22 rotationally installs in tray body 21 through first pivot 23, so that tray apron 22's rotation is more nimble, tray apron 22 can not take place to break away from with tray body 21 at the pivoted in-process, and first pivot 23 is perpendicular with the axis in saucer chamber 11, so that tray apron 22 is at the pivoted in-process, can rotate to the axis vertically position with saucer chamber 11, along vertical like the axis in saucer chamber 11, and tray apron 22 is rotatable to horizontal position, thereby seal the upper end in saucer chamber 11 effectively, make setting up of saucer assembly 100 more reasonable.
As shown in fig. 4, a first connecting support 222 protruding downward is disposed on a lower surface of the tray cover plate 22, a second connecting support 212 protruding upward is disposed on an upper surface of the tray body 21, and both the first connecting support 222 and the second connecting support 212 are disposed with connecting holes, the first rotating shaft 23 can sequentially penetrate through the connecting holes of the first connecting support 222 and the connecting holes of the second connecting support 212, so as to rotatably connect the tray cover plate 22 to the tray body 21, and thus the tray cover plate 22 can be turned up or buckled with respect to the tray body 21.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the first rotating shaft 23 is sleeved with a pre-tightening spring 24, and two ends of the pre-tightening spring 24 respectively abut against the tray cover plate 22 and the tray body 21, so that the tray cover plate 22 is elastically pre-tightened in a direction away from the tray body 21, wherein, as shown in fig. 2, an upper end surface of the cup holder body 10 is an inclined surface, that is, an inclined included angle is formed between an upper end edge of the cup holder cavity 11 and a horizontal plane. It can be understood that, tray body 21 and saucer chamber 11 follow axial sliding fit, tray body 21 and horizontal plane parallel arrangement promptly, therefore, with tray cover plate 22 through the elasticity pretension of pretension spring 24 orientation tray body 21's direction, can make tray cover plate 22 normality be the tilt state, and then make the angle that tray cover plate 22 located can adapt to the up end of saucer body 10 better, thereby seal the upper end in saucer chamber 11 with laminating more, guarantee the upper end parallel and level of saucer assembly 100, promote the outside visual effect of saucer assembly 100, realize effectively hiding of saucer chamber 11.
As shown in fig. 4, at least one of the tray cover 22 and the tray body 21 is provided with a first limiting structure 221, so that the tray cover 22 is effectively prevented from being opened too much or too little when being rotated upwards or downwards. That is, the first limiting structure 221 may be disposed on the tray cover 22, or the first limiting structure 221 may be disposed on the tray body 21, or both the tray cover 22 and the tray body 21 may be disposed with the first limiting structure 221.
As shown in fig. 4, the first limiting structures 221 are disposed on the lower surface of the tray cover plate 22, and the first limiting structures 221 are plural, and the plural first limiting structures 221 are respectively located on two sides of the first rotating shaft 23 to limit the rotation amplitude of the tray cover plate 22, so as to effectively prevent the tray cover plate 22 from being opened too much or too little by rotation. As shown in fig. 4, there are three first limit structures 221, and the three first limit structures 221 are respectively located at two sides of the first rotating shaft 23 to limit the rotation range of the tray cover 22, so as to reasonably limit the rotation stroke of the tray cover 22 from the inclined state to the parallel state.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 4, one of the three first limiting structures 221 located on the first side of the first rotating shaft 23 is spaced from the first rotating shaft 23 by a smaller distance, and two of the three first limiting structures 221 located on the second side of the first rotating shaft 23 are spaced from the first rotating shaft 23 by a larger distance.
Like this, when tray apron 22 rotates towards the direction that deviates from tray body 21, a first limit structure 221 that is located first side can play the effect of the biggest open angle of restriction tray apron 22, and this first limit structure 221's height can carry out the adaptability according to the inclination of cup stand body 10 up end and set up to make tray apron 22 can seal the upper end in cup stand chamber 11 well when rotating to the maximum position, and keep the parallel and level with the up end of cup stand body 10.
When the tray cover 22 rotates toward the direction close to the tray body 21, the two first limiting structures 221 on the second side can limit the minimum opening angle of the tray cover 22, wherein, as shown in fig. 9, the tray cover 22 rotates to a position parallel to the tray body 21, and at this time, the tray cover 22 rotates to the minimum included angle with the tray body 21, that is, the included angle between the two is 0 °. Thus, the heights of the two first limit structures 221 positioned on the second side can be selectively set according to the distance between the tray cover 22 and the tray body 21, so that the tray cover 22 can be limited to the position parallel to the tray body 21 by the first limit structures 221. It is the cup body 101 that is pressed against the tray cover 22 to rotate the tray cover 22 to a position parallel to the tray body 21, so that the cup body 101, the tray cover 22 and the tray body 21 are kept in this state to slide downward in the cup stand cavity 11.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the elastic restoring member 30 is installed in the cup holder cavity 11, and two ends of the elastic restoring member 30 are respectively elastically connected to the cup holder body 10 and the tray mechanism 20, as shown in fig. 8, an upper end of the elastic restoring member 30 is connected to the tray mechanism 20, and a lower end of the elastic restoring member 30 is connected to a lower end (a lower end of the inner wall) of the cup holder body 10. Therefore, when the cup body 101 is placed in the cup stand cavity 11, the tray mechanism 20 presses the elastic resetting piece 30, so that the elastic resetting piece 30 is compressed, a user feels the pressing touch feeling of pressing down, and the cup body 101 slowly extends into the cup stand cavity 11.
When the cup stand is taken out, the elastic resetting piece 30 is in a maximum compression state, that is, the elastic potential energy of the elastic resetting piece 30 is maximum at the moment, so that the locking mechanism 40 can be unlocked to enable the elastic resetting piece 30 to abut against the tray mechanism 20, so that the tray mechanism 20 drives the cup body 101 to move upwards along the axis of the cup stand cavity 11, the cup stand extends out of the cup stand cavity 11, and meanwhile, the elastic resetting piece 30 keeps the tray mechanism 20 at the upper end of the cup stand cavity 11. In this way, the elastic restoring member 30 effectively supports the tray mechanism 20, and provides restoring power for the tray mechanism 20, so that the tray mechanism 20 is always kept at the upper end of the cup holder cavity 11, and the tray mechanism 20 is effectively restored.
In some embodiments, the locking mechanism 40 includes a first locking portion 41 movable in a radial direction of the cup holder cavity 11, the tray mechanism 20 is provided with a second locking portion 25, and the first locking portion 41 can selectively lock the second locking portion 25. That is, the first locking portion 41 is movable in a radial direction relative to the cup holder body 10, and can selectively lock with the second locking portion 25 during the movement, so as to limit the movement of the tray mechanism 20 and the cup body 101 in an axial direction, so that the tray mechanism 20 can be selectively locked in the cup holder cavity 11.
Thus, when the cup body 101 is placed on the cup holder assembly 100, the first locking portion 41 locks the second locking portion 25 to place the locking mechanism 40 in the locked state, and further locks the tray mechanism 20 at the lower end of the cup holder cavity 11, so that the cup body 101 is more stably held in the cup holder cavity 11; when the cup body 101 is taken out, the first locking part 41 and the second locking part 25 are unlocked, so that the locking mechanism 40 is in an open state, the tray mechanism 20 is supported by the elastic resetting piece 30, so that the cup body 101 extends out, and the tray mechanism 20 is sealed at the upper end of the cup support cavity 11, and thus, the cup body 101 is more stably placed and taken out.
In some embodiments, the cup holder body 10 is provided with a locking slide rail extending along the radial direction, and the first locking portion 41 is slidably mounted on the locking slide rail, so that the first locking portion 41 can slide along the cup holder cavity 11 along the radial direction, and the locking of the first locking portion 41 and the second locking portion 25 is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the locking mechanism 40 also includes a switch button 42.
As shown in fig. 1, the switch button 42 is rotatably mounted on the cup holder body 10 through a switch button rotating shaft 44, so that the switch button 42 is more flexibly rotated, the switch button 42 is used for controlling the locking mechanism 40 to unlock the tray mechanism 20, wherein, as shown in fig. 3, the middle of the switch button 42 along the vertical direction is rotatably matched with the cup holder body 10, and two sides of the lower end of the switch button 42 are respectively provided with a pressing portion 421 and a stopping portion 422, the pressing portion 421 is located at the outer side of the lower end of the switch button 42, the pressing portion 421 is exposed out of the cup holder body 10, so that a user can operate the switch button 42 more conveniently, the stopping portion 422 is located at the inner side of the lower end of the switch button 42, and the stopping portion 422 is used for stopping the first locking portion 41.
Thus, when a user presses the pressing portion 421, the pressing portion 421 and the abutting portion 422 move inward along the radial direction of the cup holder body 10, and the abutting portion 422 abuts against the first locking portion 41, so that the first locking portion 41 moves inward along the radial direction, and the first locking portion 41 and the second locking portion 25 are unlocked, so that the tray mechanism 20 is released, the unlocking process is simple and convenient, and the operation requirement on the user is low.
As shown in fig. 5, the lock mechanism 40 further includes a lock pretension spring 43, and as shown in fig. 13, the lock pretension spring 43 is installed in the first lock portion 41.
As shown in fig. 13, the lock biasing spring 43 is elastically connected between the cup holder body 10 and the first lock portion 41 to elastically bias the first lock portion 41 in a direction of locking with the second lock portion 25. Thus, when the tray mechanism 20 moves down to the lower end of the cup holder cavity 11, the first locking portion 41 can be directly locked with the second locking portion 25, which is beneficial to realizing the automatic locking of the first locking portion 41 and the second locking portion 25.
As shown in fig. 5, the first locking portion 41 has a locking hole 411 and a mounting groove 412, wherein the locking pretension spring 43 is mounted in the mounting groove 412, and as shown in fig. 13 and 14, a first end (left end in the figure) of the locking pretension spring 43 is fixedly connected with the cup holder body 10, a second end (right end in the figure) of the locking pretension spring 43 is connected with an inner wall of the mounting groove 412, and the locking pretension spring 43 is in a compressed state, so that the first locking portion 41 is elastically pretensioned toward the radial outside of the cup holder body 10. As shown in fig. 5, a locking limit plate 423 is disposed at an upper end of the switch button 42, and the locking limit plate 423 is adapted to abut against an inner wall of the cup holder body 10 to limit the excessive rotation of the switch button 42 caused by the locking pretension spring 43.
As shown in fig. 5, 13 and 14, the second locking portion 25 is a locking barb disposed at the bottom of the tray mechanism 20, the locking barb is provided with a stop surface 251 and a guide surface 252, the guide surface 252 is disposed obliquely along the axial direction of the cup holder cavity 11, so that the second locking portion 25 can extend into the first locking portion 41 more conveniently, and the first locking portion 41 is adapted to slide along the guide surface 252 to abut against the stop surface 251, so that the first locking portion 41 and the second locking portion 25 complete locking.
As shown in fig. 13, during the downward movement of the tray mechanism 20 and the cup 101, the second locking portion 25 moves to the upper side of the locking groove, and the guide surface 252 of the second locking portion 25 gradually abuts against the inner wall of the locking groove, and during the further downward movement of the tray mechanism 20, the guide surface 252 of the locking barb continuously abuts against the inner wall of the locking groove, so that the first locking portion 41 moves inward along the radial direction of the cup holder body 10 against the biasing force of the locking biasing spring 43. Thus, when the cup body 101 is fully extended into the cup holder cavity 11, as shown in fig. 14, the locking barb moves downward until the stop surface 251 is located below the first locking portion 41, and at this time, the locking barb fully extends into the locking hole 411, and the first locking portion 41 is stopped above the stop surface 251.
Therefore, after the user releases the pressure on the cup 101, the first locking portion 41 can lock the second locking portion 25, so that the tray mechanism 20 and the cup 101 are locked in the cup holder cavity 11, and the pretightening force of the locking pretightening spring 43 can ensure that the first locking portion 41 and the second locking portion 25 are stably locked. When the cup body 101 needs to be taken out, the pressing portion 421 of the switch button 42 can be directly pressed to enable the first locking portion 41 to overcome the pre-tightening force of the locking pre-tightening spring 43 and to be separated from the stop surface 251 of the second locking portion 25, at this time, the second locking portion 25 is no longer subjected to the binding force of the first locking portion 41, that is, the tray mechanism 20 is in the unlocked state, at this time, the tray mechanism 20 moves upward under the action of the elastic resetting piece 30, and thus the cup body 101 extends out.
Like this, can realize the locking and the unblock of tray mechanism 20 and cup 101 in saucer chamber 11, simple structure, the locking process can be realized automatically, and the unblock process of locking structure is lower to user's operating requirement, only need to switch button 42 touch can, practical and convenient.
