(2) evaluating the abnormal result of the newly shot picture or video, and extracting the characteristics of the newly shot picture or video by adopting a principal component analysis method; and then comparing the extracted features with the features of the classified pictures or videos in the database, judging the scene as a normal scene if the extracted features are similar to the normal results, and judging the scene as an abnormal scene if the extracted features are similar to the abnormal results.
