Detailed Description
As a background, existing security service providers are unable to effectively supervise and restrict the irregular behavior of security personnel while patrolling.
The inventor of the present application has found through analysis that one of the reasons for the above technical problems is that security personnel in the prior art can submit patrol records at any time and any place. This results in the need and power for security personnel to not follow strictly regulated patrol routes to perform patrol work.
In order to solve the foregoing technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for reporting a patrol record, including: receiving reporting request information pointing to a target reporting point, wherein the reporting request information comprises identity information of a user and an identity identifier of the target reporting point; determining a standard report point which should be patrolled by the user currently according to the receiving time of the report request information and the identity information of the user; judging whether the identity of the target report point is matched with the identity of the standard report point; if the judgment result shows that the information is matched, reporting feedback information allowing to be reported is sent; and receiving patrol records pointing to the target report points.
According to the embodiment, the time and the place of the patrol records uploaded by the user are limited, the automatic supervision of patrol work of security personnel is realized, the patrol task is completed more efficiently and orderly by the security personnel, and the work content of the security personnel is standardized. Specifically, in the present embodiment, a place where the user should patrol currently is defined as a standard report point, and a place where the user actually requests to report a patrol record currently is defined as a target report point. Further, the user is allowed to report the patrol record only if the standard report point and the target report point match. Therefore, by improving the patrol record reporting mode, the security personnel can report the patrol records successfully only by regularly and fixedly patrolling, and the automatic supervision and constraint on the patrol work of the security personnel can be realized on the premise of not additionally increasing the manpower.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for reporting a patrol record according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The scheme of the embodiment can be applied to the field of security protection, so that patrol work of security protection personnel in a security service providing enterprise (which can be referred to as a security enterprise for short) can be automatically monitored. For example, the scheme of this embodiment may be executed by a terminal, where the terminal may be a background server disposed in a security enterprise. The background server can be a local server or a cloud server. The terminal communicates with an Application program (APP) installed in a terminal device of a security worker to receive patrol records uploaded by the security worker through the terminal device by executing the embodiment. The application program can be a special application program, such as an application program specially used for completing security work; alternatively, the application may be an applet provided in a general-purpose application through a common interface. In this embodiment, the security personnel are referred to as users, and the terminal devices of the security personnel are referred to as the terminal devices of the users. For example, the terminal device of the user may include a smart device such as a mobile phone or an IPAD.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the method for reporting a patrol record in this embodiment may include the following steps:
step S101, receiving report request information pointing to a target report point, wherein the report request information comprises identity information of a user and an identity identifier of the target report point;
step S102, determining a standard report point which should be patrolled currently by the user according to the receiving time of the report request information and the identity information of the user;
step S103, judging whether the identity of the target report point is matched with the identity of the standard report point;
if the determination result in step S103 is positive, that is, the determination result indicates a match, step S104 and step S105 are executed. Wherein, the step S104 may include sending reporting feedback information allowing reporting. Step S105 may include receiving a patrol record directed to the target reporting point.
If the determination result in the step S103 is negative, that is, the determination result indicates a mismatch, step S106 is executed to send report feedback information that the report is rejected.
More specifically, the target report point may be a location where the user actually requests to report the patrol record currently, and correspondingly, the standard report point may be a location where the user should theoretically patrol currently. For any one of the target reporting point and the standard reporting point, the reporting point has a unique identity to distinguish the reporting point from other reporting points. For example, the identity may be a unique random string; for another example, the id may be the sequence number of the report point in the patrol route to which the report point belongs; for another example, the id may be characterized based on the encoded information of the two-dimensional code disposed at the report point, that is, each report point may be physically posted with the two-dimensional code whose encoded information is unique and associated with the report point.
Further, the report request information may be used to request reporting of patrol records pointing to a target report point. For example, when the user patrols the target report point, the terminal device is used to scan the two-dimensional code set in the target report point, and the code scanning action triggers the terminal device to generate the report request information and send the report request information to the background server. Correspondingly, the report request information may include identity information of the user who is currently scanning the code and encoding information of the two-dimensional code of the scanned code. The identity information of the user can be obtained from account information of the application program of the terminal equipment which is currently logged in. Or the identity information of the user can be information which is automatically filled by the user after the user scans the two-dimensional code.
Further, the report request message may further include a current time, and the current time may be used as the receiving time in step S102.
In one implementation, step S102 may include the steps of: determining a patrol route of the user according to the identity information of the user, wherein the patrol route comprises at least one report point, and the patrol times and patrol periods of each report point; and determining the standard report point according to the receiving time.
Specifically, the background server may pre-store the patrol route of the user, and in response to receiving the report request information, the background server searches for the patrol route allocated to the user according to the identity information of the user carried in the report request information. Further, the background server searches report points with the receiving time falling into the patrol period in all report points included in the patrol route, and the found report points are standard report points.
Further, the number of patrols may also be characterized based on the frequency of patrols.
In one implementation, the patrol route of the user may be allocated in real time according to the current attendance position of the user. Correspondingly, the current attendance checking position of the user can be determined according to the identity information of the user, and then the patrol route of the user is determined according to the current attendance checking position of the user.
In particular, the user may be on different posts for different periods of time, e.g., the user is on the gate post during the week and is on patrol post the next week. The background server firstly determines the current position of the user according to the identity information of the user, and then determines the patrol route which the user should follow currently according to the position. And finally, determining a standard report point according to the patrol route corresponding to the post.
In one implementation, in step S103, the identity of the standard reporting point and the identity of the target reporting point may be compared to determine whether they are consistent. If yes, the judgment result of the step S103 is affirmative; otherwise, the determination result of step S103 is negative.
Taking the identification representation based on the two-dimension code encoding information as an example, in this specific implementation, the background server receiving the report request information verifies whether the user currently scanning the two-dimension code set at the target report point should scan the two-dimension code at the current time. Therefore, the two-dimensional code with uniqueness and timeliness is physically arranged at each report point of the patrol route, and a user needs to scan the code at a specified report point (namely a standard report point) at a specified time to successfully send the patrol record.
In one implementation, the reporting feedback information may include content to be presented for presentation on the terminal device of the user.
Specifically, the content to be presented in the report feedback information that is rejected from reporting may be a blank page.
Further, the content to be presented in the report feedback information allowed to be reported may be a form to be filled in.
For example, if the two-dimensional code passes verification, the background server sends a report filling page to the terminal device of the user, and the report filling page can be presented in the form of a form to be filled, so that the user can conveniently and accurately fill in the report and completely report patrol records. And if the two-dimensional code is not verified, the background server sends a blank page to the terminal equipment, and the user is not allowed to fill in patrol records.
Further, the form to be filled in may be associated with the report point, and the work content, form, etc. that need to be reported by different report points may have differences, and correspondingly, different report points may correspond to different forms to be filled in. For example, the form to be filled out corresponding to the report point 1 may include: whether the door and window are closed, whether the illuminating lamp is closed or not and whether the abnormal condition exists or not, the form to be filled corresponding to the report point 2 may include: whether the indicator light is normally started or not and whether the indicator light is abnormal or not.
Accordingly, step S104 may include the steps of: receiving a filling result of the form to be filled sent by the terminal equipment; and generating the patrol record according to the filling result.
For example, the filling results in the columns to be filled in the form to be filled in may be extracted respectively and integrated to obtain the patrol records.
By adopting the embodiment, the automatic supervision of the patrol work of the security personnel is realized by limiting the time and the place for uploading patrol records by the user, the patrol task of the security personnel is more efficiently and orderly completed by supervision, and the work content of the security personnel is standardized.
In a specific implementation, before executing step S101, the reporting method in this embodiment may further include the steps of: receiving attendance information, wherein the attendance information comprises identity information of a user and position information of a position on which the user currently checks attendance; and allocating patrol routes to the users according to the position information, wherein the patrol routes comprise at least one report point, and the patrol times and patrol periods of each report point.
Specifically, the attendance information may be generated and transmitted by using the terminal device to check attendance when the user is on duty.
Further, a patrol route assigned to the user may be transmitted to the terminal device of the user. Such as to an application installed on the terminal device for viewing by the user.
For example, after the user punches the card on work, a patrol route of the day can be seen on a 'my work' page of the application program, and the patrol route is pushed to the user by the background server according to the position where the user punches the card this time.
Further, the patrol route may be used to specify that the user is required to patrol the report points in a fixed order and for a fixed period of time when patrolling. Further, the patrol route may also include patrol tasks that need to be completed when the user patrols to a particular reporting point.
Therefore, the patrol route is reasonably designed, the condition that the user needs to report patrol records at fixed time and fixed point is limited, the work content of security personnel is normalized, the work done by the security personnel at each time point is more efficient and more orderly, and the security personnel is supervised to better complete the work every day.
In a specific implementation, after allocating a patrol route to the user according to the post information, the reporting method in this embodiment may further include the steps of: associating the patrol route assigned to the user with identity information of the user. So that the standard report point can be quickly determined when step S102 is performed.
In one implementation, the patrol route may be planned based on historical data, wherein the historical data includes planning records and/or patrol records of patrol routes historically for the same post. Therefore, patrol routes are distributed according to the attendance posts, and work contents to be completed when the user on the post patrols are specified in a targeted manner. Furthermore, the patrol route is planned based on the historical data, so that the reasonability of the point positions set by the report points in the patrol route is improved, and the reasonability of the contents of patrol records needing to be reported by all the report points in the patrol route is improved.
Specifically, the historical data may be learned based on various algorithms to abstract rules, such as how many report points are set in a patrol area of a specific area, how many times each report point is patrolled, a specific patrol task for each report point, and the like. When a new patrol route is planned, the number and the positions of the report points, the patrol times of each report point and the patrol period can be calculated according to the abstracted rule.
Furthermore, patrol routes of different types of stagnation points can be clustered to obtain a set of rules, so that the patrol routes can be followed when the same type of stagnation points need to be designed next time.
That is, the patrol routes may be associated with types of waypoints, and the historical data includes historical planning records and/or patrol records for patrol routes for the same post in the same type of waypoint. A waypoint may refer to a geographic location or geographic area that needs to be patrolled. The same stationing point may comprise a plurality of stations, different stations corresponding to the same or different periods of time on duty. Therefore, different posts can be used for planning patrol routes in a targeted manner.
In a variation, a patrol route may be obtained manually according to rough planning of offline service management experience, and then the patrol route may be modified according to the rules obtained by the abstraction.
In a specific implementation, after step S105, the reporting method in this embodiment may further include the step of: and adjusting the patrol route according to the history received patrol records. Therefore, the patrol route can be adjusted regularly, so that the patrol effect of the patrol route can be maximized, and the safety of client asset personnel is ensured.
For example, early warning mechanisms of different levels can be set according to different times of reported abnormality of each report point in the patrol route in history.
For another example, the number of times that patrol records directed to the target report point received historically are abnormal may be counted; if the number of times is larger than a first preset threshold value, improving the patrol number of the target report point; and if the number of times is smaller than a second preset threshold value, reducing the patrol number of the target report point, wherein the second preset threshold value is smaller than the first preset threshold value.
That is, if the patrol records reported by a certain report point are normal, the patrol frequency of the report point can be reduced after a period of time. And if the patrol records reported by a certain report point every day are abnormal, the patrol frequency of the report point can be properly increased.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a reporting apparatus for patrol records according to an embodiment of the present invention. Those skilled in the art understand that the reporting device 2 for patrol records in this embodiment may be configured to implement the technical solution of the method in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the reporting device 2 for patrol records in this embodiment may include: a first receiving module 21, configured to receive report request information pointing to a target report point, where the report request information includes identity information of a user and an identity identifier of the target report point; a determining module 22, configured to determine a standard report point that the user should patrol currently according to the receiving time of the report request message and the identity information of the user; a judging module 23, configured to judge whether the identity of the target report point matches the identity of the standard report point; the sending module 24 sends the report feedback information allowed to be reported if the judgment result shows that the two pieces of feedback information are matched; a second receiving module 25, configured to receive a patrol record pointing to the target reporting point.
