The sliding claws 42 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the main rib 41 and respectively slide with the sliding rails 21 of the smearing cylinder 2 in a hanging mode, so that the plug connector 4 can horizontally slide along the moving direction of the sliding rails 21, the circumference of the cigarette 9 relative to the smearing cylinder 2 can be kept when the cigarette is pulled out along with the plug connector 4, and the smearing head 6 can draw a linear track on the cigarette paper of the tobacco section 92, so that the length measurement is facilitated.
It can be understood that the sliding pawls 42 are all located at the outer side of the applying cylinder 2, and the bottom notch 23 and the sliding rail 21 are parallel to each other.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the sliding claws 42 may be quarter arc plates, the lower ends of the sliding claws 42 are fixedly connected to the main rib 41, and the two sliding claws 42 are symmetrically arranged to form a half arc plate. The sliding blocks 421 are vertically and fixedly connected to the inner sides of the upper ends of the sliding claws 42, so that the sliding blocks 421 on the two symmetrical sliding claws 42 can be engaged with each other and hung on the sliding rail 21, and the sliding stability can be ensured when the sliding blocks 421 slide in the sliding rail 21.
In the embodiment of the invention, the front end of the main rib 41 is provided with the front baffle 47, the rear end of the main rib is provided with the rear baffle 45, the cigarette 9 can be clamped between the front baffle 47 and the rear baffle 45 through the clamping plate 43, the clamping position is the filter rod section 91, and the tobacco section 92 is not clamped. The tobacco section 92 may be in contact with the front baffle 47 and the filter rod section 91 may be in contact with the rear baffle 45.
The clamping plate 43 is positioned at the outer side of the port of the smearing cylinder 2, and the clamping plate 43 is positioned in front of the rear baffle 45; the rear flap 45 extends rearward with a pull ring 46 for pushing/pulling the plug 4.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the clamping portions 431 are disposed on the upper portions of the clamping plates 43, the clamping portions 431 are of an arc-shaped bending structure, and the clamping portions 431 of the two clamping plates 43 are disposed oppositely, so that the arc-shaped protruding portions of the two clamping portions 431 are opposite to each other, the openings at the upper ends of the two clamping portions 431 are enlarged, and the clamping operation of the cigarette 9 is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since the fragrance to be applied is in a liquid state, and the fragrance in a liquid state can be preloaded into the cartridge 5 of the present invention with reference to the ink loading method and principle of the water-based cartridge, the structure of the cartridge 5 is not particularly limited based on the basic structure of the hand-held cartridge 1 and the application cartridge 2 of the present invention, and therefore, the thickness, the volume, and the like of the cartridge 5 can be adjusted or adaptively designed according to the actual situation.
It can be understood that in the embodiment of the present invention, when the core 5 is stretched, a limiting structure may be disposed between the core 5 and the hand-held cylinder 1 and the applying cylinder 2, so as to limit the descending height of the core 5, so that the applying head 6 has a certain pressure on the cigarette paper of the cigarette 9, but does not damage the cigarette paper base structure. The smearing head 6 smears a spice track parallel to the vertical rib 93 of the cigarette paper, and the smearing amount of the spice can be quantitatively compared according to the length and the width of the track.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the position-limiting structure may be provided at multiple positions, referring to fig. 6, a first abutting surface 13 may be provided at the bottom of the handheld barrel 1 and attached to an inner ring inclined surface of the spring groove 14, the first abutting surface 13 is annular, and a first position-limiting surface 52 may be provided at the lower end of the core 5 and engaged with the first abutting surface 13, so that when the core 5 is lowered to the smearing position, the first abutting surface 13 and the first position-limiting surface 52 are abutted correspondingly.
And a limit ring can be arranged in the butt joint port 22 and attached to the inner annular wall of the butt joint port 22, a second butt joint surface 221 is arranged on the limit ring, a second limit surface 53 is arranged at the rear end of the smearing head 6 in a matched manner, and when the core 5 descends to a smearing position, the second butt joint surface 221 and the second limit surface 53 can be attached to produce a butt joint effect or not, and the limit ring is used as a secondary alternative limit structure to ensure the relative distance between the smearing head 6 and the cigarette 9 and finish smearing of the spice.

Claims (10)

1. The hand-held spice applicator is characterized by comprising a hand-held barrel (1), an applying barrel (2), a telescopic device (3), a plug connector (4) and a material core (5), wherein the material core (5) is arranged in the hand-held barrel (1) through the telescopic device (3), and the lower end of the hand-held barrel (1) is in butt joint communication with the front end of the applying barrel (2) in a manner of being vertical to the front end of the applying barrel, so that an applying head (6) arranged at the lower end of the material core (5) can extend into the applying barrel (2); the two sides of the smearing cylinder (2) are symmetrically provided with slide rails (21), the bottom of the smearing cylinder is provided with a bottom notch (23), the plug connector (4) is provided with a main rib (41) corresponding to the bottom notch (23), sliding claws (42) are arranged on two sides of the front end of the main rib (41) corresponding to the sliding rail (21), clamping plates (43) for clamping filter stick sections (91) of cigarettes (9) are arranged on two sides of the rear end of the main rib (41), when the front end of the main rib (41) is inserted into the smearing cylinder (2) along the bottom notch (23) in a sliding way, the tobacco section (92) of the cigarette (9) clamped by the clamping plate (43) can be inserted into the smearing cylinder (2) in a sliding way, so that the smearing head (6) extending into the smearing cylinder (2) can smear the spice in the material core (5) to the cigarette paper of the cigarette (9).

A hand-held fragrance applicator according to claim 1, wherein the lower end of the hand-held cartridge (1) is provided with a lower mouthpiece (12), the front end of the application cartridge (2) is provided with a docking mouthpiece (22), the docking mouthpiece (22) is vertically arranged at the front end of the application cartridge (2), and the docking mouthpiece (22) is screwed and fixed with the lower mouthpiece (12); the lower interface (12) is communicated with the inner cavity of the interface (22), so that the lower end of the core (5) can extend into the inner cavity of the smearing barrel (2).

The hand-held spice applicator according to claim 1, wherein the telescopic device (3) comprises a rotating column (31) and a positioning column (32), an upper end cover (11) is arranged at the upper end of the hand-held tube (1), a limiting tube (15) is fixedly connected to one side of the upper end cover (11) positioned inside the hand-held tube (1), a slide (16) is arranged on the side wall of the limiting tube (15), the rotating column (31) is rotatably connected into the limiting tube (15), the positioning column (32) penetrates through the slide (16) to be vertically fixedly connected to the side wall of the rotating column (31), and the slide (16) is obliquely arranged, so that when the rotating column (31) rotates, the rotating column (31) can move upwards/downwards.

Hand-held fragrance applicator according to claim 5, wherein the telescopic device (3) further comprises an adaptor (33), a spring (35), the adaptor (33) being fixedly connected to the lower end face of the rotating column (31) and the adaptor (33) abutting against the upper end face of the wick (5); the bottom of the handheld barrel (1) is provided with a counter spring groove (14), the lower end of the material core (5) is provided with a ring baffle (51), and the spring (35) is sleeved on the material core (5) and is compressed between the counter spring groove (14) and the ring baffle (51); the material core (5) and an adapter (33) at the lower end of the rotating column (31) are always in a butt joint state, and when the positioning column (32) slides to any one positioning groove along the slide way (16), the upward elastic force of the spring (35) can press the positioning column (32) into the positioning groove.

Hand-held fragrance applicator according to claim 1, wherein a front flap (47) is provided at the front end of the main rib (41), a rear flap (45) is provided at the rear end of the main rib (41), and the cigarette (9) is held between the front flap (47) and the rear flap (45) by the holding plate (43); the clamping plate (43) is positioned outside the port of the smearing cylinder (2) and the clamping plate (43) is positioned in front of the rear baffle (45); the rear baffle (45) extends backwards to form a pull ring (46) for pushing/pulling the plug connector (4).

Hand-held fragrance applicator according to claim 1, wherein the bottom notch (23) and the sliding track (21) are parallel to one another, the thickness of the main rib (41) being greater than the thickness of the bottom wall of the applicator cartridge (2), so that, after the main rib (41) has been inserted into the bottom notch (23), the lower end of the main rib (41) can project beyond the bottom notch (23) and be secured in connection with the sliding pawl (42); the sliding claws (42) are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the main rib (41), and the sliding claws (42) are located on the outer side of the smearing cylinder (2), so that the plug connector (4) can horizontally slide along the trend of the sliding rail (21).

A hand-held fragrance applicator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper part of the holding plate (43) is provided with a holding portion (431), the holding portion (431) has an arc-shaped bent structure, and the holding portions (431) of the two holding plates (43) are arranged oppositely, so that the arc-shaped convex parts of the two holding portions (431) are opposite and the upper end openings of the two holding portions (431) are enlarged.
