When the clothes dryer works, the air in the circulating system is heated to a higher temperature by the heater, the higher temperature can enable the wet clothes in the clothes drying cylinder 103 to rise in temperature and quickly evaporate into the circulating air in the circulating system, high-temperature and high-humidity circulating air is formed, part of condensed water can be separated out due to temperature reduction when the circulating air passes through the heat exchanger 105, the condensed water can flow into the water storage tank 111 and finally be discharged into the water container at the top through the drainage pump 109, meanwhile, the high-temperature and high-humidity air temperature can be reduced to form low-temperature and low-humidity air, the low-humidity and low-humidity air can be changed into high-temperature drying air again when passing through the heater 107, the high-temperature drying air can continuously take away moisture from the clothes in the clothes drying cylinder 103 to form high-temperature and high-humidity air, the moisture on the clothes is separated from the clothes through repeated circulation process, and finally all the moisture on the clothes forms condensed water to be discharged into the water storage tank, and finally the drying of the clothes is realized.
When the clothes dryer drains, a water storage tank 111 is arranged at the bottom of the clothes dryer and can contain condensed water generated in the drying process of the clothes dryer, a water level sensor 110 is arranged in the water storage tank 111 and used for sensing whether the water level reaches a preset water level, a drainage pump 109 is arranged in the water storage tank 11, the condensed water is drained into a water container 101 at the upper part of the clothes dryer through the drainage pipe 105 by the drainage pump 109, a water container support box 102 is also arranged at the upper part of the clothes dryer, when water in the water container 101 overflows fully, the water drained into the water container 101 by the drainage pump 109 overflows into the water container support box 102, a water outlet hole is arranged at the bottom of the water container support box 102, and the water in the water container support box 102 flows back into the water storage tank 111 at the bottom of the clothes dryer through the water outlet hole and the water return pipe 106.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the dryer of the present application at least includes: the clothes dryer comprises a clothes dryer cylinder 103, a water storage tank 111, a water level sensor 110, a water container 101, a drainage pump 109, an alarm control device and an alarm reminding device.
Wherein the water storage tank 111 is arranged at the bottom of the clothes drying cylinder 103 and is used for receiving water discharged by the clothes drying cylinder 103; the water level sensor 110 is arranged in the water storage tank 111 and is used for monitoring the water level value in the water storage tank 111; the water container 101 is arranged at the top of the clothes drying cylinder 103 and is used for receiving water in the water storage tank 111; an inlet of the drain pump 109 is communicated with the water storage tank 111, and an outlet of the drain pump 109 is communicated with the water container 101 for pumping water in the water storage tank 111 into the water container 101; the alarm control device is respectively connected with the drainage pump 109 and the water level sensor 110; the alarm reminding device is connected with the alarm control device.
In one embodiment, the drain pump 109 is positioned within the reservoir 111 with its inlet connected to the reservoir 111, and the drain pump 109 is activated to pump water from the reservoir 111 into the water container 101.
In an embodiment, the alarm reminding device may be any one or a combination of a plurality of types of buzzers, alarm lamps, voice reminding devices or control panel display units, for example, the voice reminding device may remind a user of the clothes dryer that the clothes dryer is abnormal in drainage, the buzzer may remind the user that the water container is full, and the voice reminding device may also be capable of reminding the user of the clothes dryer that the water container is abnormal in drainage and the water container is full respectively.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the dryer of the present application further includes: a drain pipe 105, a water container holder 102, and a return pipe 106.
Wherein one end of the drain pipe 105 is communicated with an outlet of the drain pump 109, and the other end of the drain pipe 105 is communicated with the water container 101; the water container supporting box 102 is arranged between the water container 101 and the clothes drying cylinder 103 and is used for receiving water overflowed from the water container 101; one end of the water return pipe 106 is communicated with the water container support box 102, and the other end of the water return pipe 107 is communicated with the water storage tank 111, so that water in the water container support box 102 is returned into the water storage tank 111.
When the water in the water container 101 is fully loaded, the water in the water container 101 is not poured out by a user in time, so the water container supporting box 102 and the water return pipe 106 are designed to return the overflowed water in the water container 101 to the water storage tank 111, and the overflowed water is prevented from flowing into the clothes dryer when the water in the water container 101 is fully overflowed, and the parts of the clothes dryer are damaged.
In one embodiment, the inner diameter of the return pipe 106 is smaller than the inner diameter of the drain pipe 105, and when the drain pump 109 pumps water from the reservoir 111 into the water container 101 and overflows the water, the overflowed water does not immediately flow back into the reservoir. Therefore, the water return time delay can be provided when the water quantity of the water return pipe 106 flows back into the water storage tank 111.
The alarm method for the abnormal drainage of the clothes dryer can effectively identify the abnormal drainage alarm and also identify the full water quantity alarm of the water container. When reminding the user of abnormal drainage and alarming, the drainage pump is possibly invalid, the drainage pump is blocked or the control circuit is abnormal, and the like, so that the problem of abnormal drainage is solved by after-sales service, and the user can apply for after-sales maintenance. When reminding the user that the water volume of the water container is full and giving an alarm, the user can release the alarm only by pouring out the water in the water container.
Fig. 2 schematically illustrates a flowchart of an embodiment of the technical solution of the present application, and referring to fig. 2, the method for alarming the abnormal drainage of the clothes dryer at least includes steps S210 to S250, which are described in detail as follows:
step S210, responding to the start command of the clothes dryer and monitoring the water level value in the water storage tank.
The clothes dryer is started, and in the process of drying clothes in the clothes drying cylinder, the discharged water flows into the water storage tank, and the water level sensor is arranged in the water storage tank, so that the water level value in the water storage tank can be monitored in real time.
It should be noted that, since the laundry is dehydrated and dried by the washing machine or is wet, the amount of water generated in the process of drying the laundry in the laundry drum by the clothes dryer is small, and the water can be measured by dripping.
Step S220, determining whether the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to a first preset water level value.
And determining whether the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to a first preset water level value, and judging whether the water quantity in the water storage tank is accumulated to a certain degree and is required to be discharged to a water container, wherein the first preset water level value can be used for identifying whether the water quantity in the water storage tank reaches a full warning water level. If the amount of water in the reservoir reaches the warning level without draining the water in the reservoir to the water container, the water in the reservoir easily flows to other places inside the dryer, resulting in damage to parts of the dryer.
In step S230, if the water level in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to the first preset water level, the drain pump is started.
When the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to the first preset water level value, the water discharged in the clothes drying cylinder is accumulated to a certain extent and needs to be discharged in time, so that the drainage pump is started to pump the water in the water storage tank into the water container.
Step S240, when the drainage time of the drainage pump reaches the preset drainage time, the drainage pump stops working, and whether the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to a first preset water level value is determined again.
When the drain time period of the drain pump reaches the preset drain time period, if the clothes dryer has no abnormal problem, the water in the water storage tank should have been drained, so it is necessary to determine again whether the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to the first preset water level value.
In one embodiment, the preset drain time period is in the range of 40 to 70 seconds, for example, 60 seconds. Specifically, the preset drain time period can be determined according to the amount of water discharged from the water storage tank by the drain pump in a unit time.
Step S250, when the drainage time of the drainage pump reaches the preset drainage time, if the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to the first preset water level value, controlling the clothes dryer to send out an alarm instruction of abnormal drainage.
In general, when the drain time of the drain pump reaches the preset drain time, if the water level value in the water storage tank is still higher than or equal to the first preset water level value, there are two reasons for this, so further determination needs to be made as to which reason leads to the water level value in the water storage tank still being higher than or equal to the first preset water level value. The first cause may be that the clothes dryer has a drainage abnormality such that the water in the reservoir cannot be drained without a drop in the water level. The second cause may be that the dryer drains normally but water in the water container overflows due to the full load, and the overflowed water in the water container flows back into the water storage tank at the bottom of the dryer, so that the water level does not drop. In the present application, however, since the inner diameter of the return pipe 106 is smaller than the inner diameter of the drain pipe 105, when the drain pump 109 pumps the water in the water storage tank 111 into the water container 101 and overflows the water, the overflowed water does not flow back into the water storage tank immediately. Therefore, the water amount of the water return pipe 106 has a water return delay when flowing back into the water storage tank 111, so that when the drainage time of the drainage pump 109 reaches the preset drainage time, if the water level value in the water storage tank 111 is higher than or equal to the first preset water level value, it can be determined that the water in the water storage tank cannot be drained and the water level is not reduced due to the abnormal drainage of the clothes dryer.
In the related art, when the drainage time of the drain pump reaches the preset drainage time, if the water level value in the water storage tank is still higher than or equal to the first preset water level value, the water in the water storage tank is immediately alarmed and reminded to be fully loaded, and the water in the water storage tank needs to be poured out. However, the process of judging the abnormal drainage is complicated no matter how to remind the user, and the user is required to pour the water in the water container to judge whether the abnormal drainage is required to be repaired after sale, so that poor user experience is caused.
The alarm method for the abnormal drainage of the clothes dryer can effectively identify the abnormal drainage and alarm without pouring water in the water container by a user. The principle is as follows: in the clothes dryer of the present application, the inner diameter of the water return pipe is smaller than the inner diameter of the water drain pipe, so that after the water pump pumps the water in the water storage tank to the water container, if the water in the water container overflows into the water container bracket box due to full load, the water in the water container bracket box does not flow into the water storage tank quickly. Therefore, if the problem of abnormal water discharge occurs in the clothes dryer, when the water discharge time of the water discharge pump reaches the preset water discharge time, the abnormal water discharge of the clothes dryer can be directly warned if the water level value in the water storage tank is still higher than or equal to the first preset water level value. If the clothes dryer is not in abnormal drainage, when the drainage time of the drainage pump reaches the preset drainage time, the water level value in the water storage tank is lower than the first preset water level value.
In an embodiment, when the drainage time of the drainage pump reaches the preset drainage time, if the water level value in the water storage tank is lower than the first preset water level value, continuing to control the drainage pump to stop working; when the time for stopping the work of the drainage pump reaches the preset stopping time, determining whether the water level value in the water storage tank is lower than a second preset water level value or not; if the water level value in the water storage tank is lower than a second preset water level value, determining that the water container is not fully loaded; if the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to a second preset water level value, the clothes dryer is controlled to send out an alarm instruction for full loading of the water container.
In the above embodiment, it has been described that if the clothes dryer is not a problem of abnormal water discharge, when the water discharge time period of the drain pump reaches the preset water discharge time period, the water level value in the water storage tank is lower than the first preset water level value, and on the basis of this, the alarm method for abnormal water discharge of the clothes dryer of the present application can further identify whether the water amount of the water container of the clothes dryer is full.
Specifically, when the drainage time of the drainage pump reaches the preset drainage time, if the water level value in the water storage tank is lower than the first preset water level value, the drainage pump is continuously controlled to stop working, the drainage pump stops working, water in the water storage tank cannot be drained into the water container, and if the water in the water container is fully loaded and overflows at the moment, overflowed water can flow back into the water storage tank through the water container supporting box and the water return pipe, so that the water level value in the water storage tank can rise. Therefore, when the time for stopping the drain pump reaches the preset stop time, if the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to the second preset water level value, it can be determined that the water in the water container of the clothes dryer is full, and the user needs to be reminded of pouring the water in the water container. Therefore, the present application can effectively identify and distinguish the problem of abnormal water discharge of the clothes dryer and the problem of full water in the water container.
When the draining pump stops working, the clothes dryer can still dry clothes, or stop drying clothes, if the clothes dryer still dries clothes, the draining pump stops working, and the water amount discharged into the water storage tank is very small and is measured by water drops, so that the water amount discharged from the clothes drying cylinder at the moment can be ignored.
In one embodiment, the preset stopping time period is in the range of 60 to 100 seconds, for example, the preset stopping time period is 80 seconds, and the specific preset stopping time period is related to the inner diameter of the water return pipe.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flowchart of another embodiment of the technical solution of the present application, and referring to fig. 3, the method for alarming the abnormal drainage of the clothes dryer at least includes steps S310 to S370, which are described in detail as follows:
step S310, the clothes dryer is started, and the water level value in the water storage tank is monitored in real time.
Step S320, determining whether the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to a first preset water level value, and if the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to the first preset water level value, executing step S330.
Step S330, starting the drainage pump and working for a preset drainage duration, and executing step S340 when the drainage duration of the drainage pump reaches the preset drainage duration.
Step S340, determining whether the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to a first preset water level value, if the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to the first preset water level value, executing step S341, and if the water level value in the water storage tank is lower than the first preset water level value, executing step S350.
Step S341, the clothes dryer is controlled to send out an alarm instruction of abnormal drainage.
Step S350, the drain pump is continuously controlled to stop working, and when the time for stopping working of the drain pump reaches the preset stopping duration, step S360 is executed.
Step S360, determining whether the water level value in the water storage tank is lower than a second preset water level value, if the water level value in the water storage tank is lower than the second preset water level value, executing step S361, and if the water level value in the water storage tank is higher than or equal to the second preset water level value, executing step S370.
In step S361, it is determined that the water tank is not fully loaded.
And step S370, controlling the clothes dryer to send out an alarm instruction for full water container.
In one embodiment, the second predetermined water level value is equal to the first predetermined water level value.
When the second preset water level value is equal to the first preset water level value, the water pumped from the water storage tank to the water container flows back to the water storage tank, so that the water level value in the water storage tank rises to the original water level value, and the water volume in the water container can be determined to be full.
In another embodiment, the second preset water level value is smaller than the first preset water level value.
When the water quantity flowing back into the water storage tank in the water container is smaller than the water quantity pumped by the drainage pump into the water container, and the water quantity in the water container overflows in a full load mode, the water level value of the water storage tank cannot rise to a first preset water level value, but the water quantity in the water container overflows in a full load mode, and therefore whether the water quantity in the water container overflows in a full load mode or not can be accurately identified through the fact that the second preset water level value is smaller than the first preset water level value.
It should be noted that, the determination of the second preset water level value is related to the amount of water that the drain pump can pump into the water container in the preset drain time period, and the difference between the first preset water level value and the second preset water level value is smaller than the amount of water that the drain pump can pump into the water container in the preset drain time period.
In one embodiment, the predetermined stop time period is greater than or equal to a predetermined drain time period, for example, the predetermined stop time period is 80 seconds and the predetermined drain time period is 60 seconds.
Since the inner diameter of the return pipe is smaller than the inner diameter of the drain pipe, the time for flowing into the water container through the drain pipe is smaller than the time for flowing into the water storage tank through the return pipe if the same water quantity is obtained. In this case, the drain rate of the drain pump is less than or equal to the rate at which the water in the return pipe flows back into the water storage tank.
It should be noted that although the steps of the methods of the present application are depicted in the accompanying drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the steps must be performed in that particular order, or that all illustrated steps be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step to perform, and/or one step decomposed into multiple steps to perform, etc.
