adding water into a dispersion tank according to the formula amount, adding silica sol, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, a pH regulator and a preservative at the rotating speed of 200rpm, and uniformly stirring to obtain a premixed solution; and then adding the silicone-acrylic emulsion, the film forming aid, the propylene glycol and the leveling aid into the premixed liquid, stirring and dispersing for 20min until no shrinkage phenomenon exists, adding the tackifier and the colorant, and uniformly mixing to obtain the water-based finish paint.
Example 3
The water-based finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 4 parts of a film-forming assistant, 6 parts of silica sol, 0.03 part of inorganic color paste, 0.1 part of a wetting agent, 0.2 part of a preservative, 0.05 part of a defoaming agent, 0.5 part of propylene glycol, 0.3 part of a leveling assistant, 1 part of a thickening agent, 0.05 part of a pH regulator and 100 parts of supplementary water.
The preparation method of the water-based finishing paint is the same as that of the example 1.
Example 4
The water-based finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 4 parts of a film-forming additive, 9 parts of lithium silicate, 0.01 part of inorganic color paste, 0.2 part of a wetting agent, 0.2 part of a preservative, 0.1 part of a defoaming agent, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.2 part of a leveling additive, 0.5 part of a thickening agent, 0.1 part of a pH regulator and 100 parts of supplementary water.
The preparation method of the water-based finishing paint is the same as that of the example 1.
Example 5
The water-based finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of silicone-acrylate emulsion, 4 parts of a film-forming additive, 9 parts of silica sol, 0.01 part of water-based color paste (Kelaien 131CN), 0.2 part of a wetting agent, 0.2 part of a preservative, 0.1 part of a defoaming agent, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.2 part of a leveling additive, 0.5 part of a thickening agent, 0.1 part of a pH regulator and 100 parts of supplementary water.
The preparation method of the water-based finishing paint is the same as that of the example 1.
Example 6
The water-based finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of silicone-acrylate emulsion, 4 parts of a film-forming additive, 6 parts of silica sol, 0.01 part of inorganic color paste, 0.2 part of a wetting agent, 0.2 part of a preservative, 0.1 part of a defoaming agent, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.2 part of a leveling additive, 0.5 part of a thickening agent, 0.1 part of a pH regulator and 100 parts of supplementary water.
The preparation method of the water-based finishing paint is the same as that of the example 1.
Example 7
The water-based finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of silicone-acrylate emulsion, 4 parts of a film-forming additive, 9 parts of silica sol, 0.05 part of inorganic color paste, 0.2 part of a wetting agent, 0.2 part of a preservative, 0.1 part of a defoaming agent, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.2 part of a leveling additive, 0.5 part of a thickening agent, 0.1 part of a pH regulator and 100 parts of supplementary water.
The preparation method of the water-based finishing paint is the same as that of the example 1.
Comparative example 1
The water-based finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 4 parts of a film-forming additive, 4 parts of silica sol, 0.01 part of inorganic color paste, 0.2 part of a wetting agent, 0.2 part of a preservative, 0.1 part of a defoaming agent, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.2 part of a leveling additive, 0.5 part of a thickening agent, 0.1 part of a pH regulator and 100 parts of supplementary water.
The preparation method of the water-based finishing paint is the same as that of the example 1.
Comparative example 2
The water-based finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 4 parts of a film-forming additive, 12 parts of silica sol, 0.01 part of inorganic color paste, 0.2 part of a wetting agent, 0.2 part of a preservative, 0.1 part of a defoaming agent, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.2 part of a leveling additive, 0.5 part of a thickening agent, 0.1 part of a pH regulator and 100 parts of supplementary water.
The preparation method of the water-based finishing paint is the same as that of the example 1.
Comparative example 3
The water-based finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of silicone-acrylate emulsion, 4 parts of a film-forming additive, 9 parts of silica sol, 0.1 part of inorganic color paste, 0.2 part of a wetting agent, 0.2 part of a preservative, 0.1 part of a defoaming agent, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.2 part of a leveling additive, 0.5 part of a thickening agent, 0.1 part of a pH regulator and 100 parts of supplementary water.
The preparation method of the water-based finishing paint is the same as that of the example 1.
Comparative example 4
An aqueous overprint varnish which differed from example 1 only in that the silica sol was replaced by an equal amount of sodium silicate; other components, amounts and preparation methods were the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 5
The water-based finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 3 parts of film-forming additive, 0.1 part of wetting agent, 0.2 part of preservative, 0.1 part of defoaming agent, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.2 part of leveling additive, 0.5 part of thickening agent, 0.1 part of pH regulator and 100 parts of supplementary water.
The preparation method of the water-based finishing paint is the same as that of the example 1.
And (3) performance testing:
(1) hydrophilicity: and spraying the water-based finishing paint to be tested on the surface of the substrate, and testing the water contact angle of the water-based finishing paint according to the method in the national standard GB/T31815-2015.
(2) Stain resistance: spraying the water-based finishing paint to be tested on the surface of the base material, preparing an ash standard sample according to a method for testing the stain resistance of an outer wall coating layer in the national standard GB/T9780-2013, and testing the stain resistance; illustratively, the stain resistance test chart of the water-based finishing paint of example 1 is shown in fig. 1, the stain resistance test chart of the water-based finishing paint of comparative example 5 is shown in fig. 2, and comparing fig. 1 and fig. 2, it can be seen that the common water-based finishing paint of comparative example 5 has very obvious gray pollutants and poor stain resistance, and the surface of the water-based finishing paint of example 1 has no obvious gray pollution traces and the stain resistance is as low as 5%.
(3) Storage stability: storing the water-based finishing paint at 50 ℃ for 30 days, and observing whether the water-based finishing paint is uniform and stable or not, and whether the phenomena of layering, color paste floating and the like exist or not;
(4) performance of adjusting chromatic aberration: coating a layer of water-based finishing paint to be detected on the base material coated with the multicolor paint, and observing the color difference regulation condition visually after drying;
wherein, fig. 3 is a color difference adjustment comparison graph of the water-based finishing paint of the embodiment 1 and the comparative example 5, and it can be known from fig. 3 that the water-based finishing paint provided by the invention has a color matching function and can make up for the difference in color difference of the multicolor paint layer without adjusting the formula of the multicolor paint.
The specific test results are shown in table 1:

According to the test data in table 1, compared with the common water-based finishing paint (comparative example 5) on the market, the water-based finishing paints provided in the embodiments 1 to 7 of the present invention have good storage stability, and can be stably stored for more than 1 month at 50 ℃; the coating formed by the water-based finishing paint has good hydrophilicity, a water contact angle of 30-60 degrees and contamination resistance of 3-9.8 percent, is transparent in appearance, has a color-mixing function, and can effectively adjust the color difference of a colorful coating layer.
The water-based finishing paint takes acrylic emulsion as a film forming substance, and is endowed with good hydrophilicity, stain resistance and storage stability by matching with inorganic silicon hydrophilic agents and coloring agents with specific content and types; if the amount of the inorganic silicon-based hydrophilizing agent is too low (comparative example 1), the hydrophilicity of the coating is low and the stain resistance is not good; too high an amount of the inorganic silicon-based hydrophilic agent (comparative example 2) affects the storage stability of the coating; the phenomenon of color paste floating is easy to occur when the consumption of the coloring agent is too much (comparative example 3), so that the storage stability of the water-based finishing paint is not good. In addition, if a specific kind of inorganic silicon-based hydrophilic agent is not used (comparative example 4), the overall compatibility and stability of the coating are poor, and the use requirements cannot be met.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples to the aqueous finishing paint of the present invention and the preparation method and application thereof, but the present invention is not limited to the above process steps, i.e. it does not mean that the present invention must rely on the above process steps to be carried out. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of selected materials and additions of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes and the like, which are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention, are contemplated by the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The water-based finishing paint is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of acrylic emulsion, 2-5 parts of film forming auxiliary agent, 6-10 parts of inorganic silicon hydrophilic agent and 0.01-0.05 part of coloring agent; the inorganic silicon hydrophilic agent is selected from any one of silica sol, potassium silicate or lithium silicate or a combination of at least two of the silica sol, the potassium silicate and the lithium silicate.
2. The water-based finishing paint according to claim 1, wherein the acrylic emulsion comprises a pure acrylic emulsion and/or a silicone acrylic emulsion, preferably a silicone acrylic emulsion;
preferably, the film-forming aid is an alcohol ester film-forming aid.
3. The water-based finishing paint according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the particle size of the silica sol is 5-50 nm;
preferably, the solid content of the silica sol is 25-35%.
4. The water-based finishing paint according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the colorant is an inorganic color paste;
preferably, the water-based finishing paint further comprises 0.1-0.3 part of a wetting agent in parts by weight;
preferably, the wetting agent is a substrate wetting agent;
preferably, the substrate wetting agent is a silicone-based substrate wetting agent.
5. The water-based finishing paint according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by further comprising 0.01 to 0.3 parts by weight of a preservative;
preferably, the preservative comprises an isothiazolinone preservative and/or a cason preservative;
preferably, the water-based finishing paint further comprises 0.01-0.2 part of a defoaming agent in parts by weight;
preferably, the defoamer is a silicone defoamer;
preferably, the water-based finishing paint further comprises 0.5-3 parts of an antifreezing agent in parts by weight;
preferably, the antifreeze agent comprises ethylene glycol and/or propylene glycol.
6. The water-based finishing paint according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by further comprising 0.01 to 0.3 part by weight of a leveling assistant;
preferably, the water-based finishing paint further comprises 0.1-1 part of a thickening agent in parts by weight;
preferably, the thickener comprises an alkali swelling thickener and/or a polyurethane-based thickener;
preferably, the water-based finishing paint further comprises 0.01-0.2 part of pH regulator in parts by weight;
preferably, the pH adjuster is an organic amine compound.
7. The water-based finishing paint according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by further comprising 10 to 40 parts by weight of a solvent;
preferably, the solvent is water;
preferably, the water-based finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 10-40 parts of water, 2-5 parts of film forming additive, 6-10 parts of inorganic silicon hydrophilic agent, 0.01-0.05 part of colorant, 0.1-0.3 part of base wetting agent, 0.01-0.3 part of preservative, 0.01-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.5-3 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.01-0.3 part of leveling additive, 0.1-1 part of thickening agent and 0.01-0.2 part of pH regulator; wherein the inorganic silicon hydrophilic agent is selected from any one of silica sol, potassium silicate or lithium silicate or the combination of at least two of the silica sol, the potassium silicate and the lithium silicate.

A preparation method of the water-based finishing paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the following steps: uniformly mixing acrylic emulsion, a film-forming assistant, an inorganic silicon hydrophilic agent and a coloring agent to obtain the water-based finishing paint;
preferably, the preparation method specifically comprises: mixing water, an inorganic silicon hydrophilic agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, a pH regulator and a preservative to obtain a premixed solution; and uniformly mixing the premixed liquid, the acrylic emulsion, the film-forming aid, the antifreezing agent and the leveling aid, then adding the tackifier and the colorant, and uniformly mixing to obtain the water-based finishing finish.
9. Use of an aqueous finishing coat according to any one of claims 1 to 7 in architectural coatings;
preferably, the water-based finishing paint is applied to the outer side of the multicolor paint layer.
10. A method of adjusting chromatic aberration of a multicolor coating, the method comprising: coating the side, far away from the substrate, of the colorful coating layer with the water-based finishing paint as defined in any one of claims 1 to 7 to obtain a finishing coating; and adjusting the chromatic aberration of the colorful coating through the finishing coating.
