Abstract
本发明的目的是为了解决电梯轿厢的空气净化问题,公开了一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置,包括轿厢,所述轿厢内部底面均匀安装有导向环,所述导向环内部套装有接触环,所述导向环内部套有滑杆,所述滑杆表面镶套有接触片,所述滑杆顶端固定安装有踏板,所述踏板与导向环之间连接有螺旋弹簧,所述轿厢右侧面下侧固定安装有抽风机,所述抽风机上方设有与轿厢固定连接的储液箱,所述储液箱与抽风机之间连接有第四连接管,所述储液箱上方设有与轿厢固定连接的喷雾器。本发明方便对连接球控制,在轿厢内交谈的时候可以对呼出的气体进行收集,并且也便于进行净化,将净化后的气体排出,从而便于加强对电梯轿厢内的空气净化。

技术领域
本发明涉及电梯轿厢空气净化领域,特别涉及一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置。
背景技术
随着生活的提高,越来越多的居住小区都安装有电梯,老旧小区现在也在进行电梯的改造,而电梯轿厢是相对封闭的空间,在乘坐电梯的时候,由于人员比较密集,在进行交谈的时候会造成病菌的传播,有的人没有佩戴口罩就乘坐电梯,如果自身存在疾病将会造成疾病的传播,使得电梯内的空气质量下降,有的比较老旧的电梯,里面甚至没有排风***,这样在较多人乘坐电梯的时候,会恶化内部的空气环境,在进行乘坐电梯的时候不能够对电梯内的空气进行净化,因此,急需设计一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置来解决电梯轿厢内的空气净化问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供了一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置,包括轿厢,所述轿厢内部底面均匀安装有导向环,所述导向环内部套装有接触环,所述导向环内部套有滑杆,所述滑杆表面镶套有接触片,所述滑杆顶端固定安装有踏板,所述踏板与导向环之间连接有螺旋弹簧,所述轿厢右侧面下侧固定安装有抽风机,所述抽风机上方设有与轿厢固定连接的储液箱,所述储液箱与抽风机之间连接有第四连接管,所述储液箱上方设有与轿厢固定连接的喷雾器,所述喷雾器与储液箱之间连接有第三连接管,所述喷雾器的出液端连接有喷头,所述储液箱上装有端盖,所述轿厢上表面右侧固定安装有支撑板,所述支撑板与抽风机之间连接有第二连接管,所述轿厢上表面均匀安装有第一电机,所述第一电机中部安装有转盘,所述转盘上缠绕有拉绳,所述拉绳与支撑板之间连接有第一连接管,所述拉绳下端固定连接有连接球,所述轿厢内部两侧壁对称安装有安装杆,所述安装杆内端固定安装有连接环,所述连接环内部固定套装有第二电机,所述第二电机中部装有转筒,所述转筒之间连接有连接带。
作为优选,所述支撑板为L形结构,支撑板为空心板体。
作为优选,所述支撑板与第一连接管和第二连接管相通。
作为优选,所述拉绳为橡胶软管制成且与连接球相通,连接球为网状结构。
作为优选,所述滑杆与导向环滑动配合。
作为优选,所述接触片和接触环均为铜质材料制成,接触片与第一电机、抽风机和喷雾器接通。
作为优选,所述连接带为尼龙材料制成且为网状结构,连接带上粘贴有海绵层,连接带上均匀开有供拉绳滑动的孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过对第一电机的控制,在乘坐电梯的时候可以使连接球下降,这样再结合抽风机的设置,可以对人们交谈时呼吸的空气进行排出,避免人群密集的时候造成病菌的传播,再通过喷雾器的设置,可以持续在电梯轿厢内喷洒消毒液,从而对轿厢内的空气进行净化,再通过连接带的设置,对上空的液体进行阻挡吸收,避免使液体在轿厢内滴落。本发明方便对连接球控制,在轿厢内交谈的时候可以对呼出的气体进行收集,并且也便于进行净化,将净化后的气体排出,从而便于加强对电梯轿厢内的空气净化。

一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置,包括轿厢14,所述轿厢14内部底面均匀安装有导向环18,所述导向环18内部套装有接触环26,所述导向环18内部套有滑杆17,所述滑杆17表面镶套有接触片25,所述滑杆17顶端固定安装有踏板15,所述踏板15与导向环18之间连接有螺旋弹簧16,所述轿厢14右侧面下侧固定安装有抽风机13,所述抽风机13上方设有与轿厢14固定连接的储液箱11,所述储液箱11与抽风机13之间连接有第四连接管12,所述储液箱11上方设有与轿厢14固定连接的喷雾器8,所述喷雾器8与储液箱11之间连接有第三连接管9,所述喷雾器8的出液端连接有喷头7,所述储液箱11上装有端盖10,所述轿厢14上表面右侧固定安装有支撑板5,所述支撑板5与抽风机13之间连接有第二连接管6,所述轿厢14上表面均匀安装有第一电机1,所述第一电机1中部安装有转盘2,所述转盘2上缠绕有拉绳4,所述拉绳4与支撑板5之间连接有第一连接管3,所述拉绳4下端固定连接有连接球19,所述轿厢14内部两侧壁对称安装有安装杆20,所述安装杆20内端固定安装有连接环21,所述连接环21内部固定套装有第二电机22,所述第二电机22中部装有转筒23,所述转筒23之间连接有连接带24。
所述支撑板5为L形结构,支撑板5为空心板体。
所述支撑板5与第一连接管3和第二连接管6相通。
所述拉绳4为橡胶软管制成且与连接球19相通,连接球19为网状结构。
所述滑杆17与导向环18滑动配合。
所述接触片25和接触环26均为铜质材料制成,接触片25与第一电机1、抽风机13和喷雾器8接通。
所述连接带24为尼龙材料制成且为网状结构,连接带24上粘贴有海绵层,连接带24上均匀开有供拉绳4滑动的孔。
操作步骤:首先按照一定比例将消毒水装入储液箱11内,再将接触环26接通轿厢上的电源,并且在第一电机1上装上限位开关,使得连接球19最低高度与轿厢底部之间为60cm,当有人乘坐电梯的时候,将会对踏板15进行踩踏,此时就会使得接触片25与接触环26接触,从而将第一电机1通电,使第一电机1带动转盘2转动,对拉绳4进行下放,同时使连接球19下降,当人们在电梯轿厢内交谈的时候,就会使得抽风机13对呼出的气体收集到储液箱11内,使用储液箱11对气体进行净化,然后喷雾器8将会喷出净化后的气体,如果有水雾出现,就会被连接带24阻挡,被连接带24上的海绵层吸收,从而可以使用该装置的控制对电梯轿厢内进行空气净化。

1.一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置,包括轿厢(14),其特征在于:所述轿厢(14)内部底面均匀安装有导向环(18),所述导向环(18)内部套装有接触环(26),所述导向环(18)内部套有滑杆(17),所述滑杆(17)表面镶套有接触片(25),所述滑杆(17)顶端固定安装有踏板(15),所述踏板(15)与导向环(18)之间连接有螺旋弹簧(16),所述轿厢(14)右侧面下侧固定安装有抽风机(13),所述抽风机(13)上方设有与轿厢(14)固定连接的储液箱(11),所述储液箱(11)与抽风机(13)之间连接有第四连接管(12),所述储液箱(11)上方设有与轿厢(14)固定连接的喷雾器(8),所述喷雾器(8)与储液箱(11)之间连接有第三连接管(9),所述喷雾器(8)的出液端连接有喷头(7),所述储液箱(11)上装有端盖(10),所述轿厢(14)上表面右侧固定安装有支撑板(5),所述支撑板(5)与抽风机(13)之间连接有第二连接管(6),所述轿厢(14)上表面均匀安装有第一电机(1),所述第一电机(1)中部安装有转盘(2),所述转盘(2)上缠绕有拉绳(4),所述拉绳(4)与支撑板(5)之间连接有第一连接管(3),所述拉绳(4)下端固定连接有连接球(19),所述轿厢(14)内部两侧壁对称安装有安装杆(20),所述安装杆(20)内端固定安装有连接环(21),所述连接环(21)内部固定套装有第二电机(22),所述第二电机(22)中部装有转筒(23),所述转筒(23)之间连接有连接带(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(5)为L形结构,支撑板(5)为空心板体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(5)与第一连接管(3)和第二连接管(6)相通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述拉绳(4)为橡胶软管制成且与连接球(19)相通,连接球(19)为网状结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述滑杆(17)与导向环(18)滑动配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述接触片(25)和接触环(26)均为铜质材料制成,接触片(25)与第一电机(1)、抽风机(13)和喷雾器(8)接通。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯轿厢内空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述连接带(24)为尼龙材料制成且为网状结构,连接带(24)上粘贴有海绵层,连接带(24)上均匀开有供拉绳(4)滑动的孔。
