Abstract
本发明公开了一种车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,座框的后端设有支撑体,所述支撑体的端部连接有摆臂,摆臂远离所述支撑体的一端转动安装在座框上,所述座框上安装有驱动机构,用于驱动所述摆臂相对座框转动,所述摆臂转动能够带动支撑体沿座框的高度方向移动。本发明的有益效果是:支撑体沿座框的高度方向向上抬升,能够弥补座框后端与靠背之间的高度差,并对乘员的臀部后侧形成有效支撑,使得乘员能够做到完全平躺,乘员在躺姿模式下具有更好的舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车座椅技术领域,具体涉及一种车用座椅座框局部抬升机构。
背景技术
座椅的舒适性对于用户的驾乘体验具有举足轻重的作用。现如今,无论是汽车厂商还是消费终端都对汽车座椅的舒适性提出了更为严苛的要求。
市面上大部分汽车座椅的靠背都可以倒平,尤其是中高端车型的汽车座椅,靠背倒平的主要用途是方便用户以平躺的姿态休息。然而在现有的座椅结构中,靠背倒平之后,座部后端与靠背支撑平面之间存在一定落差,这样会导致用户臀部后侧缺乏支撑,甚至是处于明显的悬空状态,用户平躺的舒适性体验较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,在靠背倒平时能够弥补座部后端与靠背之间的高度差,有效地改善了用户平躺的舒适性体验。
为实现上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,包括座框,其关键在于:所述座框的后端设有支撑体,所述支撑体的端部连接有摆臂,摆臂远离所述支撑体的一端转动安装在座框上,所述座框上安装有驱动机构,用于驱动所述摆臂相对座框转动,所述摆臂转动能够带动支撑体沿座框的高度方向移动。
采用上述结构,座椅的靠背向后放倒后,驱动机构驱动支撑体沿座框的高度方向向上抬升,能够达到弥补座框后端与靠背之间高度差的目的,从而使得座椅靠背能够放倒至真正纯平的姿态,显著地提升了用户平躺的舒适性体验。
作为优选:所述摆臂具有驱动段和支撑段,其中,驱动段的一端铰接在座框侧板的中部,支撑段相对于驱动段沿座框的宽度方向向内偏移设置,支撑段的一端固定连接在所述支撑体的端部。如此设计,实现了支撑体向上抬升的转动装配,并有利于驱动机构控制摆臂旋转。
作为优选:驱动机构包括减速电机和连接在减速电机输出轴上的齿轮,所述驱动段远离与座框铰接的一端设有弧形齿部,该弧形齿部与所述齿轮啮合。采用上述结构,减速电机工作即可驱动支撑体向上抬升。
作为优选:所述侧板上固定安装有限位销,所述驱动段上设有弧形孔,该弧形孔滑动套设在所述限位销上。弧形孔在限位销内滑动,可起到限位的作用,即:限定支撑体运动的上下极限位置。
作为优选:所述减速电机安装在侧板的外侧,齿轮通过支架转动安装在侧板的内侧。采用上述结构,以便于装配。
作为优选:所述支架具有三个与侧板固定连接的支耳,其中一个所述支耳固定在所述限位销的端部,所述齿轮的中部套设有安装轴,安装轴的一端支撑在支架上。采用上述结构,各部件布局合理,有助于保证产品结构的紧凑性和装配的可靠性。
作为优选:所述弧形齿部的内侧连接有加厚齿板,加厚齿板的齿形与弧形齿部的齿形一致。采用上述结构,有助于提升齿轮的啮合强度。
作为优选:所述驱动段与支撑段之间具有偏移过渡段,所述驱动段、支撑段和偏移过渡段一体成型,所述支撑段与支撑体连接的一端沿座框的长度方向超过所述驱动段。
作为优选:所述支撑体被构造成沿座框宽度方向横置的条状结构,所述座框座簧的后端连接在支撑体上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、座椅的靠背向后放倒后,支撑体沿座框的高度方向向上抬升,能够弥补座框后端与靠背之间的高度差,并对乘员的臀部后侧形成有效支撑,使得乘员能够做到完全平躺,显著地提升了用户平躺的舒适性体验。
2、各部件及其装配布局设计合理,具有生产制造和装配可靠性高、市场应用前景好的技术优势。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、2和3所示,一种车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,座部即汽车座椅的座框1,座框1的两侧均固定安装有侧板1a,座框1的后端设有支撑体2,支撑体2呈条状结构,其沿座框1的宽度方向横置,支撑体2两端端部均连接有摆臂3,摆臂3具有驱动段3a和支撑段3b,驱动段3a朝远离支撑段3b的方向延伸,且驱动段3a远离支撑段3b的一端设有安装孔a,该安装孔a通过销轴b铰接在座框1侧板1a的中部,支撑段3b远离驱动段3a的一端固定连接在支撑体2的端部。座框1上安装有驱动机构4,驱动机构4用于驱动其中一个所述摆臂3相对侧板1a转动。
如图4所示,座椅的靠背A向后放倒后,驱动机构4驱动摆臂3转动,摆臂3的转动则会带动支撑体2沿座框1的高度方向向上抬升,从而达到弥补座框1后端与靠背A之间高度差的目的,使得座椅靠背A能够放倒至真正纯平的姿态,如此一来,乘员平躺在座椅上后,其臀部后侧能够得到支撑体2的充实支撑,显著地提升了用户平躺的舒适性体验。
再如图2所示,在本实施例中,驱动机构4由动力连接的减速电机4a和齿轮4b组成,齿轮4b通过安装轴4c转动安装在座框1侧板1a上,驱动段3a远离与侧板1a铰接的一端设有弧形齿部3c,弧形齿部3c与齿轮4b相啮合,减速电机4a驱动齿轮4b转动,齿轮4b通过弧形齿部3c带动驱动段3a运动,从而控制支撑体2沿座框1的高度方向向上或向下运动。进一步的,为了提升齿轮的啮合强度,弧形齿部3c的内侧安装有加厚齿板3e,加厚齿板3e的齿形与弧形齿部3c的齿形一致。
再如图3所示,支撑段3b相对于驱动段3a沿座框1的宽度方向向内偏移设置,两者之间具有偏移过渡段3f,驱动段3a、支撑段3b和偏移过渡段3f一体成型,支撑段3b与支撑体2连接的一端沿座框1的长度方向超过驱动段3a,即:弧形齿部3c位于驱动段3a和支撑段3b的端部之间,这样能够使得减速电机4a更好的驱动摆臂1转动。
再如图1所示,座框1座簧1b的后端连接在支撑体2上,如此设计,座框1后端的支撑体2向上抬升后,能够保证支撑体2与座框1之间有一个平滑过渡,避免支撑体2明显向上凸出导致的不适感。
如图1、2所示,侧板1a上固定安装有限位销5,驱动段3a上设有弧形孔3d,该弧形孔3d滑动套设在限位销5上,摆臂1上下转动时,弧形孔3d在限位销5内滑动,可起到限位的作用,即:限定支撑体2运动的上下极限位置。进一步的,为方便安装,减速电机4a安装在侧板1a的外侧,齿轮4b通过支架6转动安装在侧板1a的内侧,支架6具有三个与侧板1a固定连接的支耳6a,如此设计,有助于保证产品结构的紧凑性和装配的可靠性。同时,将其中一个支耳6a固定在限位销5的端部,齿轮4b轴线上套设的安装轴4c支撑在支架6上,还能够限定安装轴4c与限位销5之间具有恒定距离,从而保证齿轮4b与弧形齿部3c之间啮合的精度和稳定性,有助于提升传动平顺性。

Claims (9)
1.一种车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,包括座框(1),其特征在于:所述座框(1)的后端设有支撑体(2),所述支撑体(2)的端部连接有摆臂(3),摆臂(3)远离所述支撑体(2)的一端转动安装在座框(1)上,所述座框(1)上安装有驱动机构(4),用于驱动所述摆臂(3)相对座框(1)转动,所述摆臂(3)转动能够带动支撑体(2)沿座框(1)的高度方向移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,其特征在于:所述摆臂(3)具有驱动段(3a)和支撑段(3b),其中,驱动段(3a)的一端铰接在座框(1)侧板(1a)的中部,支撑段(3b)相对于驱动段(3a)沿座框(1)的宽度方向向内偏移设置,支撑段(3b)的一端固定连接在所述支撑体(2)的端部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(4)包括减速电机(4a)和连接在减速电机(4a)输出轴上的齿轮(4b),所述驱动段(3a)远离与座框(1)铰接的一端设有弧形齿部(3c),该弧形齿部(3c)与所述齿轮(4b)啮合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,其特征在于:所述侧板(1a)上固定安装有限位销(5),所述驱动段(3a)上设有弧形孔(3d),该弧形孔(3d)滑动套设在所述限位销(5)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,其特征在于:所述减速电机(4a)安装在侧板(1a)的外侧,齿轮(4b)通过支架(6)转动安装在侧板(1a)的内侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,其特征在于:所述支架(6)具有三个与侧板(1a)固定连接的支耳(6a),其中一个所述支耳(6a)固定在所述限位销(5)的端部,所述齿轮(4b)的中部套设有安装轴(4c),安装轴(4c)的一端支撑在支架(6)上。
7.根据权利要求3所述的车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,其特征在于:所述弧形齿部(3c)的内侧连接有加厚齿板(3e),加厚齿板(3e)的齿形与弧形齿部(3c)的齿形一致。
8.根据权利要求2所述的车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,其特征在于:所述驱动段(3a)与支撑段(3b)之间具有偏移过渡段(3f),所述驱动段(3a)、支撑段(3b)和偏移过渡段(3f)一体成型,所述支撑段(3b)与支撑体(2)连接的一端沿座框(1)的长度方向超过所述驱动段(3a)。
9.根据权利要求2所述的车用座椅座框局部抬升机构,其特征在于:所述支撑体(2)被构造成沿座框(1)宽度方向横置的条状结构,所述座框(1)座簧(1b)的后端连接在支撑体(2)上。
