As a still further scheme in the invention, the caster bracket 1 comprises a bracket main body 101, both ends of the bracket main body 101 are provided with caster mounting parts 102 extending in an obtuse triangle, caster shafts 103 are arranged in the caster mounting parts 102, both ends of the bracket main body 101 are provided with caster mounting parts 102 extending in an obtuse triangle, and the distance between the front-end caster mounting parts 102 and the rotating seat 2 is smaller than the distance between the rear-end caster mounting parts, so that the front-end caster mounting parts and the rear-end caster mounting parts are sequentially stressed simultaneously, the passing convenience and smoothness are improved, and secondly, when the front-end caster mounting parts 102 are lifted, the casters positioned at the front end can rapidly move downwards when being vibrated, the load of the rear-end casters is reduced, and the service life of the casters is prolonged.
As a still further scheme in the invention, the brake component 3 comprises a damping hydraulic rod 304 arranged in the caster bracket 1, the bottom of the damping hydraulic rod 304 is provided with a pedal 301, both ends of the pedal 301 are provided with a notch, the inside of the notch is provided with an arc brake block 302, when the caster needs to be stopped, the arc brake block 302 at both ends is driven to descend by downwards moving the pedal 301, so that the intrados of the arc brake block contacts with the caster rim 5 to achieve the purpose of braking, and the pedal 301 is moved upwards when the caster needs to be moved, so that the operation is simple and convenient.
As a still further scheme in the invention, limiting sliding grooves 104 with arc structures are arranged on two sides of the bracket main body 101, limiting sliding rods 303 are arranged on two ends of the top of the arc-shaped brake pad 302, the upper end of the arc-shaped brake pad 302 moves in a limiting position of the limiting sliding grooves 104 through the limiting sliding rods 303, and when the arc-shaped brake pad 302 moves downwards, the upper end is locked under the action of the limiting sliding rods 303 and the limiting sliding grooves 104, so that the braking stability of the caster is improved.
As a further scheme in the invention, a plurality of lock posts 305 are arranged on the inner cambered surface of the arc-shaped brake block 302, the intervals between the lock posts 305 are matched with the intervals between the anti-skid grooves 7, when the arc-shaped brake block 302 moves downwards, the lock posts 305 are embedded into the anti-skid grooves 7, the casters at the two ends are locked simultaneously, the phenomenon of rotation under the action of external force is avoided, the braking stability of the casters is effectively improved, friction damage to the surfaces of the casters is avoided, and the service life of the casters is prolonged.
As a still further scheme in the invention, the lower top plate assembly 4 comprises a plate body 401 with a trapezoid structure, a rotating mounting seat 403 is welded at the top of the plate body 401, two front bar-shaped sliding rings 404 are arranged at the front end of the plate body 401, two rear bar-shaped sliding rings 402 are arranged at the rear end of the plate body 401, the bottom ends of the front buffer assembly 12 and the rear buffer assembly 8 are respectively arranged in the bar-shaped sliding rings at the front end and the rear end of the lower top plate assembly 4, the lower top plate assembly 4 can rotate around the joint of the supporting frame 11 in an adjusting stage, and when being blocked, the front and rear movement allowance of the front buffer assembly 12 and the rear buffer assembly 8 can be used for effectively buffering and damping, so that the protection effect on upper-end equipment or goods is improved.
As a still further scheme in the invention, the front buffer assembly 12 comprises a front buffer seat 1201 with a T-shaped structure, a front sliding column 1203 is arranged at the top of the front buffer seat 1201, a front adjusting nut 1206 and a front elastic seat 1205 are connected to the top of the front sliding column 1203 in a threaded manner, a front bar-shaped groove 1207 which is connected with the front elastic seat 1205 in a sliding manner is arranged on the side surface of the front sliding column 1203, a front bracket 1202 is welded at the bottom of the front sliding column 1203, a front spring 1204 is arranged between the front bracket 1202 and the front elastic seat 1205, the upper top plate assembly 9 is clamped between the front adjusting nut 1206 and the front elastic seat 1205 when in use, the tightness of the front spring 1204 can be adjusted by rotating the front adjusting nut 1206, and then the space between the front bracket 1202 and the front elastic seat 1205 in the front buffer assembly 12 is adjusted, one end of the caster is lifted, so that the caster has an inclination effect, and the front elastic seat 1205 moves up and down under the support of the front spring 1204 when in vibration, so that a good buffer effect is achieved, a simple structure and convenient adjustment.
As a still further scheme in the invention, the rear buffer assembly 8 comprises a rear buffer seat 801 with a T-shaped structure, the top of the rear buffer seat 801 is provided with a rear slide column 803, the top of the rear slide column 803 is in threaded connection with a rear adjusting nut 806 and a rear elastic seat 805, the side surface of the rear slide column 803 is provided with a rear bar-shaped groove 807 in sliding connection with the rear elastic seat 805, the bottom of the rear slide column 803 is welded with a rear bracket 802, a rear spring 804 is arranged between the rear bracket 802 and the rear elastic seat 805, the upper top plate assembly 9 is clamped between the rear adjusting nut 806 and the rear elastic seat 805 when in application, the tightness of the rear spring 804 can be adjusted by rotating the rear adjusting nut 806, and then the interval between the rear bracket 802 and the rear elastic seat 805 in the rear buffer assembly 8 is adjusted, one end of a caster is lifted, so that the caster has an inclination effect, the rear elastic seat 805 moves up and down under the support of the rear spring 804 when in vibration, so that a good buffer effect is achieved, the structure is simple, and adjustment is convenient.
