A tooth-shaped inclined plate 132 is installed at the top of an inner cavity of the adjusting box 104, second guide rails 135 are obliquely installed on inner walls of two sides of the inner cavity of the adjusting box 104, an adjusting plate 133 is connected onto the second guide rails 135 in a sliding manner, an adjusting motor 134 is installed at one end of the adjusting plate 133, a sliding groove is formed in the inner wall of one side of the adjusting box 104, and the adjusting motor 134 is located in the inner cavity of the sliding groove; through setting up regulating box 104, make regulating plate 133 remove on first guide rail 124 after regulating motor 134 operates, thereby can restrict the height of astragalus on feeding conveyor 103 through regulating plate 133's height, make the astragalus evenly arrange at feeding conveyor 103, make the workman can place the unordered place of astragalus on feeding conveyor 103, and do not influence the follow-up section of astragalus, reduce workman's tired degree, promote the production efficiency that the sliced piece was directly obeyed to the astragalus.
The top of the adjusting plate 133 is provided with an installation groove, the middle part of the inner cavity of the adjusting plate 133 is rotatably provided with a transfer gear 136, the transfer gear 136 is connected to an output shaft of the adjusting motor 134 through a rotating shaft, the transfer gear 136 is meshed with the tooth-shaped inclined plate 132, and the tooth-shaped inclined plate 132 is in a frustum pyramid shape.

step three: when the astragalus membranaceus enters the adjusting box 104, the adjusting motor 134 is started, the adjusting motor 134 runs to drive the transfer gear 136 to rotate, the transfer gear 136 is meshed with the toothed sloping plate 132 to drive the adjusting plate 133 to move on the second guide rail 135, and the toothed surface of the toothed sloping plate 132 is obliquely arranged to gradually lower the height of the adjusting plate 133, so that the astragalus membranaceus is uniformly laid on the feeding conveyor 103;
step four: the feeding conveyor 103 conveys the astragalus to the mounting disc 105, enters the feeding hole 113 and abuts against the turntable 106, the driving motor 117 is started, the driving motor 117 operates to drive the intermittent transmission gear 121 to rotate, the intermittent transmission gear 121 is intermittently meshed with the driven transmission gear 122 to drive the turntable 106 to rotate, one of the slicing grooves 114 is enabled to be opposite to the feeding hole 113, and the feeding conveyor 103 conveys the astragalus to an inner cavity of the slicing groove 114;
step five: the slicing groove 114 moves the astragalus to the position right below the blade box 130, the slicing cylinder 107 is started, the movable rod of the slicing cylinder 107 extends to drive the mounting seat 127 to descend, the blade box 130 is driven to descend into the inner cavity of the slicing groove 114, and the astragalus is cut into astragalus slices through the blade 131;
step six: slice groove 114 removes the astragalus piece to feed opening 115, and the astragalus piece falls to transporting conveyer 119 from feed opening 115 on, and electric hot-blast case release is hot-blast from air intake 120 entering install bin 101's inner chamber, and the astragalus piece is dried by hot-blast at the in-process of transporting, and steam is got rid of from steam exhaust 112, and the astragalus piece after the stoving is discharged from transporting conveyer 119, falls to collecting box 110 in and collects, through the packing, obtains this astragalus directly obeys the sliced medicinal herbs.
