a second image collector 42 for identifying and screening parts in the waste case 2 is arranged above the second conveyor belt 39, the signal output end of the second image collector 42 is electrically connected with the signal input end of the screening controller, and the signal output end of the screening controller is electrically connected with the signal input end of the screening manipulator 40.
The working principle is as follows: when the waste case 2 needs to be disassembled, the waste case 2 is placed between the first clamping block 4 and the second clamping block 5, the cylinder 8 is started to drive the sliding plate 6 to slide, so as to drive the first clamping block 4 and the second clamping block 5 to clamp the waste case 2, the stepping motor 19 is started to rotate forward and drive the first gear 22 to rotate through the second ratchet 21, so as to drive the rotating ring 1 to rotate, at the moment, the rotating table 14 cannot rotate under the action of the first ratchet 20, the rotating ring 1 rotates to drive the waste case 2 to move to the first mechanical arm 12, the second mechanical arm 15 and the suction disc mechanical arm 16, data outside the waste case 2 is collected through the first image collector 13, the second mechanical arm 15 removes screws outside the waste case shell and the suction disc mechanical arm 16 removes the side cover 17 of the waste case, data inside the waste case 2 continues to be collected through the first image collector 13, the first manipulator 12 can disassemble the quick-connection plug in the waste case and the second manipulator 15 can disassemble the screw in the waste case 2, each part in the waste case 2 can be unlocked, the stepping motor 19 is continuously started to rotate forward to drive the unlocked waste case 2 to move to the third manipulator 27, the third manipulator 27 takes the unlocked part out of the waste case shell and puts the unlocked part on the second conveyor belt 39, the second image collector 42 above the second conveyor belt 39 judges whether the disassembled part is good or bad, the screening manipulator 40 transfers the good part from the second conveyor belt 39 to the assembly workbench 37, and the bad part is transferred from the second conveyor belt 39 to the waste collection box 41;
when parts to be disassembled are arranged on two sides of the case partition 43, the stepping motor 19 is started to rotate reversely to drive the rotating table 14 to rotate through the first ratchet 20, meanwhile, the rotating ring 1 cannot rotate under the action of the second ratchet 21, the rotating table 14 is driven to rotate to drive the second push block 34 to move to be in contact with the first push block 33, the first guide surface 35 is in contact with the second guide surface 36 to drive the first push block 33 to descend, so that the cleaning pool 28 descends, the starting motor 9 drives the waste case with the parts on one side of the case partition 43 disassembled to rotate through the bevel gear set 10, the screws on the other side of the case shell of the waste case are disassembled through the second manipulator 15, the side cover 17 of the waste case on the other side is disassembled through the suction disc manipulator 16, the unlocked parts are taken out through the third manipulator 27, the stepping motor 19 is started to continue to rotate reversely to drive the rotating table 14 to rotate, so that the first push block 33 is separated from the second push block 34, the cleaning pool 28 is lifted, the starting motor 9 drives the waste case shell with the parts on the two sides of the case partition plate 43 removed to rotate through the bevel gear set 10, and therefore the waste case shell is contacted with the cleaning liquid in the cleaning pool 28;
when only one side of the case partition plate 43 is provided with parts to be disassembled, the starting motor 9 drives the waste case shell with the parts on the side of the case partition plate 43 disassembled to rotate through the bevel gear set 10, and when the waste case shell passes through the through groove 3, the waste case shell can be contacted with the cleaning liquid in the cleaning pool 28, so that the waste case shell can be cleaned;
after the waste machine box shell is cleaned, the starting motor 9 drives the waste machine box shell to be horizontal, the stepping motor 19 is started to rotate positively to drive the rotating ring 1 to rotate, so that the waste machine box shell is moved out of the cleaning pool 28, the starting motor 9 drives the waste machine box shell to rotate, water on the waste machine box shell can be dried, when the waste machine box shell is moved to the position above the first conveying belt 38, the air cylinder 8 is started to enable the second clamping block 5 to move reversely to enable the waste machine box shell to be separated from the first conveying belt 38, and therefore the waste machine box shell is transferred to the assembly workbench 37 through the first conveying belt 38 to be reassembled with the desktop computer.

The disassembling and assembling equipment for the waste desktop computer case is characterized by comprising a rotatable rotating ring (1), wherein a plurality of overturning clamping units are arranged on the rotating ring (1) in a circular array around the rotating axis of the rotating ring, and can clamp the waste case (2) and drive the waste case (2) to rotate and overturn;
a disassembling and taking unit, a hardware taking unit and a shell unloading unit which can correspond to the waste case (2) are sequentially arranged on the moving path of the waste case (2), the disassembling and taking unit, the hardware taking unit and the shell unloading unit are circularly arrayed around the rotating axis of the rotating ring (1), and the array angle is equal to that of the overturning and clamping unit;
and a cleaning unit capable of cleaning the waste machine box shell is arranged at a position, close to the hardware taking-out unit, below the rotating ring (1), and the rotating path of the waste machine box shell can pass through the cleaning box of the cleaning unit.
2. The disassembling and assembling device for the waste desktop computer case according to claim 1, wherein the overturning clamping unit comprises a through slot (3), a first clamping block (4), a second clamping block (5), a sliding plate (6) and a rotating shaft (7);
the clamping device is characterized in that the first clamping block (4) is rotatably arranged on the rotating ring (1), the second clamping block (5) is arranged on the rotating shaft (7), the rotating axis of the first clamping block (4) coincides with the axis of the rotating shaft (7), the rotating shaft (7) is rotatably arranged on the sliding plate (6), the sliding plate (6) is slidably arranged on the rotating ring (1) along the axis direction of the rotating shaft (7), the waste case (2) can be clamped between the first clamping block (4) and the second clamping block (5), a through groove (3) which can rotate to pass through the waste case (2) is formed in the rotating ring (1) below the first clamping block (4) and the second clamping block (5), and the through groove (3) penetrates through the upper end face and the lower end face of the rotating ring (1).
3. The disassembling and assembling device for the waste desktop computer case according to claim 2, wherein the overturning clamping unit comprises a cylinder (8), a motor (9) and a bevel gear set (10);
the sliding plate (6) is connected to the air cylinder (8), the air cylinder (8) is arranged on the rotating ring (1), the sliding plate (6) is further provided with a motor (9), and the motor (9) and the rotating shaft (7) are connected through a bevel gear set (10) for transmission.

The disassembling and assembling device for the waste desktop computer case according to claim 2, characterized in that the disassembling and taking unit comprises a bottom plate (11), and a first manipulator (12) for disassembling a quick-connect plug in the waste desktop computer case (2) is arranged on the bottom plate (11);
a first image collector (13) is arranged above the waste case (2), the first image collector (13) is fixed on the bottom plate (11), a signal output end of the first image collector (13) is electrically connected with a signal input end of a controller, the controller comprises a first signal output end, a second signal output end and a second signal output end, and the first signal output end is electrically connected with a signal input end of the first manipulator (12);
the novel multifunctional manipulator is characterized in that a rotating table (14) is arranged in the rotating ring (1), the rotating table (14) is rotatably arranged on a bottom plate (11), a second manipulator (15) capable of disassembling screws of the waste case (2) and a sucker manipulator (16) capable of disassembling a side cover (17) of the waste case are arranged at eccentric positions on the rotating table (14), a second signal output end is electrically connected with a signal input end of the second manipulator (15), a third signal output end is electrically connected with a signal input end of the sucker manipulator (16), the rotating table (14) is further provided with a side cover collecting box (18) capable of collecting the side cover (17) of the waste case, and the side cover collecting box (18) is located at the end position of a moving path of the sucker manipulator (16).

The disassembling and assembling device for the waste desktop computer cases according to claim 4, wherein a stepping motor (19) is arranged on the bottom plate (11), a first ratchet wheel (20) and a second ratchet wheel (21) are arranged on the stepping motor (19), the locking directions of the first ratchet wheel (20) and the second ratchet wheel (21) are opposite, a rotating table (14) is sleeved outside the first ratchet wheel (20), the rotating table (14) is sleeved on the first ratchet wheel (20), the second ratchet wheel (21) is positioned below the rotating table (14) and sleeved with a first gear (22), the first gear (22) is meshed with a second gear (23), the second gear (23) is arranged on a transmission shaft (24), the transmission shaft (24) is rotatably arranged on the bottom plate (11), a third gear (25) is further arranged above the second gear (23) on the transmission shaft (24), the third gear (25) is meshed with a gear ring (26), the gear ring (26) is fixedly connected to a rotating ring (1), the rotating ring (1) is rotatably arranged on the bottom plate (11) around the axis of the rotating ring, and the locking direction of the first ratchet wheel (20) is the same as the rotating direction of the rotating table (14);

the controller also comprises a fifth signal output end, and the fifth signal output end is electrically connected with the signal input end of the third manipulator (27).

The disassembling and assembling device for the waste desktop computer case according to claim 6, wherein the cleaning unit comprises a cleaning pool (28) located on one side of the third manipulator (27) close to the rotating ring (1), the cleaning pool (28) is located below the rotating ring (1), the cleaning pool (28) is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the sliding rod (29), the lower end surface of the sliding rod (29) is slidably arranged in a sleeve (30), the sleeve (30) is arranged on the bottom plate (11), a limiting sleeve (31) is further arranged on the sliding rod (29) above the sleeve (30), a spring (32) is sleeved on the sliding rod (29) between the limiting sleeve (31) and the sleeve (30), the spring (32) is connected with the sleeve (30) and the limiting sleeve (31), the sliding direction of the sliding rod (29) is perpendicular to the upper end surface of the bottom plate (11), a first push block (33) is fixedly connected to the sliding rod (29) above the limiting sleeve (31);
