According to some preferred embodiments, the surface of the antibacterial skin-friendly layer 1 is further provided with embossings, wherein the embossings are pearl and/or water wave type embossings; according to the invention, the embossing is arranged on the surface of the antibacterial skin-friendly layer 1, so that a user can be prevented from being tightly attached to the galactorrhea pad body, the air permeability of the antibacterial galactorrhea pad can be increased, and the problem that bacteria are easily bred due to the fact that the galactorrhea pad is moist and not ventilated is solved.
According to some preferred embodiments, the textile fabric containing chitin fibers has a mass fraction of chitin fibers of 10% to 100% (e.g. 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%), and the antibacterial skin-friendly layer of the present invention has a mass fraction of chitin fibers of 10% to 100%, and a large number of creative experiments prove that the antibacterial skin-friendly layer made of chitin fibers in the composition can obtain the best antibacterial effect; in some specific embodiments, the textile containing chitin fibers is a non-woven fabric made of chitin fibers and base fibers, preferably a hot air non-woven fabric; wherein the chitin fiber is used in an amount of 10-100 parts by weight, and the basic fiber is used in an amount of 0-90 parts by weight; in the present invention, the base fiber refers to a general fiber commonly used for making sanitary absorbent articles.
According to some preferred embodiments, the chitin fibers are water-soluble chitin fibers, preferably the water-soluble chitin fibers are selected from carboxymethyl chitin fibers (carboxymethylated chitin fibers) and/or chitosan fibers; the invention has no special requirements on the carboxymethyl chitin fiber, and only needs to adopt the carboxymethyl chitin fiber which can be directly purchased in the market.
According to some preferred embodiments, the textile fabric containing the chitin fibers is a hot-air non-woven fabric or a pure cotton material containing the chitin fibers, preferably, the fiber diameter of the hot-air non-woven fabric is 1-3 denier, so that the antibacterial skin-friendly layer is fluffy and soft in hand feeling, has the advantages of hydrophilicity and breathability, is quick in product infiltration and comfortable to wear, and can improve the wearing comfort of a user.
According to some preferred embodiments, the bacteriostatic solution comprises the following components in parts by mass (i.e. parts by weight): 15-20 parts (e.g., 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, or 20 parts) of sophora flavescens, 1-5 parts (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 parts) of mint leaf extract, 0.5-2.5 parts (e.g., 0.5, 1, 1.5, or 2.5 parts) of benzethonium chloride, 0.01-0.2 part (e.g., 0.01, 0.05, 0.08, 0.1, 0.15, or 0.2 part) of tetrasodium edta, 0.01-0.2 part (e.g., 0.01, 0.05, 0.08, 0.1, 0.15, or 0.2 part) of propylene glycol, 10-20 parts (e.g., 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, or 20 parts) of phellodendron extract, 0.5 part of octaethylene glycol, 50-100 parts (e.g., 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100 parts) of water; the invention discovers that the content of the sophora flavescens and the phellodendron amurense extract in the formula of the antibacterial solution is very important, the cost is increased when the content of the sophora flavescens and the phellodendron amurense extract is too high, but the antibacterial effect is not obviously changed, and the antibacterial effect is greatly reduced when the content of the sophora flavescens and the phellodendron amurense extract is too low. The mint leaf extract and the golden cypress extract have no special requirements, and the mint leaf extract and the golden cypress extract can be directly purchased from the market.
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorption layer contains antibacterial super absorbent resin, and the antibacterial super absorbent resin is tea polyphenol super absorbent resin prepared by adding tea polyphenol to the super absorbent resin; preferably, the addition amount of the tea polyphenol in the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin is 0.1-10% (for example, 0.1%, 1.5%, 3%, 4.5%, 6%, 7.5%, 9%, 10%) by mass percent, and preferably 0.5-3%; more preferably, the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin accounts for 20-50% of the mass of the absorption layer. The absorption layer contains antibacterial super absorbent resin, and the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin contains 0.1-10% by mass of tea polyphenol, so that an effective antibacterial effect can be achieved.
In some more preferred embodiments, the absorbent layers comprise a first absorbent layer 3 and a second absorbent layer 4, the first absorbent layer 3 being closer to the antimicrobial skin-friendly layer 1 than the second absorbent layer 4; the first absorption layer 3 sequentially comprises a dust-free paper layer 31, a fluffy cotton layer 32 and a first super absorbent resin layer 33 from the antibacterial skin-friendly layer 1 to the breathable bottom film layer 5; the second absorption layer 4 is composed of two fluff pulp layers 41 and a second super absorbent resin layer 42 sandwiched between the two fluff pulp layers 41, wherein the first super absorbent resin layer 33 and/or the second super absorbent resin layer 42 are made of tea polyphenol super absorbent resin and/or common super absorbent resin; in the present invention, when the first super absorbent resin layer 33 and/or the second super absorbent resin layer 42 are made of tea polyphenol super absorbent resin and common super absorbent resin, there is no particular requirement on the amount of the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin and common super absorbent resin used, and it is preferable that the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin accounts for 20% to 50% of the mass fraction of the absorbent layer; in the present invention, the general super absorbent resin refers to a general super absorbent resin which is not added with tea polyphenol and is commonly used for preparing sanitary absorbent articles on the market.
According to some preferred embodiments, the antibacterial skin-friendly layer 1 is made of a hot air non-woven fabric having a fiber diameter of 1 to 3 denier (e.g., 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 denier), so that the antibacterial skin-friendly layer 1 has the advantages of fluffy and soft hand feeling, hydrophilicity and breathability, and the product has fast infiltration and is comfortable to wear, thereby improving the wearing comfort of a user.
According to some preferred embodiments, the edges of the antibacterial skin-friendly layer 1, the wrapping layer 2, the absorbent layer, the breathable base film layer 5 and the fixing layer are integrally connected by a hot melt adhesive bonding process.
According to some preferred embodiments, pressure points are arranged at the bottom (the side far away from the absorbent core layer) of the breathable bottom film layer 5 of the bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad, so that the contact area of the viscose and clothes is reduced, and the damage of the viscose to underwear is reduced.
According to some preferred embodiments, the fastening layer is located on the outside of the breathable backsheet layer 5 (the side remote from the absorbent core layer) and is a hot melt adhesive strip for attachment to the user's clothing.

Example 1
A bacteriostatic galactorrhea-prevention pad comprises a galactorrhea-prevention pad body, wherein the galactorrhea-prevention pad body sequentially comprises an antibacterial skin-friendly layer, an absorption core layer, a breathable bottom film layer and a fixing layer; the absorption core layer consists of an absorption layer and a wrapping layer wrapping the absorption layer; when the anti-galactorrhea pad is used, the antibacterial skin-friendly layer is arranged on one side of the skin of a human body, and the antibacterial anti-galactorrhea pad can pass through the fixing layer to be fixed on clothes of a user.
The antibacterial skin-friendly layer is made of hot-air non-woven fabric containing 10% of carboxymethyl chitin fibers in mass percentage, the fiber diameter of the hot-air non-woven fabric is 1.5 denier, and water wave type embossing is arranged on the surface of the antibacterial skin-friendly layer.
The wrapping layer is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabrics sprayed with antibacterial solution, and the spraying amount of the antibacterial solution is 1.5% of the mass of the spun-bonded non-woven fabrics; the antibacterial solution comprises the following components in parts by mass:

the absorbent layer comprises a first absorbent layer and a second absorbent layer, the first absorbent layer being closer to the antimicrobial skin-friendly layer than the second absorbent layer; the first absorption layer sequentially comprises a dust-free paper layer, a fluffy cotton layer and a first super absorbent resin layer from the antibacterial skin-friendly layer to the breathable bottom film layer, and the addition amount of the first super absorbent resin layer is 1 g; the second absorption layer is composed of two fluff pulp layers and a second high water absorption resin layer clamped between the two fluff pulp layers, and the mass ratio of the second high water absorption resin layer to the two fluff pulp layers is 1: 2; in the absorption layer, the addition amount of fluff pulp is 2g, the addition amount of the upper fluff pulp (the fluff pulp layer close to the first high-water-absorption resin layer) is 0.5g, the addition amount of the second high-water-absorption resin layer is 1g, and the addition amount of the lower fluff pulp (the fluff pulp layer far away from the first high-water-absorption resin layer) is 1.5 g; the first super absorbent resin layer and the second super absorbent resin layer are made of tea polyphenol super absorbent resin, the mass percentage of tea polyphenol in the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin is 0.5%, and the mass fraction of the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin in the absorption layer is 30%.
A plurality of arc liquid guide grooves penetrating through the first absorption layer are formed in the first absorption layer, the distance between every two adjacent arc liquid guide grooves is 5mm, and the width of each arc liquid guide groove is 2 mm.
The anti-galactorrhea pad body still has the choked flow groove all around, the choked flow groove is seted up in the antibiotic skin-friendly layer, the degree of depth in choked flow groove is followed the thickness direction of anti-galactorrhea pad body extends, the degree of depth in choked flow groove does 25% of the thickness of anti-galactorrhea pad body, the width in choked flow groove is 5 mm.
The bottom of the breathable basement membrane is provided with a plurality of hot melt adhesive strips to form the fixed layer.
The antibacterial skin-friendly layer, the wrapping layer, the absorption layer, the breathable bottom film layer and the fixing layer are integrally connected through a hot melt adhesive bonding process.
Example 2
This example 2 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the surface layer made of common hot-air non-woven fabric instead of the antibacterial skin-friendly layer was used instead of the antibacterial skin-friendly layer, the fiber diameter of the common hot-air non-woven fabric was 1.5 denier, the absorbing core layer was the same as in example 1, but the absorbing layer had no arc liquid guide groove.

The wrapping layer is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabrics sprayed with antibacterial solution, and the spraying amount of the antibacterial solution is 2.5% of the mass of the spun-bonded non-woven fabrics.
Example 6
This example 6 is substantially the same as example 1 except that:
in the second absorbent layer, the amount of the upper fluff pulp and the lower fluff pulp added was 1g, and the other structures were the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the antibacterial solution comprises 30 parts by mass of radix sophorae flavescentis and 20 parts by mass of cortex phellodendri extract, and the content of other components is the same as that in example 1.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the antibacterial solution comprises 10 parts by mass of radix sophorae flavescentis and 2 parts by mass of cortex phellodendri extract, and the content of other components is the same as that in example 1.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example 3 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the wrapping layer is not sprayed with bacteriostatic solution, and bacteriostatic super absorbent resin is not added into the absorbing layer.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example 4 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the spraying amount of the antibacterial solution is 5% of the mass of the non-woven fabric.
Comparative example 5
This comparative example 5 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the antibacterial skin-friendly layer is made of a hot-air non-woven fabric containing 5% of carboxymethyl chitin fibers by mass, the fiber diameter of the hot-air non-woven fabric is 1.5 denier, and water wave type embossing is arranged on the surface of the antibacterial skin-friendly layer.
Comparative example 6
Comparative example 6 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the structure of the absorbing layer is different from that of the embodiment 1, in the comparative example, the absorbing layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, the super absorbent resin is tea polyphenol super absorbent resin, the mass percentage of tea polyphenol in the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin is 0.5%, and the mass fraction of the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin in the absorbing layer is 30%. The absorption layer is designed without an arc liquid guide groove.
The present invention adopts an antibacterial skin-friendly layer, a wrapping layer made of textile fabrics sprayed or soaked by antibacterial solution and an absorption layer containing tea polyphenol super absorbent resin, so that the total bacterial colony count and the total fungal colony count of the anti-galactorrhea pad can be controlled within the range of not more than 80cfu/g and 30cfu/g, and the antibacterial effect test data of each embodiment and anti-galactorrhea pads of each proportion obtained by the test of the invention are shown in table 1.

In conclusion, the antibacterial spill-proof pad has the advantages that the antibacterial skin-friendly layer is made of the antibacterial chitin fiber textile, the antibacterial property and the physiological compatibility are realized, the hand feeling is fluffy and soft, the hydrophilic property and the air permeability are realized, the product is quick to permeate, the wearing comfort is realized, and the wearing comfort of a user can be improved; the anti-galactorrhea pad is characterized in that the anti-galactorrhea pad comprises a wrapping layer made of non-woven fabrics sprayed or soaked with an antibacterial solution, an antibacterial absorption layer is arranged below the wrapping layer, an absorption layer made of macromolecule water-absorbent resin (tea polyphenol super absorbent resin) containing antibacterial treatment is adopted, a breathable bottom film layer is arranged below the absorption layer, and a fixing layer facilitates the fixation of the anti-galactorrhea pad on clothes of a user and prevents the anti-galactorrhea pad from shifting; meanwhile, in some preferred embodiments, the antibacterial skin-friendly layer adopts pearl embossing and/or water wave type embossing, so that the breast pad is prevented from being completely attached to the skin, the air permeability is increased, the breeding of bacteria is prevented, and the antibacterial effect is increased.
