A second transmission component is arranged between the swinging blade 38 and the swinging action piece 23, and thus, the second channel 9 of the air guide channel 7 guides the air flow into the hollow inner cavity of the vamp 2, the swinging blade 38 is blown to swing, and the swinging action piece 23 is driven to swing through the second transmission component. The gas inlet of the gas guide channel 7 is eccentrically arranged with the swing blade 38, i.e. the gas inlet of the gas guide channel 7 is aligned with the swing end of the blowing swing blade 38, so as to improve the sensitivity of the swing blade 38.
Further, the second transmission assembly includes a second transmission shaft 25 and a sleeve 26, the second transmission shaft 25 is disposed along the length direction of the second bracket 22 and rotatably connected to the second bracket 22, that is, the second transmission shaft 25 and the second bracket 22 are rotatably connected to each other to support the second transmission shaft 25. The sleeve 26 is fixedly connected with the upper part of the second transmission shaft 25 in a sleeving manner, the axes of the sleeve 26 and the second transmission shaft can be collinear, the sleeve 26 is fixedly connected with the fixed end of the swinging action piece 23, and the swinging action piece 23 can be of a wing-shaped or strip-shaped structure so as to simulate wings or other swinging parts. The lower part of the second transmission shaft 25 is fixedly connected with the swinging vane 38, and the rotation axis of the swinging vane 38 is collinear with the axis of the second transmission shaft 25. The air flow of the guide channel blows the swing blade 38 to swing, and then the swing action piece 23 is driven to rotate through the second transmission shaft 25 and the sleeve 26, so that the action is sensitive, and the use is convenient.
Referring to fig. 7-9, as an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the connection between the sole 1 and the upper 2 can be, but is not limited to, an adhesive, a snap connection, a stitching connection or an integral structure, in all the visible solutions, whether stitching, injection molding or other known or unknown techniques, the upper 2 being in one piece, the upper 2 being provided with hollow channels, according to the design requirements, or being completely solid, which will appear in any position inside the upper 2 according to different designs. The sole 1 and the vamp 2 can be made of, but not limited to, plastic, chemical fiber, microfiber, rubber or cotton-flax, specifically, the sole 1 and the vamp 2 can be made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic rubber material (TPR), Polyethylene (PE) or Polyurethane (PU), and are convenient to process and stable in property. The air guide channels 7 of the sole 1 and the vamp 2 can be pre-buried pipe fittings, core-pulling injection molding hole cavities or connecting pipe fittings clamped with grooves arranged on the sole 1. Referring to fig. 7, optionally, the upper part of the sole 1 is provided with a groove having the same contour as the connecting tube of the air guide channel 7, the connecting tube can be clamped and arranged in the groove, the upper part of the connecting tube can be hidden and covered by placing or bonding the insole 36, the vent hole on the sole 1 can face upwards at the side or the opening, and similarly, the clamping piece 28 for fixing the sole 1 and the vamp 2 can be arranged adaptively according to the position of the vent hole. Referring to fig. 8, optionally, the sole 1 and the vamp 2 are of an integrally formed structure, and the air guide channel 7 may be a pre-buried pipe or a core-pulling injection cavity arranged therein. Optionally, the sole 1 and the vamp 2 are connected in a snap fit manner, and the air guide channel 7 in the sole 1 and the vamp 2 can be a plastic hose or a core-pulling injection molding hole cavity to form a channel for air circulation.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, both the sole 1 and the vamp 2 may be in a cartoon shape, the vamp 2 and the action assembly 4 are in a split design, that is, the shape of the vamp 2 may be designed into any shape, and may be but not limited to a rabbit shape in fig. 1, the shape is beautiful, the processing is convenient, and the action assembly 4 may be further integrated and installed on the formed vamp 2, of course, the schematic diagram of the present invention only represents that the invention may be used for realizing the component activities above the vamp 2, and other appearance shapes may be within the protection range of the present invention by applying the action structure principle of the present invention to realize the component activities.

In the description of the present invention, it should also be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. Claims (10)

1. A cartoon shoe, comprising:
the sole (1) and the vamp (2) are fixedly connected, and hollow inner cavities are formed in the sole (1) and the vamp (2);
the gas driving component (3) is used for carrying out intermittent driving according to the walking action of a human body and is arranged at the position of the heel of the sole (1);
the action assembly (4) is arranged outside the vamp (2) and comprises an airflow sensing piece (5) arranged in the hollow cavity of the vamp (2) and an action executing piece (6) which is arranged outside the vamp (2) and is in transmission connection with the airflow sensing piece (5);
an air guide channel (7) communicating the air driving component (3) and the hollow inner cavity of the vamp (2);
during the walking action of the human body, the heels intermittently press the air driving assembly (3) to enable the air driving assembly to intermittently drive the air guide channel (7) and the air flow in the hollow inner cavity of the vamp (2) to move, so that the action executing piece (6) is driven to carry out action transformation through the air flow sensing piece (5).

The cartoon shoe as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the air guide channel (7) comprises a first channel (8) arranged in the sole (1) and a second channel (9) arranged in the vamp (2), the first channel (8) and the second channel (9) are provided in plurality, the second channels (9) are communicated, air vents (27) are arranged on each side of the vamp (2), an air guide joint (10) is arranged at the joint of the first channel (8) and the second channels (9), and fasteners (28) for fastening the sole (1) and the vamp (2) are arranged on two sides of the air guide joint (10).

The cartoon shoe according to claim 2, wherein the air guide joint (10) comprises a main pipe (29) and a plurality of tower-shaped first and second abutting portions (30, 31), the main pipe (29) is a straight pipe or a bent pipe, the first abutting portions (30) are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the main pipe (29) and are close to the first end of the main pipe (29), the second abutting portions (31) are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the main pipe (29) and are close to the second end of the main pipe (29), and the first and second abutting portions (30, 31) have opposite size ends and small ends facing the corresponding ends of the main pipe (29).

The cartoon shoe according to claim 2, characterized in that said second channels (9) comprise a lower channel (11) communicating with said first channel (8) and a side channel (12) extending to the side of said upper (2), the tail end of the side channel (12) is provided with a connecting joint (13) and a pneumatic piece (14) which is detachably connected with the connecting joint (13), the vamp (2) is provided with a placing groove (32) for accommodating the pneumatic piece (14), the pneumatic piece (14) comprises one or more hollow flat capsules communicated with the connecting joint (13), the end part of any flat capsule is provided with a plurality of connecting holes (33) detachably connected with the adjacent flat capsules, and a plurality of crease lines (34) are arranged on the first side surface of any flat capsule body in parallel.

The cartoon shoe of claim 1, further comprising an insole (36) covering the sole (1), wherein the pneumatic driving assembly (3) comprises an air bag (15) provided with an air return valve (16) communicated with the outside atmosphere at the upper part, or the pneumatic driving assembly (3) comprises a hollow chamber formed by attaching the sole (1) provided with an inner groove and the insole (36), the air bag (15) or the hollow chamber is communicated with the air guide channel (7), the air bag (15) is of a convex structure, so that a slope (35) is formed on the circumferential direction of the side wall of the air bag (15), and the insole (36) is provided with a connecting groove (37) fastened with the upper part of the air bag (15).

The cartoon shoe of claim 1, wherein the action executing member (6) comprises a first bracket (17) fixedly connected with the shoe upper (2) and a rotating action member (18) rotatably connected with the first bracket (17), the airflow sensing member (5) is a wind wheel rotatably connected with the side wall of the hollow cavity of the shoe upper (2), and a first transmission assembly (19) is arranged between the wind wheel and the rotating action member (18).

The cartoon shoe of claim 6, wherein the first transmission assembly (19) comprises a first transmission shaft (20) disposed along the length direction of the first bracket (17) and rotatably connected to the first bracket (17), and a gear assembly (21) disposed between the first transmission shaft (20) and the rotating action member (18), wherein a supporting portion of the gear assembly (21) is rotatably connected to the first bracket (17), a lower end of the first transmission shaft (20) is fixedly connected to the wind wheel, and the wind wheel rotates to drive the rotating action member (18) to rotate through the first transmission shaft (20) and the gear assembly (21).

The cartoon shoe of claim 1, wherein the motion actuator (6) comprises a second bracket (22) fixedly connected with the shoe upper (2) and a swing motion member (23) rotatably connected with the second bracket (22), the airflow sensor (5) comprises a swing blade (38) rotatably connected with a side wall of the hollow cavity of the shoe upper (2) and a limiting member (24) arranged on the side wall of the hollow cavity of the shoe upper (2), and a second transmission assembly is arranged between the swing blade (38) and the swing motion member (23).
9. The cartoon shoe of claim 8, wherein the second transmission assembly comprises a second transmission shaft (25) disposed along the length direction of the second frame (22) and rotatably connected to the second frame (22), and a sleeve (26) sleeved on the upper portion of the second transmission shaft (25), the sleeve (26) is fixedly connected to the swinging motion member (23), and the lower portion of the second transmission shaft (25) is fixedly connected to the swinging vane (38).
10. The cartoon shoe of claim 1, wherein the sole (1) and the vamp (2) are bonded, fastened, sewn, velcro-attached, or integrally formed, and the air guide channel (7) is a pre-embedded pipe, a core-pulling injection cavity, or a connecting pipe fastened to a groove formed in the sole (1).
