Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for establishing a base station location library according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure, which is applicable to a scenario of determining a location of a base station based on a global positioning system. The method can be executed by the base station location library establishing device provided by the embodiment, and the device can be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner. In a particular embodiment, the apparatus may be integrated in an electronic device, which may be, for example, a server or a computer. The following embodiments will be described taking as an example the integration of the device in an electronic apparatus. The present embodiment includes steps S101, S102, S103, and S104. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring information acquisition permission of a user.
Specifically, the information acquisition permission of the user can be acquired through an Application (App) installed on a terminal device such as a mobile phone and a tablet of the user. The information acquisition permission means that the App applies and uses system permission to collect personal information for realizing service functions. In the embodiment, the position information of the terminal, the base station information, the ticket and other information can be acquired through the information acquisition permission.
The position information may be longitude and latitude acquired according to a Global Positioning System (GPS); the base station refers to a transmitting tower and a receiving tower that can provide mobile phone internet access signals, and the base station information may include a Location Area Code (LAC), a Cell Identity (CI), an operator identifier, and the like. LAC is an area set for paging in a mobile communication system, covering a geographical area, which is generally divided into administrative areas (a county or a district) at the beginning, and can now be divided into paging volumes. CI may uniquely represent each cell in a Global System for Mobile communications, Public Land Mobile Network (gsm plmn), Network operator assigns a code to all cells in the Network. The code of the base station can be composed of two parts of important information, namely LAC and CI, and the position of the mobile base station can be accurately found only after the two parts of information are matched.
S102, acquiring current position information of a current terminal and information of a current base station in a current information acquisition period according to the information acquisition permission.
Because a large number of users can generate mass data, in order to reduce data processing pressure and improve data processing efficiency, an information acquisition period can be preset, information acquired in the information acquisition period only needs to be processed once in each information acquisition period, and information does not need to be processed in real time. The position information and the base station information acquired by the terminal GPS can be stored in the electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment can store the current position information of the current terminal and can also store the historical position information of the historical terminal. The manner of obtaining the location information and the base station information may adopt implementation means in the prior art, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
Illustratively, the acquired location information and base station information may be saved in the electronic device in a certain format, referring to table 1.

Specifically, the current position information of the current terminal and the information of the current base station in the current information acquisition period are acquired according to the information acquisition permission. The information collection period may be, for example, 24 hours, and may be, for example, 00: and processing the information acquired in one information acquisition period when the time is 00.
Because different base stations respectively cover corresponding areas, and the corresponding base stations can provide internet access signals when the terminal moves to different positions, the electronic equipment can receive the position information reported by the terminal and the corresponding base station information. For example, when a terminal is in a mobile state, the electronic device may receive current location information and current base station information reported by the current terminal in a current information acquisition period. For example, the terminal 1 may report the location information a and the corresponding base station information a when moving to the location a, and may report the location information B and the corresponding base station information B when moving to the location B. For another example, when there are multiple terminals, the electronic device may receive multiple pieces of location information and corresponding base station information that are reported by the terminals in the current information acquisition period. For example: the terminal 1: position information a and corresponding base station information a; and (3) the terminal 2: location information B and corresponding base station information B. As shown in table 2.

It should be noted that the terminal, the location information, and the base station information shown in table 2 are only exemplary illustrations, and do not form final limitations on the actual terminal, the actual location information, and the actual base station information, and in actual applications, the relevant data may also be adjusted according to actual needs, and are not specifically limited herein.
Furthermore, in order to improve the accuracy of the base station location library, a plurality of area location ranges may be set, and the location information in each area location range and the corresponding base station information are processed respectively, so as to reduce the data processing amount. The area location range may be set according to actual conditions, for example, may be set in units of cities, or may be further subdivided into zones. The specific area position range may be, for example, the city of west ampere, the city of salted yang, etc.; or further ansatata area in west ann city, lotus lake area in west ann city, etc., which is not limited herein.
Specifically, when the electronic device receives a plurality of pieces of location information and corresponding base station information reported by the terminal in the current information acquisition period, the location information and corresponding base station information that are not within the area location range may be deleted, so as to obtain the current location information and the current base station information of the terminal at each time in the current information acquisition period.
For example, if the area location range is set to be in the city of sienna, the location information reported by the terminal 1 is in the city of sienna, and the location information reported by the terminal 2 is in the city of shaoyang, when the electronic device determines the location information of the base station in the area location range (i.e., in the city of sienna), the location information reported by the terminal 2 and the corresponding base station information may be deleted.
Illustratively, if the current information collection period is 2021.7.19-00: 00 to 2021.7.20-00: 00, setting the area position range to be in the city of sienna, reporting the position information of the terminal 1 at 2021.7.19-12:00 as the city of sienna, reporting the position information of the terminal 1 at 2021.7.19-17:00 as the city of shang yang, deleting the position information and the corresponding base station information reported by the terminal 1 at 2021.7.19-17:00 by the electronic equipment, and obtaining the current position information of the terminal at each moment in the current information acquisition cycle and the current base station information. The terminal reporting the location information at fixed time intervals in the information collection period may be set, for example, every 15 minutes or 20 minutes.
The method and the system for acquiring the current position information of the terminal and the information of the current base station are beneficial to developing various upper-layer services by using a base station position base based on a calling detailed recording system of an operator, such as analyzing the information of a moving track, a distribution thermodynamic diagram and the like of a user.
S103, if the first base station has the current position information of the current terminal in the current information acquisition period and the historical position information of the historical terminal in the historical information acquisition period, determining the current position information of the first base station according to the current position information of the current terminal and the historical position information of the historical terminal.
Specifically, if a certain base station has historical location information of a historical terminal in a historical information acquisition period, it indicates that the base station has been stored in the base station location library, and the base station may be used as the first base station in this embodiment. The center point position information can be obtained according to the current position information of the current terminal and the historical position information of the historical terminal and used as the current position information of the first base station, the current position information of the first base station can be corrected by calculating the center point position information according to the historical position information and the current position information, and the accuracy of the base station position base is improved.
The position information of the center point may be calculated according to a plurality of known position information (longitude and latitude), and the calculation method may adopt an implementation means in the prior art, which is not described herein again in the embodiments of the present application.
Furthermore, because the electronic device stores the current position information of the terminal at each moment in the current information acquisition cycle and the information of the current base station, a large amount of repeated invalid information exists. In order to improve the data processing efficiency, the collected base station information can be subjected to duplication elimination processing to obtain a base station set, then the base station set is traversed, a position information set corresponding to each base station can be obtained according to the LAC, the CI and the operator identification, then the position information of the central point of the corresponding base station is determined according to the position information set, and the position information of the central point is used as the position information of the base station. The location information of each base station in the set of base stations may be computed in turn.
Exemplarily, if the base station set includes a base station a and a base station B, the location information set of the base station a includes location information a, location information B, and location information C; the position information set of the base station b comprises position information A and position information C; the location information of the base station a may be center point location information a '(calculated from location information a, location information B, and location information C), and the location information of the base station B may be center point location information B' (calculated from location information a and location information C).
And S104, updating the historical position information of the first base station in the base station position base according to the current position information of the first base station.
Specifically, if the historical position information of the first base station exists in the base station position database, the historical position information of the first base station in the base station position database can be updated according to the current position information of the first base station; if the base station location base does not have the historical location information of the first base station, the current location information of the first base station can be stored in the base station location base.
The position information of each first base station can be continuously calibrated through the current position information of the first base station, and the accuracy of the base station position database is improved.
The method comprises the steps of acquiring information acquisition permission of a user; acquiring current position information of a current terminal and information of a current base station in a current information acquisition period according to the information acquisition permission; if the first base station has the current position information of the current terminal in the current information acquisition period and the historical position information of the historical terminal in the historical information acquisition period, determining the current position information of the first base station according to the current position information of the current terminal and the historical position information of the historical terminal; and updating the historical position information of the first base station in the base station position base according to the current position information of the first base station. The method can accumulate the position information of different base stations by continuously collecting the position information of the user terminal and the base station information, and improves the integrity and the normalization of the base station position library.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of base station location library establishment provided in the second embodiment of the present disclosure, which is a further refinement of the foregoing embodiment, and the method may be executed by a server. The present embodiment includes steps S201, S202, S203, and S204. As shown in fig. 2, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s201, acquiring information acquisition permission of a user.
S202, acquiring the current position information of the current terminal and the information of the current base station in the current information acquisition period according to the information acquisition permission.
Specifically, the contents of steps S201 and S202 may refer to the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
S203, if the second base station only has the current position information of the current terminal in the current information acquisition period, determining the current position information of the second base station according to the current position information of the current terminal.
Optionally, if the second base station only has the current location information of the current terminal in the current information acquisition period, the location information of the central point may be obtained according to the current location information of the current terminal, and the obtained location information is used as the current location information of the second base station. The calculation method for determining the position information of the central point according to the plurality of position information (i.e., longitude and latitude coordinate points) may adopt an implementation means in the prior art, and the embodiment of the present application is not described herein again.
Optionally, if the second base station only has the current location information of the current terminal in the current information acquisition period, and the current location information of the current terminal is the same location information, the current location information of the current terminal may be determined as the current location information of the second base station.
For example, if 10 pieces of location information reported by the current terminal all correspond to the same base station information, the location information of the center point of the 10 pieces of location information may be determined as the location information of the base station. If the location information reported by the 10 terminals respectively corresponds to the same base station information, the location information of the center point of the location information reported by the 10 terminals can be determined as the location information of the base station.
And S204, storing the current position information of the second base station into a base station position library.
Specifically, the current position information of the second base station is stored in the base station position database, so that the base station position database can be continuously expanded, and the base station database is further improved. When the number of users is enough and the coverage area of the users is wide, the current position information of the second base station is stored in the base station position base continuously, and the global base station position base can be further accumulated.
The method comprises the steps of acquiring information acquisition permission of a user; acquiring current position information of a current terminal and information of a current base station in a current information acquisition period according to the information acquisition permission; if the second base station only has the current position information of the current terminal in the current information acquisition period, determining the current position information of the second base station according to the current position information of the current terminal; and storing the current position information of the second base station into a base station position library. The method can accumulate the position information of different base stations by continuously collecting the position information of the user terminal and the base station information, and improves the integrity and the normalization of the base station position library.
