When the difference degree between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is greater than or equal to the target difference degree threshold value, and the difference degree between the second license plate number and each reference license plate number is greater than or equal to the auxiliary difference degree threshold value, the parking space management equipment determines that the alarm condition is met.
The target difference threshold and the auxiliary difference threshold may be the same or different, and in this embodiment, the target difference threshold is equal to the auxiliary difference threshold. The auxiliary disparity threshold may be greater than the target disparity threshold when the target disparity threshold is different from the auxiliary disparity threshold. When the number of the warning messages corresponding to a certain license plate number in the at least one license plate number is smaller than the number threshold value, the parking space management equipment can determine that the license plate number is not the reference license plate number. By using the license plate number of which the number of the alarm information is greater than or equal to the number threshold as the reference license plate number, the repeated alarm frequency can be kept within a certain frequency within the target time length.
For example, if the threshold of the number of alarm information is 2, the parking space management device displays one alarm information for "× J × × and two alarm information for" × B × × in the target duration before the current time. It can be seen that the number of alarm messages corresponding to the license plate number "× J × × is less than the number threshold, so that the license plate number" × J × × is not a reference license plate number. The number of the alarm information corresponding to the license plate number is equal to the number threshold, so that the license plate number is the reference license plate number.
The alarm condition in the above embodiment may include two conditions. Wherein the first condition is: the difference degree between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is greater than or equal to a target difference degree threshold value; the second condition is: when the reference license plate number exists, the difference degree of the second license plate number and the reference license plate number is larger than or equal to the auxiliary difference degree threshold value. When judging whether the alarm condition is met, the parking space management equipment can sequentially judge whether the two conditions are met. For example, the parking space management device first determines whether a first condition is satisfied, and then determines whether a second condition is satisfied; or the parking space management equipment judges whether the second condition is met or not firstly and then judges whether the first condition is met or not.
For example, when the parking space management device determines whether the first condition is satisfied and then determines whether the second condition is satisfied, the parking space management device may determine whether the difference between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is greater than or equal to the target difference threshold value; when the difference degree between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is larger than or equal to the target difference degree threshold value, the parking space management equipment judges whether a reference license plate number exists or not; when the reference license plate number exists, the parking space management equipment judges whether the difference degree between the second license plate number and the reference license plate number is larger than or equal to the auxiliary difference degree threshold value or not; and when the reference license plate number does not exist or the difference degree between the second license plate number and the reference license plate number is greater than or equal to the auxiliary difference degree threshold value, the parking space management equipment determines that the alarm condition is met. And when the difference degree between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is smaller than the target difference degree threshold value, or the difference degree between the second license plate number and the reference license plate number is smaller than the auxiliary difference degree threshold value, the parking space management equipment determines that the alarm condition is not met.
The following is a brief description of the parking space management method provided in the embodiment of the present application by using the example shown in fig. 3:
the parking space management device first identifies the second license plate number. And then, the parking space management equipment calculates the character string editing distance 1 and judges whether the condition 1 is met or not according to the character string editing distance 1. Wherein, the character string editing distance 1 is the character string editing distance between the first license plate number and the second license plate number. The condition 1 includes: the difference degree between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is greater than or equal to a target difference degree threshold value, and the target difference degree threshold value is greater than zero. And when the condition 1 does not accord with the condition, the parking space management equipment does not give an alarm, namely the parking space management equipment does not display the alarm information aiming at the second license plate number. When the condition 1 is met, the parking space management device makes a further judgment.
When the parking space management device performs the further judgment, the alarm records (including the alarm information displayed within the target duration) in the latest period of time can be read. And when the reference license plate number is determined to exist according to the record, the parking space management equipment acquires the reference license plate number, calculates the character string editing distance 2 and judges whether the condition 2 is met or not according to the character string editing distance 2. Wherein the character string edit distance 2 is a character string edit distance between the second license plate number and the reference license plate number. The condition 2 includes: the difference degree between the second license plate number and the reference license plate number is greater than or equal to an auxiliary difference degree threshold value, and the auxiliary difference degree threshold value is greater than zero. And when the condition 2 is not met, the parking space management equipment does not give an alarm, namely the alarm information aiming at the second license plate number is not displayed. When the condition 2 is met, the parking space management device generates a new alarm (i.e., displays the alarm information for the second license plate number), and stores the alarm information and the display time thereof.
The embodiment of the application provides a parking space management device, as shown in fig. 4, this parking space management device can include:
the first obtaining module 401 is configured to obtain a first license plate number bound to a target parking space;
an identification module 402 for identifying a second license plate number of a target vehicle parked at a target parking space;
a display module 403, configured to display the warning information for the second license plate number when the warning condition is met;
a display prohibition module 404, configured to prohibit displaying of the warning information for the second license plate number when the warning condition is not satisfied;
wherein the alarm condition includes: the difference degree between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is greater than or equal to a target difference degree threshold value, and the target difference degree threshold value is greater than zero.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application provides a parking space management device, because the alarm condition includes that the difference degree between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is greater than or equal to the target difference degree threshold value, and the target difference degree threshold value is greater than zero. When the first license plate bound to the target parking space is the license plate of the user to which the target parking space belongs, even if the second license plate identified by the parking space management equipment is wrong, the difference degree between the second license plate and the first license plate is generally smaller than the target difference degree threshold value when the target vehicle parked on the target parking space is the vehicle (provided with the first license plate) of the user to which the target parking space belongs, so that the alarm condition is not met, the display module is forbidden to display the alarm information aiming at the second license plate, and the false alarm can be reduced.
Optionally, the parking space management device further includes:
a second obtaining module (not shown in fig. 4) for obtaining a character string edit distance between the first license plate number and the second license plate number;
a first determining module (not shown in fig. 4) for determining that the difference between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is greater than or equal to a target difference threshold when the character string edit distance is greater than or equal to the character string edit distance threshold.
Optionally, the second obtaining module is configured to:
when the second license plate number is different from the first license plate number, determining at least one character modification operation required to be executed for modifying the second license plate number into the first license plate number;
determining the sum of the editing distances corresponding to at least one character modification operation as a character string editing distance;
the character modification operation comprises at least one of a first operation and a second operation, wherein the first operation is used for replacing two characters in the equivalent character group, and the second operation is different from the first operation; the editing distance corresponding to the first operation is smaller than the editing distance corresponding to the second operation.
Optionally, the alarm condition of the parking space management device further includes:
when the reference license plate number exists, the difference degree of the second license plate number and the reference license plate number is larger than or equal to the auxiliary difference degree threshold value;
the reference license plate number belongs to the license plate number which is aimed at by the alarm information displayed in the target time length before the current time.
Optionally, the parking space management device further includes:
a first determining module (not shown in fig. 4) for determining whether the difference between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is greater than or equal to a target difference threshold;
a second judging module (not shown in fig. 4) for judging whether a reference license plate number exists when the difference between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is greater than or equal to the target difference threshold;
a third judging module (not shown in fig. 4) for judging whether the difference between the second license plate number and the reference license plate number is greater than or equal to the auxiliary difference threshold value when the reference license plate number exists;
and a second determination module (not shown in fig. 4) for determining that the alarm condition is satisfied when the reference license plate number does not exist or the difference between the second license plate number and the reference license plate number is greater than or equal to the auxiliary difference threshold.
Optionally, the number of the alarm information for the reference license plate number displayed by the parking space management device in the target duration is greater than or equal to the number threshold.
Optionally, the parking space management device further includes:
and the storage module (not shown in the figure 4) is used for storing the alarm information aiming at the second license plate number and the display time of the alarm information aiming at the second license plate number when the alarm condition is met.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application provides a parking space management device, because the alarm condition includes that the difference degree between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is greater than or equal to the target difference degree threshold value, and the target difference degree threshold value is greater than zero. When the first license plate bound to the target parking space is the license plate of the user to which the target parking space belongs, even if the second license plate identified by the parking space management equipment is wrong, the difference degree between the second license plate and the first license plate is generally smaller than the target difference degree threshold value when the target vehicle parked on the target parking space is the vehicle (provided with the first license plate) of the user to which the target parking space belongs, so that the alarm condition is not met, the display module is forbidden to display the alarm information aiming at the second license plate, and the false alarm can be reduced.
The embodiment of the present application provides another parking space management device, where the parking space management device may include a processor, and the processor is configured to execute the parking space management method provided in the embodiment of the present application, such as the parking space management method shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2.
Optionally, the space management device may further include a memory, where a computer program is stored on the memory, and when the computer program is loaded and executed, the processor implements the space management method provided in the foregoing embodiments, for example, the method shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2.
The embodiment of the application provides a parking stall management system, as shown in fig. 5, this parking stall management system includes: parking space management device 501. The parking space management device may be any parking space management device provided in the embodiment of the present application, such as the parking space management device shown in fig. 4.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the parking space management system further includes: an alarm 502; the parking space management device 501 is used for controlling the alarm 502 to display the alarm information aiming at the second license plate number when the alarm condition is met.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the parking space management device further includes: a camera 503; parking space management device 501 is used for: the control camera 503 collects a license plate image of the target vehicle, and recognizes a second license plate number according to the license plate image.

when the character string editing distance is larger than or equal to a character string editing distance threshold value, determining that the difference degree between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is larger than or equal to the target difference degree threshold value.

when the second license plate number is different from the first license plate number, determining at least one character modification operation required to be executed for modifying the second license plate number into the first license plate number;
determining the sum of the editing distances corresponding to the at least one character modification operation as the character string editing distance;
wherein the character modification operation comprises at least one of a first operation and a second operation, the first operation is used for replacing two characters in an equivalent character group, and the second operation is different from the first operation; and the editing distance corresponding to the first operation is smaller than the editing distance corresponding to the second operation.
4. The parking space management device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the alarm condition further includes:
when a reference license plate number exists, the difference degree of the second license plate number and the reference license plate number is greater than or equal to an auxiliary difference degree threshold value;
the reference license plate number belongs to the license plate number which is aimed at by the alarm information displayed in the target time length before the current time.
5. The parking space management device according to claim 4, wherein the number of the alarm messages for the reference license plate number shown in the target duration is greater than or equal to a number threshold.
6. The parking space management device according to claim 4, wherein the parking space management device is further configured to:
judging whether the difference degree of the first license plate number and the second license plate number is greater than or equal to the target difference degree threshold value or not;
when the difference degree between the first license plate number and the second license plate number is larger than or equal to the target difference degree threshold value, judging whether the reference license plate number exists or not;
when the reference license plate number exists, judging whether the difference degree of the second license plate number and the reference license plate number is larger than or equal to the auxiliary difference degree threshold value or not;
and when the reference license plate number does not exist or the difference degree of the second license plate number and the reference license plate number is larger than or equal to the auxiliary difference degree threshold value, determining that the alarm condition is met.
