and the physical information of the distribution transformer body transmitted to the external server by the RFID electronic tag communication interface is used for forwarding to a communication terminal of the external server.
Furthermore, the intelligent alarm system also comprises a power supply module which supplies power for the information acquisition device, the control module and the alarm module respectively. The power supply module is a rechargeable battery.
Further, the working process is as follows:
the information acquisition device acquires information of the distribution transformer body and transmits the information to the control module, when the acquired information exceeds a preset limit value of the control module, the alarm module gives an alarm, and meanwhile, the control module starts the reader-writer power supply module;
after the reader-writer power supply module is started, the RFID reader-writer reads the RFID electronic tag to acquire the physical information of the distribution transformer body recorded in the RFID electronic tag, the RFID reader-writer transmits the read physical information of the distribution transformer body to the RFID electronic tag communication interface, the RFID electronic tag communication interface is connected with an external server in a wireless mode, and the communication terminal of the external server finally receives the physical information of the distribution transformer body.
The reader-writer power supply module starts to supply power to the RFID reader-writer only when the control module sends a starting instruction, so that the RFID electronic tag can be read.
The physical information recorded in the RFID tag includes, but is not limited to, a transformer mounting position, a model, a core material, a turn ratio, and a capacity.
The RFID reader-writer reads the RFID electronic tag and acquires physical information recorded in the RFID electronic tag, the RFID reader-writer is electrically connected with the RFID electronic tag communication interface, the RFID reader-writer transmits the read physical information to the RFID electronic tag communication interface, the RFID electronic tag communication interface is connected with a server in a wireless mode, the server is connected with a communication terminal, and the communication terminal finally receives the physical information of the distribution transformer body which sends an alarm.
When any abnormal condition occurs, such as temperature abnormality, sound abnormality or abnormal displacement, on one hand, alarm is triggered, on the other hand, the related information of abnormal distribution transformation is timely sent to the communication terminal by reading the physical information of the RFID electronic tag, and the ground power overhaul or supervision personnel can timely arrange the overhaul work of related equipment after receiving the information through the communication terminal.

The embodiment provides a distribution transformer intelligent anti-theft self-diagnosis terminal which is applied to a distribution transformer.
The distribution transformer body in this embodiment is a distribution transformer body.
The invention comprises an information acquisition device arranged on a distribution transformer body, a control module electrically connected with the output end of the information acquisition device, an alarm module electrically connected with the output end of the control module, and,
and the RFID module is arranged on the distribution transformer body.
Furthermore, the information acquisition device comprises more than one temperature sensor, and the temperature sensors are distributed at different sites of the distribution transformer body; and the output end of the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the control module.
In the embodiment, the number of the temperature sensors is four, and the temperature sensors are averagely arranged on the front, the rear, the left side wall and the right side wall of the distribution transformer body.
The model of the temperature sensor in this embodiment is TC1047 AVNBTR.
Further, the information acquisition device comprises a sound sensor, and the output end of the sound sensor is electrically connected with the control module.
The sound sensor in this embodiment is of the BYZ08 specification.
According to the existing analysis, the judgment of the sound has important significance for the transformer. The distribution transformer operation sound database can be gradually established by collecting the sound data of the distribution transformer operation and utilizing the big data analysis function, and abnormal sound of the distribution transformer operation can be analyzed in time.
Further, the information acquisition device comprises one of a displacement sensor and an attitude sensor.
In this embodiment, a displacement sensor is used.
The displacement sensor is also called as a linear sensor, and is a metal-induced linear device, and the sensor is used for converting various measured physical quantities into electric quantities. In the production process, the measurement of displacement is generally divided into measurement of physical size and mechanical displacement.
The displacement sensor is used for knowing whether the transformer is moved or stolen, the distribution transformer displacement alarm is realized, and the alarm is immediately given by moving the distribution transformer position to remind a site to verify whether the distribution transformer is lost.
In the embodiment, the displacement sensor is an ADXL343BCCZ-RL7 model.
Further, the control module is a PLC programmable controller.
In the embodiment, the PLC is CP1H-X40DT 1-D.
Further, the alarm module is an audible and visual alarm.
In this embodiment, the audible and visual alarm is a YX2071 lamp type audible and visual alarm.
Further, the RFID module comprises an RFID electronic tag recorded with physical information of the distribution transformer body, an RFID reader-writer used for reading the physical information of the distribution transformer body from the RFID electronic tag, and an RFID electronic tag communication interface used for transmitting the physical information of the distribution transformer body read by the RFID reader-writer to an external server;
the RFID module also comprises a reader-writer power supply module, the reader-writer power supply module supplies power to the RFID reader-writer, and the reader-writer power supply module is electrically connected with the control module;
and the physical information of the distribution transformer body transmitted to the external server by the RFID electronic tag communication interface is used for forwarding to a communication terminal of the external server.
Furthermore, the intelligent alarm system also comprises a power supply module which supplies power for the information acquisition device, the control module and the alarm module respectively. The power supply module is a rechargeable battery.

The invention has the following effects:
(1) the distribution transformer temperature monitoring and alarming system realizes the temperature abnormity alarming function, the temperature sensor is arranged on the distribution transformer body to monitor the distribution transformer operation temperature in real time, the control module is provided with temperature limitation, and when the temperature acquired by the temperature sensor exceeds the limitation, the alarming module is triggered to alarm the abnormity of the temperature in time.
(2) The distribution transformer abnormal sound alarm system realizes distribution transformer abnormal sound alarm, the sound sensor captures the sound at the distribution transformer body, and when the sound is abnormal, the alarm module is triggered to alarm the abnormity in time.
(3) The invention is provided with the displacement sensor or the attitude sensor, and can find abnormal conditions such as theft, moving and the like of the distribution transformer body in time. The invention realizes the distribution transformer displacement alarm, and immediately alarms by moving the distribution transformer position to remind the site to verify whether the distribution transformer is lost.
(4) When any abnormal condition occurs, on one hand, the alarm is triggered, on the other hand, the related information of the abnormal distribution transformer is timely sent to the communication terminal by reading the physical information of the RFID electronic tag, and the maintenance work of related equipment can be timely arranged after the ground power maintenance or supervision personnel receive the information.

Claims (10)
1. An intelligent anti-theft self-diagnosis terminal for a distribution transformer is characterized by comprising an information acquisition device arranged on a distribution transformer body, a control module electrically connected with the output end of the information acquisition device, an alarm module electrically connected with the output end of the control module, and,
and the RFID module is arranged on the distribution transformer body.

The intelligent distribution transformer anti-theft self-diagnosis terminal according to claim 1, wherein the information acquisition device comprises more than one temperature sensor, and the temperature sensors are distributed at different sites of the distribution transformer body; and the output end of the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the control module.
3. The distribution transformer intelligent anti-theft self-diagnosis terminal according to claim 1, wherein the information acquisition device comprises a sound sensor, and an output end of the sound sensor is electrically connected with the control module.
4. The distribution transformer intelligent anti-theft self-diagnosis terminal according to claim 1, wherein the information acquisition device comprises one of a displacement sensor and an attitude sensor.
5. The distribution transform intelligent anti-theft self-diagnosis terminal according to claim 4, wherein the attitude sensor is a six-axis gyroscope sensor.
6. The distribution transformer intelligent anti-theft self-diagnosis terminal according to claim 1, wherein the control module is a PLC programmable controller.
7. The distribution transformer intelligent anti-theft self-diagnosis terminal according to claim 1, wherein the alarm module is an audible and visual alarm.
8. The distribution transformer intelligent anti-theft self-diagnosis terminal according to claim 1, wherein the RFID module comprises an RFID electronic tag recording physical information of a distribution transformer body, an RFID reader for reading the physical information of the distribution transformer body from the RFID electronic tag, and an RFID electronic tag communication interface for transmitting the physical information of the distribution transformer body read by the RFID reader to an external server;
the RFID module also comprises a reader-writer power supply module, the reader-writer power supply module supplies power to the RFID reader-writer, and the reader-writer power supply module is electrically connected with the control module;
and the physical information of the distribution transformer body transmitted to the external server by the RFID electronic tag communication interface is used for forwarding to a communication terminal of the external server.
9. The distribution transformer intelligent anti-theft self-diagnosis terminal according to claim 1, further comprising a power supply module, wherein the power supply module supplies power to the information acquisition device, the control module and the alarm module respectively.
10. The intelligent distribution transformer anti-theft self-diagnosis terminal according to claim 8, characterized in that the working process is as follows:
the information acquisition device acquires information of the distribution transformer body and transmits the information to the control module, when the acquired information exceeds a preset limit value of the control module, the alarm module gives an alarm, and meanwhile, the control module starts the reader-writer power supply module;
after the reader-writer power supply module is started, the RFID reader-writer reads the RFID electronic tag to acquire the physical information of the distribution transformer body recorded in the RFID electronic tag, the RFID reader-writer transmits the read physical information of the distribution transformer body to the RFID electronic tag communication interface, the RFID electronic tag communication interface is connected with an external server in a wireless mode, and the communication terminal of the external server finally receives the physical information of the distribution transformer body.
