the access control equipment comprises a display screen and image acquisition equipment, wherein the display screen is used for displaying identity authentication information and payment information, and the image acquisition equipment is used for acquiring face image information of a user performing identity authentication;
the image receiving module is used for receiving the face image information, generating clear face image information after the face image information is subjected to sharpening processing, and sending the clear face image information to the identity matching module;
the identity matching module is used for performing characteristic processing on the clear face image information to obtain real-time face feature information, preset face feature information of all residents in a building where the access control equipment is located is prestored in an identity library, the identity matching module sends the real-time face feature information to the identity library for identity matching, user identity information is obtained after the identity matching is successful, and the user identity information is sent to the payment matching module;
the payment matching module acquires user identity information and then leads the user identity information into a payment base, user payment due information and historical payment record information are stored in the payment base, and the payment matching module acquires real-time user payment due information and the historical payment record information of the user from the payment base;
the real-time user payment due information and the user historical payment record information are sent to a data receiving module, and the data receiving module receives the real-time user payment due information and the user historical payment record information and then sends the real-time user payment due information and the user historical payment record information to a data processing module;
the data processing module carries out comprehensive processing on real-time user payment information and the user historical payment record information to generate payment reminding sending time information and reminding mode information;
after the payment reminding sending time information and the reminding mode information are generated, the master control module controls the information sending module to send the payment reminding sending time information and the reminding mode information to the preset receiving equipment.

step four: extracting the first clear image, the second clear image and the third clear image, obtaining the definition M1 of the first clear image, the definition M2 of the second clear image and the definition M3 of the third clear image, ranking the definition M1 of the first clear image, the definition M2 of the second clear image and the definition M3 of the third clear image from high to low according to the definition, and extracting the image with the highest definition as clear human face image information.

The intelligent payment system based on entrance guard equipment of claim 2, characterized in that: the specific processing procedure of the BM3D noise reduction method is as follows: different denoising strategies are adopted, similar blocks are searched and filtered in a transform domain to obtain a block evaluation value, each point in an image is weighted to obtain a final denoising effect, namely, an image is divided into small pixel pieces with smaller sizes, a reference piece is selected, small pieces similar to the reference piece are searched to form a 3D block, the 3D block is obtained after the process, then, all the similar blocks are subjected to 3D transform, the transformed 3D block is subjected to threshold shrinkage and then subjected to 3D inverse transform, and finally, all the 3D blocks are restored into the image after weighted averaging, and the specific process is as follows:
s1: estimating block by block, grouping each block in the noisy image, finding out similar blocks and then gathering the similar blocks into a three-dimensional array;
s2: combining with a hard threshold, performing three-dimensional transformation on the formed three-dimensional array, weakening noise by performing hard threshold processing on coefficients of a transformation domain, then performing inverse transformation to obtain estimated values of all image blocks in the array, and then returning the estimated values to the original positions of the image blocks;
s3: aggregating, and carrying out weighted average on the obtained overlapped block estimates to obtain a basic estimate of the real image;
s4: estimating finally, block by block, grouping each block in the basic estimation image, finding out the positions of similar blocks similar to the block in the basic estimation image through block matching, obtaining two three-dimensional arrays through the positions, one obtained from the noise-containing image and the other obtained from the basic estimation image, combining wiener filtering, carrying out three-dimensional transformation on the two formed three-dimensional arrays, carrying out wiener filtering on the noise-containing three-dimensional array by taking an energy spectrum in the basic estimation image as an energy spectrum, then carrying out inverse transformation to obtain the estimation of all image blocks in the array, and then returning the estimation values to the original positions of the estimation values;
s5: and aggregating, namely obtaining the final estimation of the real image, namely the first clear image by carrying out weighted average on the obtained overlapped local block estimation.

The intelligent payment system based on entrance guard equipment of claim 1, characterized in that: the identity matching module is used for performing characterization processing on the clear face image information to obtain real-time face feature information and performing identity matching, and the specific processes are as follows:
