The tokenized blocks chain asset management system of claim 1, wherein: the asset management system further comprises a member management module: the method comprises the steps of providing member identity generation, addition, deletion and verification for an issuer module and an investor module, constructing identities of an organization, an organization node, an organization administrator, a user and a supervision node based on a digital certificate system, verifying the member identity through a certificate trust chain, supporting dynamic addition and deletion of members, recording audit logs for the change conditions of the members.

The tokenized blocks chain asset management system of claim 1, wherein: the intelligent contract module is added with the security repayment rule in the contract clauses and is used for the situation that default or other triggering events occur on one party of the transaction until the security repayment and subsequent asset processing are affected and the payment cannot be carried out on time, and the intelligent contract module automatically executes the distribution, transaction, settlement and repayment of the assets according to the pre-agreed clauses and the security repayment rule.

wherein the underlying asset information includes, but is not limited to, infrastructure project details, historical operating conditions, financial status, associations, legal opinions, real estate assessment reports, rating reports, and investment opinions;
the project operation information comprises income conditions such as operation income per term, tax due, expenditure of each item and the like, external borrowing money and using conditions, performance, infrastructure project purchasing or selling conditions, associated transactions occurring during trust operation, income and distribution of assets, and clearing and paying of assets.
