Since the license plate number in real life usually has the composition of Chinese characters, letters, numbers and coincidence, the input efficiency of a user is low. And the terminal where the client is located is used for shooting pictures, videos and the like containing the license plate number, so that the experience effect of the user can be greatly improved.

s201, acquiring a query request submitted by a presenting user for querying a vehicle owner user according to a license plate number;
s202, inquiring a vehicle owner user associated with the license plate number;

Specifically, after the step S2 in embodiment 1, that is, after the authentication request submitted by the owner user is authenticated, the server obtains the query request submitted by the presenting user for querying the owner user according to the license plate number. The query request of the presenting user comprises the following steps: license plate number, picture containing license plate number information, code, audio and/or video, and the like. If the query request is a picture, audio and/or video and the like containing the license plate number, the license plate number information contained in the query request is extracted through operation identification.
Then, the server queries the owner user associated with the license plate number. If the license plate number included in the query request submitted by the presenting user is composed of characters, letters, quantity or coincidence, the server can generally directly acquire the license plate number, and if the query request includes information such as pictures, codes, audio and/or video containing license plate number information, the server needs to extract the license plate number from the information through the steps of identification and extraction before querying for use.
Then, after the server inquires the owner user associated with the license plate number, the user information of the owner user in the first range is sent to the inquired presenting user. In the present invention, the first range user information is not completely identical to or completely different from the second range user information. In internet applications, user information is composed of many categories of information, such as name, nickname, gender, occupation, hobbies, blog, location, educational experience, specials, and the like. In order to protect the privacy of the owner user, in the invention, the user information displayed in the first range of user information is less than the user information displayed in the second range of user information, and certainly, the types of the user information in the first range and the user information in the second range can be the same, such as gender. In the present invention, since the license plate number is too easy to be obtained, in order to ensure the privacy of the owner user, the first range of user information generally only includes: a nickname.
In actual implementation, if the server cannot inquire the owner user associated with the license plate number, the server usually sends prompt information that the owner user cannot be inquired to the presenting user.
Further, after step S4 of embodiment 1, the method further includes the steps of:
sending the presentation information of the presentation user to the vehicle master user; the presentation information includes: gift information, session information, a display instruction of adding a friend control and/or first-range user information of a gifting user.
Specifically, the server sends the present information of the present user to the car master user, wherein the present information comprises: gift information, session information, a display instruction for adding a friend control and/or information of a gift user in a first range. Generally, the first range of user information is the nickname or avatar of the donating user.

That is, the server sends the information presenting the second range of the user to the owner user after acquiring the query request sent by the owner user.

The server obtains a query request for querying the license plate number of a vehicle near a specific geographic position from a presenting user. The query request includes specific geographic information, typically, specific latitude and longitude information.
Then, the server queries vehicles meeting preset requirements within a preset range of the specific geographic position, such as a circular area with a radius of 100 meters of a specific geographic position. The preset requirements include that the owner user allows the associated vehicle to be queried or queried through the function of nearby vehicles.
And then, the server sends the vehicle number information which meets the preset requirement to the presenting user, wherein the vehicle number information comprises the more specific geographical position information of the vehicle in the preset inquiry range besides the vehicle number. Generally, the query information sent by the server to the presenting user displays the vehicle number, distance or geographic information in a list form on a terminal page where the presenting user client is located, or displays the vehicle number and the location information on a map in a map form.

Processing component 902 generally controls overall operation of terminal 900, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. Processing component 902 may include one or more processors 920 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 902 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 902 and other components. For example, the processing component 902 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 908 and the processing component 902.
Memory 904 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at terminal 900. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on terminal 900, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 904 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power components 906 provide power to the various components of the terminal 900. The power components 906 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the terminal 900.
The multimedia components 908 include a screen providing an output interface between the terminal 900 and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 908 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the terminal 900 is in an operation mode, such as a photographing mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 910 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 910 includes a Microphone (MIC) that is configured to operate when terminal 900 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a record mode, and a voice recognition mode
Is arranged to receive an external audio signal. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 904 or transmitted via the communication component 916. In some embodiments, audio component 910 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 912 provides an interface between processing component 902 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 914 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the terminal 900. For example, sensor assembly 914 can detect an open/closed state of terminal 900, a relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of terminal 900, a change in position of terminal 900 or a component of terminal 900, the presence or absence of user contact with terminal 900, an orientation or acceleration/deceleration of terminal 900, and a change in temperature of terminal 900. The sensor assembly 914 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 914 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 914 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
Communication component 916 is configured to facilitate communications between terminal 900 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. Terminal 900 can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, an operator network (e.g., 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G), or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. Claims (39)

1. The social contact method based on the license plate and the gift is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, acquiring an authentication request of an authentication license plate number submitted by a vehicle owner user;
s2, associating the license plate number with the vehicle owner user through the authentication request, and storing an authentication record;
s3, obtaining a gift giving instruction of the gift giving user to the owner user associated with the license plate number;
s4, inquiring the owner user associated with the license plate number according to the license plate number in the presentation instruction;
and S5, presenting the gifts associated with the presentation instructions of the presentation user to the owner user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after step S2, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a query request which is submitted by the presenting user and used for querying the owner user according to the license plate number;
inquiring the vehicle owner user associated with the license plate number;
and sending the inquired first range user information of the owner user associated with the license plate number to the presenting user.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising the following steps after step S4 or S5:
sending the second range user information of the presenting user to the owner user; the first range user information is completely different or not identical to the second range user information.
4. The vehicle license plate and gift-based social contact method of claim 3, further comprising the following steps before sending the second range of user information of the presenting user to the owner user:
and acquiring an inquiry request which is sent by the owner user and inquires the presenting user.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein before step S5, during step S5 or after step S5, the method further comprises the steps of:
sending the presentation information of the presentation user to the owner user;
the presentation information includes: gift information, session information, a display instruction to add a friend control, and/or the first range user information of the gifting user.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the query request includes a license plate number, a picture containing information of the license plate number, a code, an audio and/or a video, etc.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein before the step S3, the method further comprises the steps of:
acquiring a query request for querying the license plate number of a vehicle near a specific geographic position by the presenting user;
inquiring vehicles meeting preset requirements in a preset range of the specific geographic position;
and sending the inquired license plate number information of the vehicle meeting the preset requirement to the presenting user.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising the following steps after step S1 and before step S2:
according to a preset auditing rule, auditing the authentication request;
if the audit is passed, step S2 is executed.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising the following steps before step S4 or S5:
auditing a preset rule for the presentation instruction;
if the audit is passed, the step S4 or S5 is executed.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising the following steps after step S4 and before step S5:
sending prompt information whether to accept the gift of the presenting user to the owner user;
and acquiring an instruction of the owner user for agreeing or refusing to receive the gift.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein after step S5, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a friend adding request and/or session information sent by the owner user to the presenting user;
and sending the friend adding request and/or the session information to the giving user.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the social contact between the license plate and the gift comprises: before step S5, the method further includes the following steps:
sending a prompt message for paying the gift fee to the presenting user;
and obtaining payment information of the gift user for completing payment.
13. The method of claim 1, wherein after step S3, the method further comprises the following steps:
sending alternative gift information to the gifting user;
and acquiring confirmation information of the selected gift of the presenting user.
14. The social method based on the license plate and the gift as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the giving instruction comprises a license plate number, gift information, a giving place, a giving time and/or session information;
the gift is a virtual gift formed based on programs, pictures, sound, characters, videos and the like, or a physical gift and a virtual gift receiving certificate are acquired;
the authentication request includes: license plate number, driving license, identification card, vehicle contract and/or authorization.

and the giving user information sending module is used for sending the second range user information of the giving user to the owner user, wherein the first range user information and the second range user information are completely different or not completely the same.

and the presenting user information query request acquisition module is used for acquiring a query request which is sent by a vehicle owner user and used for querying the presenting user.
19. The license plate and gift based social device of claim 16, further comprising:
the presentation information sending module is used for sending the presentation information of the presentation user to the owner user;
the presentation information includes: gift information, session information, a display instruction to add a friend control, and/or the first range user information of the gifting user.
