Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of metallurgy, in particular to a submerged arc furnace.
Background
The submerged arc furnace is also called electric arc furnace or resistance furnace. It is mainly used for reducing and smelting raw materials such as ore, carbonaceous reducing agent and solvent. The method is mainly used for producing ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferrochromium, ferrotungsten, silicomanganese and other ferroalloys, and is an important industrial raw material in the metallurgical industry and a chemical raw material such as calcium carbide and the like. Furthermore, a plurality of discharge holes (11) are also formed in the outer side of the furnace shell (1).
Further, the discharge hole (11) can be closed.
Furthermore, the other end of the smoke guide-out system (3) is provided with an air draft system.
Furthermore, the outer side of the furnace shell (1) is also provided with an annular rail (7), a trolley (8) is arranged on the rail (7), and a ladle (9) used for receiving ore liquid flowing out of the discharge hole (11) is arranged on the trolley (8).

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a submerged arc furnace according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes:
the furnace comprises a furnace shell 1 and a smoke hood 2 arranged on the furnace shell 1, wherein a feeding system 4 is arranged on the smoke hood 2, an air injection system 5 is also arranged on the smoke hood 2, the air injection system 5 is connected into the feeding system 4, a smoke gas leading-out system 3 is also arranged on the smoke hood 2, and three electrodes 6 are arranged at the center of the smoke hood 2;
the smoke hood 2 is in a regular hexagon shape, exhaust ports 21 are arranged on three non-adjacent sides, and the smoke guiding system 3 is connected to the exhaust ports 21; two ends of the other three edges of the smoke hood 2 are provided with side plates 23 and lifting devices for lifting a smoke hood door 22 arranged between the side plates 23 in a sliding mode.
The lifting device comprises a first connecting rope 24 and a second connecting rope 25 connecting both ends of the upper part of the side plate 23, the upper part of the first connecting rope 24 being connected to the driving end of the cylinder 29 around a second pulley 27 and around a third pulley 28, and the upper part of the second connecting rope 25 being connected to the driving end of the cylinder 29 around a first pulley 26
The charging system 4 comprises a plurality of charging mechanisms distributed triangularly, comprising an upper charging mouth and a lower charging duct connected to the hood 2.
Further, the air injection system 5 surrounds the charging system 4, the air injection system 5 includes an air injection pipe 51, the air injection pipe 51 is connected to an external high-pressure air pipe through an air injection connecting pipe 52, a plurality of branch pipes 53 perpendicular to the air injection pipe 51 are arranged at the lower part of the air injection pipe 51, and an air injection head 54 connected to the interior of the charging system 4 is arranged on the branch pipes 53.
A plurality of discharge openings 11 are also provided outside the furnace shell 1.
The outlet 11 can be closed.
The other end of the smoke deriving system 3 is provided with an air draft system.
The furnace shell 1 is also provided on the outside with an annular rail 7, the rail 7 is provided with a trolley 8, and the trolley 8 is provided with a ladle 9 for receiving the ore liquid flowing out of a discharge port 11.
The device is also provided with a cooling mechanism which is connected with the smoke hood and the electrode and used for cooling the smoke hood and the electrode.
The invention has at least the following advantages:
(1) the feeding system of the device is connected with the high-pressure air injection system, so that the high-pressure air can be used for better conveying materials, and oxygen can be conveyed into the furnace to accelerate the refining process;
(2) the furnace cover is connected with a flue gas guiding system to realize pollution discharge and can also realize a better lifting function.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
mineral aggregate enters the furnace shell through the feeding system, the air injection system injects high-pressure air, the smoke hood is fixed on the furnace shell, and the control electrode starts to work. Meanwhile, the cooling water system starts to work, and the air exhaust system starts to work.
