A control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the control method of the air conditioner includes:
starting an air conditioner, and controlling the air conditioner to operate in a mute mode;
acquiring sound content of an air conditioner;
judging the relationship between the sound intensity value I1 of the sound content of the air conditioner and the set mute control sound intensity threshold value I2:
and when the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner is greater than the mute control sound intensity threshold value I2, adjusting the fan rotating speed and/or the compressor rotating speed of the air conditioner.
The air conditioner may be an electrical appliance capable of adjusting the temperature or humidity of the indoor environment, such as an air conditioner or a dehumidifier.
It should be noted that the air conditioner continuously acquires the sound content of the air conditioner in the silent mode, rather than intermittently acquiring the sound content of the air conditioner.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, the relationship between the sound intensity value I1 of the sound content of the air conditioner and the set mute control sound intensity threshold value I2 is judged by acquiring the sound content of the air conditioner, and when the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner is greater than the mute control sound intensity threshold value I2, the fan rotating speed and/or the compressor rotating speed of the air conditioner are/is adjusted, wherein the fans can be an outdoor fan and an indoor fan, for example, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, the rotating speed of the indoor fan and the rotating speed of the compressor are reduced, so that the effect of reducing the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner is achieved.
The control method of the air conditioner adjusts the rotating speed of the fan and the rotating speed of the compressor only according to the sound intensity value I1 of the sound content of the air conditioner, is not interfered by other indoor noise sources, has higher pertinence to the air conditioner, and accordingly adjusts the air conditioner accurately, so that the noise condition of the air conditioner can be greatly improved, and the use comfort is improved.
Therefore, the control method of the air conditioner has the advantages of accurate adjustment of the air conditioner, good silencing effect and the like.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the step of acquiring the sound content of the air conditioner includes:
acquiring indoor sound content;
the sound content of the air conditioner is recognized from the sound content in the room.
Therefore, the indoor sound can be comprehensively collected, the characteristics of the sound content of the air conditioner are avoided being omitted, the accuracy of recognizing the sound content of the air conditioner from the indoor sound content is guaranteed, and the effectiveness of adjusting the running state of the air conditioner can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the sound content in the room includes a sound spectrum and a sound intensity.
The step of recognizing the sound contents of the air conditioner from the sound contents of the room includes:
comparing the sound spectrum of the indoor sound content with the preset sound spectrum of the air conditioner;
judging whether the sound spectrum of the indoor sound content comprises a preset sound spectrum:
if so, the air conditioner is identified, and the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner is obtained.
It is understood that the preset sound spectrum is a sound spectrum of the sound content of the air conditioner. The sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner is the sound amplitude of the sound content of the air conditioner, and the sound spectrum of the air conditioner is the sound characteristic of the sound content of the air conditioner.
In this way, various sound spectrums in indoor sound contents are compared with the preset sound spectrum of the air conditioner, if the sound spectrum of one sound content is found to be the same as the preset sound spectrum, the sound content can be judged to be the sound content of the air conditioner, then the sound intensity of the sound content is acquired, and the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner can be obtained, so that the sound content of the air conditioner can be identified from various indoor sounds, the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner can be obtained, and the operation state of the air conditioner can be adjusted.
Specifically, the step of acquiring the sound content of the air conditioner includes:
acquiring indoor sound content by using a voice acquisition system of an air conditioner;
the sound content of the air conditioner is recognized from the sound content of the room using a voice recognition system of the air conditioner.
It should be noted that the voice acquiring system and the voice recognition system can be used for acquiring the sound content of the room and recognizing the sound content of the air conditioner, and can also be used for acquiring and recognizing the voice instruction of the user. Therefore, the functions can be completed without adding other acquisition systems and identification systems in the air conditioner, the number of parts of the air conditioner is reduced, the weight of the air conditioner is lightened, and the production cost of the air conditioner is greatly reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the step of determining the relationship between the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner and the set mute control sound intensity threshold value I2 comprises:
acquiring the sound intensity average value of the air conditioner in a mute mode, wherein the sound intensity average value is taken as the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner;
and comparing the sound intensity average value of the air conditioner with a set mute control sound intensity threshold value.
Therefore, by comparing the sound intensity average value of the air conditioner in the mute mode with the set mute control sound intensity threshold value, the influence of the fluctuation of the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner on the judgment result can be effectively avoided, so that the judgment result can reflect whether the running state of the air conditioner can generate sound with high sound intensity on the whole, and the aim of improving the judgment precision can be fulfilled.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the step of obtaining the sound intensity average value of the air conditioner in the mute mode includes:
controlling the air conditioner to operate in a mute mode for a first preset time;
and acquiring the sound intensity average value of the air conditioner in a second preset time, wherein the second preset time is less than the first preset time.
For example, the first preset time is fifteen minutes, and the second preset time is ten minutes. The second preset time is a time length before the step of determining the relationship between the sound intensity value I1 of the sound content of the air conditioner and the set mute control sound intensity threshold.
After the air conditioner operates for the first preset time in the mute mode, the air conditioner can be ensured to operate stably in the mute mode, and then the sound intensity average value in the second preset time is obtained, so that all the sound intensities in the second preset time are the sound intensities of the air conditioner in the stable operation state, the judgment accuracy is further improved, and the operation state of the air conditioner is ensured to be adjusted more accurately.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the step of determining the relationship between the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner and the set mute control sound intensity threshold value I2 further comprises:
and when the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner is less than or equal to the mute control sound intensity threshold value I2, maintaining the fan rotating speed and the compressor rotating speed of the air conditioner.
The condition that the air conditioner needs to adjust the operation mode is reduced, the state that the air conditioner is in the operation mode meeting the requirements of a user for refrigeration, heating or dehumidification is more, the silencing effect and the indoor air adjusting effect are considered, the operation mode of the air conditioner needs to be adjusted less, and the control difficulty of the air conditioner can be reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method further comprises the following steps after the step of adjusting the fan speed and/or the compressor speed of the air conditioner when the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner is greater than the mute control sound intensity threshold value I2:
and when the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner is also larger than the mute control sound intensity threshold value I2, adjusting the fan rotating speed and/or the compressor rotating speed of the air conditioner, and operating the air conditioner according to the state of the air conditioner at the lowest sound intensity value in the adjusting process.
The operation state of the air conditioner is further regulated by regulating at least one of the rotation speed of the outdoor fan, the rotation speed of the indoor fan and the rotation speed of the compressor again, so that the noise generated by the air conditioner is in a state of a lowest value, and the noise generated by the air conditioner is effectively avoided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, when the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner is also greater than the mute control sound intensity threshold value I2, the step of adjusting the rotation speed of the fan and/or the rotation speed of the compressor of the air conditioner and operating the air conditioner in the state where the air conditioner is at the lowest sound intensity value during the adjustment process includes:
the rotating speed of a fan of the air conditioner is adjusted from high to low, and the rotating speed of a compressor is adjusted from high to low;
acquiring a lowest sound intensity value of the air conditioner;
the air conditioner operates in accordance with the state of the air conditioner at the lowest sound intensity value.
In general, the lower the rotation speed of the fan and the lower the rotation speed of the compressor, the lower the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner is, but in some cases, when the rotation speed of the fan is the lowest or when the rotation speed of the compressor is the lowest, may resonate with some components of the air conditioner or emit low frequency noise, but causes the sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner to be large, and therefore, when the lowest sound intensity value of the air conditioner is obtained, the control method of the air conditioner in the embodiment of the invention combines the rotating speed of the fan and the rotating speed of the compressor, so as to obtain the state of the fan and the compressor when the lowest sound intensity value of the air conditioner is in the current state and environment, the state of the air conditioner with the lowest sound intensity value can thus be obtained for different periods of time and usage scenarios to avoid the air conditioner from continuously producing sound above the mute control sound intensity threshold I2.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner control method further includes the steps of:
after every third preset time, the relationship between the sound intensity value I1 of the sound content of the air conditioner and the set mute control sound intensity threshold value I2 is judged again.
Wherein, the third preset time may be 60 minutes.
For example, after the air conditioner is turned on, the air conditioner is set to a mute mode, in the mute mode, after the relationship between the sound content sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner and the set mute control sound intensity threshold value I2 is determined for the first time, the compressor and the fan of the air conditioner are adjusted or not adjusted according to the first determination result, after a third preset time, after the relationship between the sound content sound intensity value I1 of the air conditioner and the set mute control sound intensity threshold value I2 is determined for the second time, the compressor and the fan of the air conditioner are adjusted or not adjusted according to the second determination result, and so on, if the time that the air conditioner is in the mute mode is long enough, the third determination, the fourth determination, and so on may exist until the air conditioner exits the mute mode.
Therefore, the air conditioner does not adjust the rotating speed of the compressor or the rotating speed of the fan once and then does not change, the air conditioner can continuously adjust the rotating speed of the compressor or the rotating speed of the fan after a period of time, at least one of the rotating speed of the compressor and the rotating speed of the fan can be adjusted according to the difference caused by the change of the operating environment and the change of the service cycle, and the mute effect of the air conditioner is optimized.
Other constructions and operations of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
In the description herein, references to the description of the term "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "an illustrative embodiment," "an example," "a specific example," or "some examples" or the like mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention.
