The outer sealing ring 10 and the annular gasket 31 on the lower end face of the inner ring are fixed in the annular groove 32 on the lower end face of the inner ring through the fixing screw 6, the fixed end of the outer sealing ring 10 is lower than the movable end of the outer sealing ring 10, and the lower support structure 22 is fixed on the lower end face 21 of the inner ring by the high-strength bolt 2.

The new double-layer dust-and-leakage-proof sealed slewing bearing according to claim 1, wherein the outer ring (3) comprises an outer ring upper end surface (4), an outer ring lower end surface (23) and an outer ring inner end surface (28); step groove structures are formed in the upper end face (4) of the outer ring and the lower end face (23) of the outer ring, and an annular groove (30) in the inner end face of the outer ring and a lower annular groove (29) in the inner end face of the outer ring are formed in the inner end face (28) of the outer ring; the inner ring (13) comprises an inner ring upper end surface (11), an inner ring lower end surface (23) and an inner ring outer end surface (15); an upper annular groove (16) and a lower annular groove (20) are formed in the outer end face (15) of the inner ring; an inner ring upper end surface annular groove (14) and an inner ring lower end surface annular groove (32) are respectively formed in the inner ring upper end surface (11) and the inner ring lower end surface (23); outer-layer sealing rings (10) are arranged between the inner ring upper end surface annular groove (14) and the inner ring lower end surface annular groove (32) and the stepped groove structure; and an inner-layer sealing ring (18) is arranged between the upper annular groove (16) on the outer end surface of the inner ring and the lower annular groove (20) on the outer end surface of the inner ring and between the upper annular groove (30) on the inner end surface of the outer ring and the lower annular groove (29) on the inner end surface of the outer ring respectively.

The novel double-layer dustproof and leakproof sealed turntable bearing according to claim 2, wherein the inner end surface (28) of the outer ring is further provided with an arc-shaped structure for mounting balls and a retainer; and the outer end surface (15) of the inner ring is provided with an arc structure which is matched with the inner end surface (28) of the outer ring and is used for mounting the balls and the retainer.

The new double layer dust-proof leakage-proof sealed slewing bearing according to claim 2, wherein the upper annular groove (30) on the inner end surface of the outer ring and the lower annular groove (29) on the inner end surface of the outer ring are symmetrically arranged along an arc structure.

The novel double-layer dustproof and leakproof sealed turntable bearing according to claim 2, wherein the stepped groove structure formed on the upper end surface (4) of the outer ring is an outer ring upper end surface high groove (9), an outer ring upper end surface low groove (8) and an outer ring upper end surface middle groove (7) in sequence, and the outer ring upper end surface middle groove (7) is close to the inner end surface (28) of the outer ring; the step groove structure that sets up on terminal surface (23) under the outer lane is terminal surface high groove (27) under the outer lane, terminal surface low groove (26) and terminal surface mesolot (25) under the outer lane in proper order, and terminal surface mesolot (25) are close to interior terminal surface (28) of outer lane under the outer lane.

8. The novel double-layer dustproof and leakproof sealed slewing bearing according to claim 2, wherein the outer sealing ring (10) arranged in the stepped groove structure is in clearance fit with the annular gasket (5) on the upper end face of the outer ring.

The novel double-layer dustproof and leakproof sealed slewing bearing according to claim 5, wherein the lower end face of one end of the outer sealing ring (10) is fitted with the middle groove (7) of the upper end face of the outer sealing ring, the annular gasket (5) of the upper end face of the outer ring is fixed in the high groove (9) of the upper end face of the outer ring through a fixing screw (6), and the lower end face of the annular gasket (5) of the upper end face of the outer ring is positioned above the outer sealing ring (10); the middle part of the outer sealing ring (10) is provided with a W-shaped extension, so that when the inner ring (13) and the outer ring (3) are in extreme offset positions, the movable end of the outer sealing ring (10) is always positioned in the lower groove (8) of the upper end surface of the outer ring and the middle groove (7) of the upper end surface of the outer ring; the other end of the outer layer sealing ring (10) is arranged in the annular groove (14) on the upper end face of the inner ring, and the fixing screw (6) penetrates through the outer layer sealing ring (10) to fix the outer layer sealing ring (10) in the annular groove (14) on the upper end face of the inner ring.
