The invention provides an air distributor of a diesel engine, which comprises an air distributor body, wherein a plurality of air inlets are formed in the air distributor body and connected with a driving shaft, one end of the driving shaft is fixedly connected with a coupler, a distribution disc is fixedly sleeved outside the coupler, one end of the distribution disc is provided with a compression sealing device, a plurality of long holes are uniformly distributed in the distributor body, a distributor cover is fixedly sleeved outside the distributor body, one end of the distributor cover is hermetically connected with the air distributor body, the other end of the distributor cover is provided with a large hollow bolt, the air distributor body is also provided with an air flow channel and a plurality of engine oil channels, one end of the air flow channel is communicated with the air inlets, the other end of the air flow channel is provided with a small hollow bolt, and one end of the engine oil channels is communicated with an engine oil inlet connector. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of diesel engines, and particularly relates to an air distributor of a diesel engine.
Background
For high power diesel engines, air starting is an excellent starting device, including an air tank, an air distributor, an air duct, as a backup starting device for the diesel engine. The air distributor is an important component of the air starting device. The compressed air in the air bottle is fed into the air distributor through the air conduit, and the air distributor feeds the air with certain pressure into each cylinder through the air starting conduit and the starting valve according to the ignition sequence and interval angle of the diesel engine, so as to drive the piston to do work and realize air starting. A prototype air distributor of a diesel engine comprises an air distributor body, and is also integrated with an air flow channel and an engine oil channel, as shown in figure 4, engine oil in a transmission case rotates along with a gear at high speed and splashes into the engine oil channel in the air distributor body, and the engine oil flows into friction surfaces of a driving shaft, a coupling and the like along with the channel to cool and lubricate the air distributor. The splash lubrication mode has the defects of poor reliability, easy oxidation and pollution of lubricating oil, insufficient lubrication of friction surfaces and untimely cooling.

In view of this, the present invention aims to provide an air distributor for a diesel engine, so as to solve the problems of poor lubrication reliability, insufficient lubrication of friction surfaces, and untimely cooling existing in the existing equipment.

a diesel engine air distributor comprises an air distributor body, wherein a plurality of air inlets are formed in the air distributor body, the interior of the air distributor body is connected with a driving shaft, one end of the driving shaft is meshed with a diesel engine transmission system gear, the other end of the driving shaft is connected with a coupler internal spline, a coupler external spline is connected with a distribution disc internal spline, a plurality of long holes are uniformly distributed in the distribution disc, one end of the distribution disc coincides with the end face of the air inlet of the air distributor body, the other end of the distribution disc is fixedly connected with a distributor cover, and a compression sealing device is arranged in the distribution disc and the distributor cover; the air distributor cover is fixedly and hermetically connected with the air distributor body, the other end of the air distributor body is provided with a large hollow bolt, the air distributor body is also provided with a plurality of airflow channels and engine oil channels, one end of each airflow channel is communicated with the air inlet, the other end of each airflow channel is provided with a small hollow bolt, the small hollow bolts are used for being communicated with the air starting guide pipe, one end of each engine oil channel is communicated with the engine oil inlet connector, and the engine oil inlet connector is used for being communicated with the engine oil guide pipe. Furthermore, a plurality of U-shaped long holes are uniformly distributed on the distribution disc.
Furthermore, the number of the engine oil channels arranged in the air distributor body is two, namely a first engine oil channel and a second engine oil channel, the center lines of the first engine oil channel and the second engine oil channel are perpendicular to each other, the outer part of the air distributor body is provided with an arc surface, the first engine oil channel and the arc surface of the air distributor body are in an oblique downward angle, and the outer end of the second engine oil channel is communicated with an engine oil inlet joint.

An air distributor of a diesel engine, as shown in figures 1 to 3, comprises an air distributor body 1, a driving shaft 2, a coupling 3, a distribution disc 4, an engine oil inlet joint 5, a distributor cover 6, a distributor cover 7, a large hollow bolt 8, a coupling spring 9 and a small hollow bolt 10, wherein a plurality of air inlets are arranged in the air distributor body 1, the inside of the air distributor body 1 is connected with the driving shaft 2, one end of the driving shaft 2 is meshed with a gear of a diesel engine transmission system, the other end of the driving shaft is connected with an internal spline of the coupling 3, the external spline of the coupling 3 is connected with the internal spline of the distribution disc 4, so that the driving shaft 2 can rotate in the air distributor body 1 under the driving of the diesel engine transmission system and drive the distribution disc 4 to rotate, one end of the distribution disc 4 is provided with a compression sealing device, a plurality of long holes are uniformly distributed in the inside, one end of the distributor cover 6 is connected with the air distributor body 1 in a sealing way, the other end is tightly connected with the large hollow bolt 8, the large hollow bolt 8 is used for communicating an air inlet guide pipe, and an airflow channel 13, a first engine oil channel 11 and a second engine oil channel 12 are integrated in the air distributor body 1; one end of the airflow channel 13 is communicated with the air inlet, the end part of the other end of the airflow channel is provided with an air outlet, the inside of the air outlet is connected with the small hollow bolt 10, the small hollow bolt 10 is used for being communicated with the air starting guide pipe 14, one end of the second engine oil channel 12 is communicated with the engine oil inlet joint 5, and the engine oil inlet joint 5 is used for being communicated with the engine oil guide pipe 15.
A plurality of U-shaped long holes are uniformly distributed on the distribution disk 4.
The first engine oil channel 11 and the second engine oil channel 12 are arranged in the air distributor body 1, the center lines of the first engine oil channel 11 and the second engine oil channel 12 are perpendicular to each other, the outer portion of the air distributor body 1 is provided with an arc surface, the first engine oil channel 11 and the arc surface of the air distributor body 1 are in an inclined downward angle, on one hand, splashed engine oil can flow into a motion friction surface under the action of gravity, and on the other hand, engine oil with certain pressure in the second engine oil channel 12 is prevented from flowing back and flowing out of the first engine oil channel 11. The outer end of the second engine oil inlet is communicated with the engine oil inlet joint 5.
The compressing and sealing device comprises a coupler spring 9 and a distributor cover 7, one end of the coupler 3 is fixedly connected to the driving shaft 2, the other end of the coupler is movably sleeved with the coupler spring 9, the coupler spring 9 is located inside the distributor cover 7, the distributor cover 7 is of a barrel-shaped structure, and the outside of the distributor cover 7 and the inside of the distributor plate 4 are compressed and connected to form a sealing structure.
The working principle of the diesel engine air distributor is as follows:
the air flow channel 13, realize the air starting function of the air distributor, the compressed air enters the airtight air cavity formed with distributor cover 6 and air distributor body 1 through the air inlet conduit, by the big hollow bolt 8, when the distribution disk 4 rotates to a certain angle with the coupling 3, drive shaft 2, the slot hole on the distribution disk 4 communicates with any air inlet of the air distributor body 1, the compressed air enters the air flow channel 13 of the air distributor body 1, through the small hollow bolt 10, enters each cylinder through the air starting conduit 14, push the piston to do work, realize the air starting. The first engine oil channel 11 and the second engine oil channel 12 form two lubrication modes of splashing and pressure. In the working process of the air distributor, the driving shaft 2 and the related rotating parts rotate at a high speed along with a diesel engine transmission system, and at the moment, engine oil in the transmission case splashes into the engine oil channel I11 along with the high-speed moving parts, so that the friction surface of the air distributor is cooled and lubricated; on the other hand, the engine oil with certain pressure is branched from the main oil gallery and enters the second engine oil channel 12 of the air distributor body from the engine oil inlet joint 5 through the engine oil guide pipe 15 to cool and lubricate the friction surface of the air distributor. Therefore, the cooling and lubricating effects of the friction surface of the air distributor are optimized, the friction between systems is reduced, the abrasion of parts is reduced, the service life of the air distributor is prolonged, and the reliability of the air distributor is improved.
