That is, in the process that the controller 3 slides to the side of the handle 40 and enters the receiving groove 10, not only the fitting of the eighth surface 21 and the fourth surface 14 and the engagement of the grooves and the flanges can be realized, but also the electronic plug 26 can be inserted into the electronic socket 25 to realize the circuit connection between the controller 3 and the front panel assembly 1, that is, the controller 3 not only completes the mechanical connection but also the circuit connection on the front panel assembly 1 through the mortise and tenon joint structure. Furthermore, the circuit connection structure between the controller 3 and the front panel assembly 1 (i.e., the structure composed of the electronic socket 25 and the electronic plug 26) can be covered by the engagement of the grooves and the flanges, so as to effectively protect the circuit connection structure from being damaged by external force or being unlocked by illegal connection. Preferably, the electronic plug 26 is a gold finger plug, and the electronic socket 25 is a plug-in socket.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the bottom end of the controller 3 is preferably provided with an electrical interface 27, and the controller 3 can realize power supply and/or communication connection with an external device through the electrical interface 27. That is, an electrical interface 27 (e.g., a USB interface) may be provided on the controller 3 to supply power to the controller 3, or the controller 3 may be communicatively connected to an external device such as a computer or a mobile phone. In this way, even when the controller 3 is not malfunctioning, the controller 3 may be detached to operate independently to perform some operations in the data management of the smart door lock, such as entering a fingerprint, swiping a card, and managing various data in the controller 3.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 15 and 16, the smart door lock further includes a second connecting member 28, the second connecting member 28 connected to the rear panel assembly 5 fixes the controller 3 to the front panel assembly 1 by passing through the front panel assembly 1 and connecting with the controller 3, and the second connecting member 28 also increases the number of fixing screws of the smart door lock from the original two (i.e., two first connecting members 6) to three, thereby further enhancing the stability of the smart door lock. The application provides an intelligent door lock, if only realize the installation of controller 3 on front panel assembly 1 through foretell mortise and tenon structure, can make controller 3 can't be locked on front panel assembly 1, have controller 3 by the illegal risk of dismantling and losing, this not only can cause user's loss of property but also can make intelligent door lock lose intelligent function of unblanking, influences the convenient use of intelligent door lock. To avoid this, the present application adds a second connector 28 that can lock the controller 3 to the front panel assembly 1. Specifically, the second connecting member 28 is also preferably a bolt, and correspondingly, the rear panel assembly 5 is provided with a rear panel fixing through hole 29, the front panel assembly 1 is provided with a front panel fixing through hole 31, the controller 3 is provided with a controller fixing threaded hole 32, when the intelligent door lock is installed on the door 41, the rear panel fixing through hole 29, the door fixing through hole 30 on the door 41 and the front panel fixing through hole 31 are aligned (or coaxially arranged), when the controller 3 is installed in place in the accommodating groove 10 by sliding to the side where the handle 40 is located, the controller fixing threaded hole 32 arranged on the inner side surface of the controller 3 is moved to the position aligned with the front panel fixing through hole 31, and then the second connecting member 28 sequentially passes through the aligned four holes and is in threaded connection with the controller 3, so that the controller 3 can be locked. Similarly, among the plurality of holes, it is preferable that the rear panel connecting through hole 7 is a countersunk hole, and the controller fixing threaded hole 32 is a blind hole that does not penetrate through the controller 3 to prevent the second connector 28 from being exposed, so that a lawless person cannot operate the second connector 28, and the bolt is preferably a cross countersunk bolt that matches the countersunk hole.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, a battery box mounting groove 35 for accommodating a battery box is formed in the rear panel assembly 5, and a through hole for connecting the rear panel assembly 5 with the second connecting member 28 is formed in a bottom wall of the battery box mounting groove 35. The through hole refers to the rear panel fixing through hole 29, the intelligent door lock provided by the application is provided with a battery power supply system, a component for containing and installing the battery 33 is a battery box, the battery box is also provided with the through hole for the second connecting piece 28 to pass through, the battery box is also installed in the battery box installation groove 35, the battery box installation groove 35 is arranged on the rear panel component 5, and therefore the rear panel fixing through hole 29 is arranged on the bottom wall of the battery box installation groove 35, on one hand, the through hole corresponds to the arrangement position of the controller 3 on the front panel component 1, on the other hand, the rear panel fixing through hole 29 and the second connecting piece 28 can be covered by the battery 33 and the battery cover 34, and the appearance aesthetic degree of the intelligent door lock is improved. Based on this arrangement, when the controller 3 needs to be disassembled, as shown in fig. 16, the battery cover 34 needs to be opened first, and the battery 33 needs to be removed, so that the second connecting member 28 can be screwed and completely withdrawn from the controller fixing threaded hole 32 by screwing, and then the controller 3 can be pushed upward to be removed from the accommodating slot 10, thereby achieving the disassembly.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 12, a first wire insertion port 36 is provided on the back panel assembly 5, and a second wire insertion port 37 and a third wire insertion port 38 are provided on the front panel assembly 1, wherein the first wire insertion port 36 is electrically connected with the second wire insertion port 37 through a wire, and the third wire insertion port 38 is electrically connected with the lock body 2 through another wire (if there is no electronic circuit in the lock body, this electrical connection is not needed). The first wire insertion port 36 and the second wire insertion port 37 are provided, so that two ends of a multi-core cable can be respectively plugged with the first wire insertion port 36 and the second wire insertion port 37 to realize the circuit connection of the front panel assembly 1 and the rear panel assembly 5.
In the present application, it is preferable that the controller 3 includes one or more of a keyboard module, a card reading module, a fingerprint module, a photographing module, and a display module. Wherein, keyboard module can be used for to 3 input passwords of unblanking of controller, and the card reading module can be used for discerning the various smart card that can unblank, and user's fingerprint can be gathered to fingerprint module, shoots the module and can shoot user's people face, iris or finger vein etc. display module can be used for showing various information etc..
In the present specification, the structures of the various parts are described in a progressive manner, the structure of each part is mainly described as different from the existing structure, and the whole and partial structures of the intelligent door lock can be obtained by combining the structures of the parts.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent door lock, comprising:
a front panel assembly disposed on an outer side surface of the door;
a lock body disposed inside the door;
the controller is detachably arranged on the front panel assembly and exposed, and is in circuit connection with the front panel assembly to control the lock body to be unlocked;
the lock core is arranged on the lock body or the front panel component and can be matched with a key to unlock the lock body, and the lock core and the controller can independently control the lock body to unlock.
2. The intelligent door lock of claim 1, further comprising a back panel assembly disposed on an inside surface of the door, wherein the first connector coupled to the back panel assembly enables installation of the intelligent door lock on the door by passing through the lock body and coupling to the front panel assembly.
3. The intelligent door lock according to claim 1, wherein the front panel assembly is provided with a receiving groove, and the controller is detachably connected with the front panel assembly through a mortise and tenon structure and is located in the receiving groove.
4. The intelligent door lock of claim 3, wherein the mortise and tenon structure comprises:
the first surface, the second surface, the third surface, the fourth surface, the first groove, the second groove and the first flange are arranged on the front panel assembly and located in the accommodating groove, the first groove is located at the top end of the accommodating groove, and the second groove and the first flange are located at the bottom end of the accommodating groove;
a fifth surface, a sixth surface, a seventh surface, an eighth surface, a second flange, a third flange, and a third groove disposed on the controller, the second flange being located at a top end of the controller, the third flange and the third groove being located at a bottom end of the controller;
wherein the fifth surface and the first surface, the sixth surface and the second surface, and the seventh surface and the third surface can be attached to or detached from each other, and the second flange and the first groove, the third flange and the second groove, and the third groove and the first flange can be engaged with or detached from each other by attaching and sliding the fifth surface and the first surface, the sixth surface and the second surface, and the seventh surface and the third surface to each other.
5. The intelligent door lock according to claim 4, wherein an electronic socket is provided at the bottom end of the receiving groove, an electronic plug is provided at the bottom end of the controller in a protruding manner, and after the controller is installed in place in the receiving groove, the electronic plug is inserted into the electronic socket to realize the circuit connection between the controller and the front panel assembly.
6. The intelligent door lock according to claim 4, wherein the bottom end of the controller is provided with an electrical interface, and the controller can realize power supply and/or communication connection with an external device through the electrical interface.
7. The intelligent door lock of claim 2, further comprising a second connector connected to the rear panel assembly to lock the controller to the front panel assembly by passing through the front panel assembly and connecting to the controller.

The intelligent door lock of claim 7, wherein a battery box mounting groove for accommodating a battery box is formed in the rear panel assembly, and a through hole for connecting the rear panel assembly with the second connecting member is formed in the bottom wall of the battery box mounting groove.
9. The intelligent door lock according to claim 2, wherein a first plug wire port is arranged on the rear panel assembly, and a second plug wire port is arranged on the front panel assembly, wherein the first plug wire port is in circuit connection with the second plug wire port through a conducting wire.
10. The intelligent door lock of claim 1, wherein the controller comprises one or more of a keypad module, a card reading module, a fingerprint module, a camera module, and a display module.
