The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a circulating fan, the circulating fan and a computer readable storage medium. The control method of the circulating fan can be applied to central control equipment, wherein the central control equipment comprises terminal equipment or a server, and the terminal equipment can be electronic equipment such as mobile phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, desktop computers, intelligent televisions and the like; the server may be a single server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
It should be noted that, the control method of the circulation fan may also be applied to the circulation fan, for example, the circulation fan obtains a first air supply parameter and a second air supply parameter corresponding to a current air supply gear of the circulation fan, where the first air supply parameter includes an air supply duration; detecting the current dryness of the clothes on the clothes hanger; and adjusting the air supply duration according to the current dryness and the second air supply parameter.
The following explanation will be made taking the control method of the circulation fan applied to the central control device as an example.
Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a control method of a circulation fan according to an embodiment of the application. The control method of the circulation fan may include steps S10 to S30, and specifically may be as follows:
step S10, a first air supply parameter and a second air supply parameter corresponding to the current air supply gear of the circulating fan are obtained, and the first air supply parameter comprises air supply duration.
Specifically, after the circulation fan is turned on, the circulation fan starts air supply operation according to an air supply gear selected by a user, each air supply gear corresponds to different air supply parameters, the air supply parameters can include a first air supply parameter and a second air supply parameter, and the first air supply parameter can include air supply duration.
For example, the air supply gear may include gear 1, gear 2 and gear 3, the air supply wind power corresponding to gear 1 to gear 3 is sequentially increased correspondingly, the circulation fan may circulate air at 360 ° and the air supply range may be set, and the air supply duration corresponding to each gear is a preset air supply duration, for example, gear 1, the air supply duration corresponding to gear 2, and so on.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a diagram of a positional relationship between a clothes hanger and a circulation fan, where the circulation fan may be used to blow-dry clothes, and when the circulation fan is aligned with the clothes on the clothes hanger, the air supply operation may be performed according to an air supply gear selected by a user.
Step S20, detecting the current dryness of the clothes on the clothes hanger.
Specifically, when the user uses the circulation fan for drying the laundry, the circulation fan may be placed near the laundry rack, and the circulation fan is used to directly blow the laundry. At this time, the current dryness of the laundry on the laundry rack may be detected first.
In some embodiments, detecting the current dryness of the laundry on the laundry rack may be performed by image processing, specifically: acquiring a target image of the clothes on the clothes hanger, and determining the dryness of the clothes according to the target image.
In some embodiments, the camera may be installed on a circulating fan or a wall surface near the clothes hanger for photographing clothes on the clothes hanger, as shown in fig. 3, the camera is disposed on the circulating fan, and a user may flexibly set the opening time of the camera according to the actual needs of the user, so as to obtain a target image of the clothes on the clothes hanger. For example, when the clothes on the clothes hanger are detected, and when the circulating fan is detected to be located near the clothes hanger, the camera is started to collect target images of the clothes on the clothes hanger, and the collected target images are sent to the central control equipment.
After obtaining a target image, the central control equipment inputs the target image into a preset convolutional neural network to obtain the dryness of the clothes. The convolutional neural network comprises an input layer, a plurality of convolutional layers, a pooling layer, a default frame layer and an output layer, wherein the default frame layer is used for selecting the length-width ratio of a default frame according to the plurality of convolutional layers. Specifically, the training sample is input into a deep learning convolutional neural network, and the deep learning convolutional neural network is trained by using a deep learning framework caffe to obtain a trained convolutional neural network. Wherein dryness is used to characterize the dryness of the laundry, and in some embodiments dryness is used to represent the residual ratio of the laundry after removal of moisture. The training samples are images of clothes with various dryness, including clothes with different materials, sizes and types. The target image containing the clothes is detected through the trained convolutional neural network, so that the dryness of the clothes can be quickly obtained.
In an embodiment, the convolutional neural network includes a preprocessing sub-layer and a feature extraction sub-layer; inputting the target image into a preset convolutional neural network to obtain the dryness of the clothes, wherein the method comprises the following steps of: preprocessing the target image through the preprocessing sub-layer to obtain a preprocessed target image; and carrying out feature extraction on the target image subjected to pretreatment based on the feature extraction sub-layer to obtain the dryness of the clothes. The pretreatment sub-layer is used for carrying out pretreatment on the target image, and the pretreatment process comprises smooth denoising, corrosion, expansion and the like. Meanwhile, the target image is further processed according to a detection method, such as edge detection, gray level change, speckle detection, depth detection, and the like. The feature extraction sub-layer is used for carrying out feature extraction on the target image after pretreatment to obtain the dryness of the clothes. The dryness of the laundry may be the dryness of each laundry, or may be an average, a mode, or a maximum of the dryness of a plurality of laundry, which is not particularly limited in the present application. The dryness of the clothes is identified through the convolutional neural network, so that the accuracy of dryness characteristic identification can be improved.
In some embodiments, detecting the current dryness of the laundry on the laundry rack may be performed by means of a weight sensor, specifically: and acquiring the weight of the clothes hanger, and determining the dryness of the clothes according to the weight of the clothes.
In some embodiments, a weight sensor may be disposed on a clothes hanger, when a clothes is hung on the clothes hanger, the current weight is recorded, in the process of drying the clothes, the weight is recorded according to a preset time interval, so as to determine whether a turning point which tends to be horizontal exists in a certain time before a given drying completion time based on the weight change curvature value, when the turning point appears, the clothes drying is illustrated, at this time, the drying can be recorded, so that the drying record is called when the clothes is dried again, and the corresponding current dryness is obtained.
It is to be understood that the manner of detecting the current dryness of the clothes on the laundry rack is not limited to the manner of image processing or weight sensor measurement, and the humidity sensor may be used to measure the humidity, which is not described herein.
And step S30, adjusting the air supply duration according to the current dryness and the second air supply parameter.
Specifically, after the current dryness of the clothes on the clothes hanger is obtained, the second air supply parameter and the dryness are analyzed, and the air supply duration of the circulating fan is determined according to the analysis result, so that the central control equipment intelligently controls the circulating fan to blow based on the air supply duration, a user is not required to control the circulating fan to blow by himself, and user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, adjusting the air supply duration may include: determining the predicted airing duration of the clothes according to the current dryness and the second air supply parameter, wherein the predicted airing duration is the duration required by the current dryness not less than the preset dryness; and adjusting the air supply time length to the predicted airing time length.
The predicted drying time period is a time required for determining that the dryness of the laundry is greater than or equal to a preset dryness, which may be flexibly set by a user, and the present application is not particularly limited, and alternatively the preset dryness is 90%.
Specifically, the second air supply parameter and the dryness are input into a pre-trained deep learning model to obtain the predicted airing duration of the clothes, wherein the deep learning model comprises a convolutional neural network, such as a CNN or R-CNN convolutional neural network. The deep learning model is obtained by carrying out iterative training on the deep learning model through a data set marked with the corresponding relation between the second air supply parameter and the dryness and the predicted airing duration. For example by means of a laser. The predicted airing time of the clothes can be rapidly and accurately determined through the trained deep learning model.
Specifically, the second air supply parameters may include air supply wind power, air supply range and swing parameters, and different air supply gears correspond to different air supply wind power, air supply range and swing parameters.
In an embodiment, the specific way to adjust the air supply duration to the predicted air drying duration is: determining whether the air supply duration of the current air supply gear is longer than the predicted air drying duration; if the air supply duration is smaller than the predicted airing duration, the air supply duration is increased to reach the predicted airing duration; and if the air supply duration is longer than the predicted airing duration, reducing the air supply duration to reach the predicted airing duration. After the predicted air-drying time is obtained, the air-supply time corresponding to the current air-supply gear is adaptively adjusted. For example, if the current dryness of the clothes on the clothes hanger is 30%, and the original air supply duration is 2 hours and the obtained estimated air drying duration is 4 hours on the basis of the determination of the second air supply parameter in the current air supply gear in order to reach the preset dryness of 90%, then the first air supply parameter of the air supply duration in the current air supply gear is adjusted to be consistent with the estimated air drying duration to be 4 hours. On the contrary, if the current dryness of the clothes on the clothes hanger is 30%, in order to reach the preset dryness of 90%, the original air supply duration in the current air supply gear is 2 hours and the obtained estimated air supply duration is 1.5 hours on the basis of the determination of the second air supply parameter in the current air supply gear, then the first air supply parameter of the air supply duration in the current air supply gear is adjusted to be consistent with the estimated air supply duration and is 1.5 hours.
And under the current gear, after the air supply time length is adjusted to the predicted air drying time length, air supply operation is performed according to the air supply wind force and the air supply range under the current gear, meanwhile, when the air supply time length is smaller than the predicted air drying time length, real-time dryness detection of clothes is performed, if the real-time dryness is smaller than the preset real-time dryness, the air supply wind force can be properly adjusted, namely the air supply wind force is increased, so that the real-time dryness of the clothes is matched with the preset real-time dryness, and the clothes can be ensured to reach the preset dryness when the air supply time length reaches the predicted air drying time length.
When the air supply duration reaches the predicted air drying duration, the circulating fan is controlled to stop the air supply operation, so that the clothes are dried, the intelligent adjustment of the air supply duration under the current air supply gear is realized, and the waste of excessive air supply resources of the circulating fan is avoided.
The application discloses a control method of a circulating fan, the circulating fan and a computer readable storage medium, when the circulating fan is started according to a current air supply gear, air supply operation is started according to a first air supply parameter and a second air supply parameter corresponding to the current air supply gear, at the moment, after the current dryness of clothes on a clothes hanger is detected, the air supply duration of the current air supply gear is properly adjusted according to the current dryness and the second air supply parameter, so that the clothes on the clothes hanger with different weather and humidity can be effectively dried for proper duration by the current air supply duration. According to the application, the air supply gear does not need to be manually adjusted like the prior art, and after the fixed air supply gear is selected, the circulating fan can be intelligently controlled to blow according to the actual condition of clothes, so that the intelligent degree is high, and the user experience is effectively improved; and, satisfy the user and to the diversified demand of circulation fan use.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, step S30 may further include:
step S31, searching an air supply history record based on the current dryness and the current air supply gear;
step S32, if the airing record corresponding to the current dryness and the current air supply gear exists in the air supply history record, calling the airing record;
and step S33, updating the air supply duration to the historical air supply duration corresponding to the air drying record.
Specifically, the air supply duration can be adjusted according to the history, namely: according to the current dryness and the second air supply parameters of the clothes, an air supply history record is searched, for example, the second air supply parameters corresponding to the plum rain season and the historical dryness of the clothes are recorded in the air supply history record, the historical second air supply parameters and the historical dryness correspond to the air drying record, for example, on the basis of determining the second air supply parameters under the current air supply gear, the historical dryness of the clothes is 30%, and in the corresponding historical air drying record, the historical air supply time is 4 hours, then when the current dryness is 30% and the plum rain season under the same second air supply parameters is determined, the historical air supply time can be directly called for 4 hours, and the air supply time under the current air supply gear is updated to the historical air supply time for 2 hours.
Correspondingly, after the air supply time length is adjusted to the historical air supply time length under the current gear, air supply operation is carried out according to the air supply wind force and the air supply range under the current gear, meanwhile, when the air supply time length is smaller than the estimated air drying time length which is taken as the historical air supply time length, real-time dryness detection of clothes is carried out, if the real-time dryness is smaller than the preset real-time dryness, the air supply wind force can be properly adjusted, namely, the air supply wind force is increased, so that the real-time dryness of the clothes is matched with the preset real-time dryness, and the clothes can be ensured to reach the preset dryness when the air supply time length reaches the estimated air drying time length.
