8. The shrimp acid fermentation apparatus of claim 7 wherein the other end of the second rod (62) has a pulley (26) on the outside wall, the pulley (26) being located on the top of the guide plate (21).
9. The shrimp acid fermentation plant of claim 8 wherein the pulley (26) is sized to match the vertical slot (211) such that the seal plate (24) completely covers the fermentation tank (5) when the pulley (26) is at the lowest of the vertical slot (211).

The shrimp acid fermentation device of claim 8 or 9, wherein the telescopic mechanism (22) comprises a second cylinder (221) and a telescopic rod (222), the second cylinder (221) is fixedly connected to the U-shaped frame (23), one end of the telescopic rod (222) is connected to the second cylinder (221), the other end of the telescopic rod passes through the center of the fixed rod (25), and two ends of the fixed rod (25) are fixedly connected to the slide rod (6).
