The ablation type sealing silicone rubber adhesive adopts methyl diphenyl room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, fumed silica, talcum powder, a silane coupling agent and toluene as raw materials, ethyl orthosilicate as a cross-linking agent and dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst. By reasonable proportioning design, the adhesive is coated on the surface of a component, and after the adhesive is cured at normal temperature, an adhesive layer with excellent ablation resistance, bonding performance and environmental adaptability can be formed; the elongation at break of the adhesive reaches 168%, the normal temperature shear strength reaches 1.63MPa, the high temperature (300 ℃) shear strength reaches 0.28MPa, and other indexes all meet the standard requirements, so that the engineering application requirements of aircraft products can be met.

Through theoretical analysis, material screening, formula development and a large number of experimental verifications, the ablation type sealing silicone rubber adhesive with high bonding strength, excellent ablation resistance and excellent process performance is obtained, and can meet the engineering application requirements of aircraft products.

Performance test of ablative sealing silicone rubber adhesive
The ablative-type sealing silicone rubber adhesives prepared in examples 1-6 were tested for non-volatile matter, drying time, elongation at break, normal temperature shear strength, high temperature shear strength, sealing properties, and ablation resistance according to relevant standards. The preparation process and test results of the test piece are as follows:

10 stainless steel test pieces and 10 aluminum test pieces of 20mm × 70mm × 2mm respectively, uniformly polishing the surfaces of the test pieces by using No. 80 sand coats, cleaning by using gasoline or acetone, coating a silicon boron surface treating agent, and naturally drying for more than 15 min.
(2) Glue preparation

In addition, after the test piece prepared in example 6 was continuously ablated for 2min by the outer flame of an alcohol burner, the surface of the adhesive layer was uniformly carbonized to form lime, and after the surface layer was scraped off by a blade, the inner layer was still tightly bonded to the base material. The material diagram is shown in the attached drawing 1 in the specification in detail, and the test result shows that the comprehensive performances of the ablation-type sealing silicone rubber adhesive provided by the invention, such as the bonding performance, the ablation resistance and the like, are excellent, and the coating sealing requirement of related components in an ablation (high-temperature air flow scouring) environment can be met.
