Background
At present, the operation modes of capturing and recovering the buoy are diversified, and there are conventional operation modes such as manually capturing the buoy by a long hook, and fixing the buoy by a person marking a hook by a boat or a marking device, and there are a plurality of modes such as a-frame swing stopping recovery, U-shaped clamping arm capturing recovery, broadside double-arm clamping recovery, broadside single/double-arm magnetic absorption fixation, and the like which are researched and used in recent years.
The operation modes have advantages and disadvantages, the traditional operation mode has large operation difficulty for personnel in high sea conditions, low mechanization degree, long operation time for personnel and poor safety, the subsequent buoy catching mode has high mechanization degree, but also has the problems of heavy weight of the equipment, large occupied deck operation area or unstable clamping and fixing and the like, if the problems of safe capturing and fixing of the buoy and safe hooking of personnel are not solved by the swinging prevention and recovery of the A-shaped frame, the area occupied by the U-shaped clamping arm device is too large, the problem of up-and-down movement of the buoy under the action of wind waves after the side is leaned by the bulwark can not be solved by the clamping and recovery of the broadsides and the double arms, while the shipboard single/double arms are fixed by magnetic attraction, the buoy can only catch a small buoy with the diameter less than 3m, large buoys of 6m, 10m and above cannot be captured and fixed, and the equipment on the side protrudes, so that the ship is difficult to berth or to help with other ships.
The weight of the buoy with the diameter of less than 3m is generally not more than 5 tons, and the buoy can be lifted by hanging one lifting lug. The weight of the large buoy with the diameter of 6m is generally not less than 15 tons, and the weight of the large buoy with the diameter of 10m or more is generally not less than 50 tons, so that the hoisting of the large buoy needs three lifting lugs to be hooked by the hooks and hoisted by three lifting ropes simultaneously, therefore, an operator needs to carry out the hooking operation by climbing the buoy, the buoy capturing and recovering device is required to be firmly captured and fixed, the problem of the fall between the buoy and an operation deck is solved, and the operator can safely and conveniently climb the buoy.

Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the present invention, reference is made to the following description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1-4, an integrated work platform for buoy recovery comprises a work platform body 1 and a magnetic attraction mechanism 2, wherein the work platform body is a box structure with an inner groove at the center of the outer side surface, the magnetic attraction mechanism comprises a magnetic attraction device 3 and an inner concave arc-shaped plate 4, the magnetic attraction device is arranged inside the work platform body, the inner concave arc-shaped plate is arranged corresponding to the inner groove, and the center of the inner side surface is connected with the magnetic attraction device.
As the modularized integral unit, the installation is convenient. The operation platform body is carried at the tail part of the ship body 5, is lower than an operation deck 6 in installation position, is higher than or close to the top of a buoy 7 of the buoy at the top and is used as a personnel marking platform. The inner wall of the main body of the operation platform is of a plate frame structure, and the inner wall is provided with transverse and longitudinal reinforcing rib plates which are connected with the ship body by welding or bolts.
Due to the characteristics that the integrated operation platform is light in weight and does not occupy the operation area of the deck, the number of buoys stored on the deck can be increased, and the economy of ship use is improved. The buoy with the diameter of less than 3m is small in size and light in weight, generally the weight is not more than 5 tons, the buoy can be lifted by only hooking one lifting lug, personnel do not need to perform the marking operation, but the large buoys with the diameters of 6m and 10m have the characteristics of large size and heavy weight, the weight of the buoys with the diameters of 10m is not less than 50 tons generally, the weight of the buoys with the diameters of 6m is not less than 15 tons generally, the buoys are difficult to capture and fix, the large buoy lifting generally needs personnel to perform the marking, the hooking operation of 3 lifting points is realized one by one, the hooking operation is complex and long in time, the danger coefficient of the offshore lifting operation is higher in a high sea situation, particularly, the large buoy can be firmly fixed, and a boarding device or a platform is arranged to facilitate the safe marking operation of the personnel.
The device can effectively solve the difficult problems of capturing and fixing the large buoy and boarding personnel in the high sea condition. Through the fixed mode of application magnetism, realized catching fast and firm fixed to the buoy, in addition, because there is the drop buoy up end and hull operation deck, operation platform's mounted position is lower than the operation deck, and its platform top is higher than or is close the flotation pontoon top, and the platform top levels, the area is big, still can set up removable guardrail, makes things convenient for the operation personnel to walk safely on the platform, shoot, step on the mark, couple or maintenance operation.
The inner concave arc-shaped plate is a detachable plate, and a plurality of connecting flanges are arranged at the bottom of the inner concave arc-shaped plate and are connected with the bottom edge of the inner groove of the operation platform main body through connecting pieces.
The circular arc diameter of removable plate can be 2.4m, 3m, 6m or 10m, and usable mother ship loop wheel machine or A frame are upwards hoisted during the dismouting, and the corresponding position in the base of the inner groovy of operation platform main part and indent arc bottom is equipped with the bearing board for the plate of bearing the dismouting, in order to make things convenient for the dismouting.
The inner concave arc-shaped plate can also be an adjustable plate and comprises a plate body with an adjustable inner diameter and an adjusting device, wherein the adjusting device is a plurality of hydraulic cylinders 8, magnet blocks 9 are arranged at the ends of piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders, the hydraulic cylinders are arranged on two sides of the magnetic suction device at intervals, and the hydraulic cylinders stretch and retract to drive two sides of the plate body to move so as to change the inner diameter of the plate body and adapt to the appearance and size of a buoy. For buoys with diameters of 2.4m and 3m, the buoys with diameters of 6m or 10m can be adsorbed and fixed by the magnetic attraction device arranged in the middle. The hydraulic cylinder can be powered by a central pump station of the mother ship or is independently provided with a hydraulic pump station for power supply, and the telescopic oil cylinder needs to be provided with mechanical and electrical double limiting measures so as to ensure the use safety.
The magnetic attraction device is an electromagnetic attraction disc and is connected with the hull outer plate. The magnetic attraction that general diameter buoy needs that is bigger is big more, increases along with electric power increase because of the magnetic attraction of device is inhaled to magnetism, and after the internal diameter regulation of indent arc, the magnetic attraction of device is inhaled with corresponding adjustment to accessible adjustment electric power size to keep magnetic attraction stable.
The main body of the operation platform is connected with a stern sealing plate of a ship body, a centralized interface 10 of cables and pipelines is preset at the joint, and watertight treatment is carried out at the interface. The two sides and the outer side surface of the operation platform main body are coated with anti-collision materials such as polyurethane or rubber cushions.
The specific operation flow of the device for quickly capturing the buoy comprises the following steps:
s1) selecting a matched concave arc-shaped plate to be installed according to the diameter of the buoy to be recovered, or adjusting the position of a magnet block through the expansion of a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder to enable the diameter of the concave arc-shaped plate to be matched with the diameter of the buoy;
s2) backing the ship at a slow speed, and when the concave arc plate just contacts the buoy, the magnetic attraction device is electrified to attract and fix the buoy;
s3) the buoy operator gets on the buoy through the operation platform body to carry out maintenance or quick hook operation, if the buoy needs to be lifted on the ship, the magnetic attraction device is powered off before lifting, and finally the buoy operator lifts the buoy by using lifting equipment.
