本发明属于混合动力车辆技术领域,特别是涉及一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着全球石油资源紧张以及国内油耗及排放法规日益严苛,对于研究更加绿色环保、高效节能的汽车动力***的需求十分迫切。混合动力车辆作为新能源技术的一个分支,并具有更好的燃油经济性、低排放等优点,成为竞相研发的新型车辆。混合动力车辆的驱动装置的研发将整合多种新技术,包括混合动力构型分析、参数匹配、节能分析、电池技术、电机电控技术等关键技术,基本上涵盖大多数其他新能源汽车研发过程中的通用关键技术。混合动力***主要通过电机的协调工作可以使发动机运行在高效率区,从而提高整个***的效率,并且低成本、轻量化、结构紧凑。
所以,提供一种使用效果更好,能够更加有效地节省汽车燃油消耗是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明研发目的是为了解决根据车辆工况需求的不同,选择不同工作模式,能够有效地节省汽车燃油消耗的问题,在下文中给出了关于本发明的简要概述,以便提供关于本发明的某些方面的基本理解。应当理解,这个概述并不是关于本发明的穷举性概述。它并不是意图确定本发明的关键或重要部分,也不是意图限定本发明的范围。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,包括发动机、EM1电机、EM2电机、C1离合器、驱动齿轮、传动齿轮、差速器及变速器输入轴;所述发动机曲轴与变速器输入轴一端连接,变速器输入轴另一端通过行星轮系与EM2电机的转子轴连接,所述行星轮系与驱动齿轮之间设置C1离合器,所述驱动齿轮与传动齿轮啮合连接,所述传动齿轮分别与EM1电机和差速器连接。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明结构简单、设计合理、成本相对较低,基于市场已成熟产品的简单行星排结构及传动部件,通过一个离合器控制,实现了纯电动模式、串联模式、并联模式以及能量回收模式多种驱动模式,车辆可以根据工况需求,选择不同工作模式来满足车辆的需求,同时可以让混合动力动力***以及发动机处于高效的工作区域。可以提高整车油耗表现,达到节能减排的目的,满足逐步加严的排放法规。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式一:参照图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式提供了一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,包括发动机1、EM2电机3、EM1电机4、C1离合器9、驱动齿轮11、传动齿轮12、差速器16及变速器输入轴18;所述发动机1曲轴与变速器输入轴18一端连接,变速器输入轴18另一端通过行星轮系与EM2电机3的转子轴连接,所述行星轮系与驱动齿轮11之间设置C1离合器9,所述驱动齿轮11与传动齿轮12啮合连接,所述传动齿轮12分别与EM1电机4和差速器16连接。
本实施方式中,EM1电机4与EM2电机3定子安装在变速器壳体上。
具体实施方式二:参照图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式是对具体实施方式一所述的行星轮系作进一步限定,本实施方式中,行星轮系包括太阳轮5、行星齿轮6、行星架7及外齿圈8;变速器输入轴18与行星架7连接安装,太阳轮5、行星齿轮6和外齿圈8依次齿轮啮合配合安装在行星架7上,外齿圈8与壳体固连,行星架7设置在C1离合器9的内毂上,C1离合器9外圈与驱动齿轮11连接安装,EM2电机3的转子轴设置在太阳轮5上。其它组成及连接方式与具体实施方式一相同。
本实施方式中,外齿圈8与壳体固连的连接方式,包括但不限于花键固连,制动器连接,单向离合器连接等。
本实施方式中,输入轴18可以与外齿圈8连接安装,行星架7与壳体固连。
具体实施方式三:参照图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式是对具体实施方式一或二作进一步限定,本实施方式中,所述传动齿轮12与电机齿轮14啮合连接,所述电机齿轮14与EM1电机4转子相连,所述传动齿轮12安装在输出轴10一端上,输出轴10另一端安装有输出轴齿轮13,输出轴齿轮13与主减齿轮15啮合连接,所述主减齿轮15和差速器16同轴设置。其它组成及连接方式与具体实施方式一或二相同。
具体实施方式四,参照图1至图2说明本实施方式,本实施方式是对具体实施方式三作进一步限定,本实施方式中,所述变速器输入轴18设置在第一轴线19上,输出轴10安装在第二轴线20上,主减齿轮15和差速器16设置在第三轴线21上,EM1电机4转子安装在第四轴线22上,所述第一轴线19、第二轴线20、第三轴线21和第四轴线22依次相互平行设置。它组成及连接方式与具体实施方式三相同。
具体实施方式五:参照图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式是对具体实施方式四作进一步限定,本实施方式中,所述混合动力车辆专用动力装置还包括减震器2及主轴承17;所述减震器2连接设置在发动机1曲轴与变速器的变速器输入轴18一端之间,所述驱动齿轮11通过主轴承17套装在变速器输入轴18上。其它组成及连接方式与具体实施方式四相同。
本实施方式中,安装在行星架7与发动机1之间的减震器2可以替换为离合器,所述离合器类型包括但不限于湿式离合器、电磁离合器等。
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述。

具体实施方式六:参照图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式是对具体实施方式五作进一步限定,本实施方式中,当所述动力装置处于纯电动模式时:C1离合器9不工作,发动机1不工作,车辆的动力由EM1电机4工作提供;动力流经路径为,EM1电机4与电机齿轮14固定连接,与输出轴10上的传动齿轮12进行齿轮啮合,动力传递到输出轴10,再经输出轴齿轮13经过齿轮啮合传递到主减齿轮15和差速器16,然后到达车辆处,根据车辆的车速与扭矩需求,调节EM1电机4的工况点以满足车辆需求,因EM1电机4本身具备正反转的运转特性,根据车辆需求情况,可以实现车辆的前进档和倒挡功能。其它组成及连接方式与具体实施方式五相同。
本实施方式中,纯电模式下,EM1电机3经过二级减速,降低电机设计的最高转速要求,并且能够提升汽车的动力性能。。
具体实施方式七:参照图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式是对具体实施方式五作进一步限定,本实施方式中,当所述动力装置处于串联模式时,C1离合器9不工作,车辆的动力由EM1电机4工作提供,动力流路径与纯电动模式相同,发动机1工作在高效区,发动机1动力由曲轴传递,通过减震器2到达变速器输入轴18与行星架7,由于外齿圈8固定,行星齿轮机构动力传递路径由行星架7传递到太阳轮5,由太阳轮5带动EM2电机3发电,电能供给EM1电机4工作。其它组成及连接方式与具体实施方式五相同。
本实施方式中,因为发动机1只承担EM2电机4发电功率,负载小,经过行星排设计增速,可以将发动机1设定在工作高效区进行发电,提高发动机1效率,与整车的燃油经济性。
具体实施方式八:参照图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式是对具体实施方式五作进一步限定,本实施方式中,当所述动力装置处于并联工作模式时,C1离合器9工作结合;车辆的动力主要由发动机1工作提供,EM2电机3根据整车需求以及发动机1所处工况,选择驱动或者发电,对发动机1的工况进行调节,让发动机1处于较优的燃油消耗区,根据驱动装置结构特性,发动机1动力经过行星架7,由于C1离合器9工作结合,行星架7转速与扭矩直接传递到驱动齿轮11,驱动齿轮11与传动齿轮12齿轮啮合,动力传递到输出轴10处,再经输出轴齿轮13经过齿轮啮合传递到主减齿轮15和差速器16,然后到达车辆处。其它组成及连接方式与具体实施方式五相同。
具体实施方式九:参照图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式是对具体实施方式五作进一步限定,本实施方式中,当所述动力装置处于能量回收模式时,在车辆减速过程中,C1离合器9不工作,发动机1动力与车轮断开,EM1电机4停止驱动工作,车轮通过差速器16传递到主减齿轮15,主减齿轮15啮合传递到输出轴齿轮13,输出轴齿轮13通过输出轴10传递到传动齿轮12,传动齿轮12与电机齿轮14啮合,动力通过电机齿轮14传递到EM1电机4转子,EM1电机4转子转动产生反电动势,对电池充电,将减速过程中的部分机械能利用EM1电机4转化为电能,储存在电池中,实现部分机械能的能量回收。其它组成及连接方式与具体实施方式五相同。
具体实施方式十:参照图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式是对具体实施方式五作进一步限定,本实施方式中,当所述动力装置处于驻车/停车发电模式时,在车辆停止时,根据动力分配机构和行星轮系运动特点,可以控制EM2电机3启动发动机1,当发动机1启动后拖动EM2电机3运转开始工作发电,电能将通过能量管理***分配进入电池***,实现电池充电功能。其它组成及连接方式与具体实施方式五相同。
本动力装置没有设置机械倒挡;可选择纯电模式下,根据电机运转特性,控制电机工作的正反转用以实现车辆倒挡的功能。

相关转速、扭矩关系可表示如下所示:

n1为太阳轮4的转速、n2为行星架7的转速、n3为外齿圈6的转速;
T1为太阳轮4的扭矩、T2为行星架7的扭矩、T3为外齿圈6的扭矩;
λ=Z3/Z1,Z1和Z3分别为太阳轮5和外齿圈8的齿数;

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,其特征在于:包括发动机(1)、EM2电机(3)、EM1电机(4)、C1离合器(9)、驱动齿轮(11)、传动齿轮(12)、差速器(16)及变速器输入轴(18);所述发动机(1)曲轴与变速器输入轴(18)一端连接,变速器输入轴(18)另一端通过行星轮系与EM2电机(3)的转子轴连接,所述行星轮系与驱动齿轮(11)之间设置C1离合器(9),所述驱动齿轮(11)与传动齿轮(12)啮合连接,所述传动齿轮(12)分别与EM1电机(4)和差速器(16)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,其特征在于:所述行星轮系包括太阳轮(5)、行星齿轮(6)、行星架(7)及外齿圈(8);所述变速器输入轴(18)与行星架(7)连接安装,太阳轮(5)、行星齿轮(6)和外齿圈(8)依次齿轮啮合配合安装在行星架(7)上,外齿圈(8)与壳体固连,行星架(7)设置在C1离合器(9)的内毂上,C1离合器(9)外圈与驱动齿轮(11)连接安装,EM2电机(3)的转子轴设置在太阳轮(5)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,其特征在于:所述传动齿轮(12)与电机齿轮(14)啮合连接,所述电机齿轮(14)与EM1电机(4)转子相连,所述传动齿轮(12)安装在输出轴(10)一端上,输出轴(10)另一端安装有输出轴齿轮(13),输出轴齿轮(13)与主减齿轮(15)啮合连接,所述主减齿轮(15)和差速器(16)同轴设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,其特征在于:所述变速器输入轴(18)设置在第一轴线(19)上,输出轴(10)安装在第二轴线(20)上,主减齿轮(15)和差速器(16)设置在第三轴线(21)上,EM1电机(4)转子安装在第四轴线(22)上,所述第一轴线(19)、第二轴线(20)、第三轴线(21)和第四轴线(22)依次相互平行设置。
5.根据权利要求2或4所述的一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,其特征在于:所述混合动力车辆专用动力装置还包括减震器(2)及主轴承(17);所述减震器(2)连接设置在发动机(1)曲轴与变速器的变速器输入轴(18)一端之间,所述驱动齿轮(11)通过主轴承(17)套装在变速器输入轴(18)上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,其特征在于:当所述动力装置处于纯电动模式时:C1离合器(9)不工作,发动机(1)不工作,车辆的动力由EM1电机(4)工作提供;动力流经路径为,EM1电机(4)与电机齿轮(14)固定连接,与输出轴(10)上的传动齿轮(12)进行齿轮啮合,动力传递到输出轴(10),再经输出轴齿轮(13)经过齿轮啮合传递到主减齿轮(15)和差速器(16),然后到达车辆处,根据车辆的车速与扭矩需求,调节EM1电机(4)的工况点以满足车辆需求,因EM1电机(4)本身具备正反转的运转特性,根据车辆需求情况,可以实现车辆的前进档和倒挡功能。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,其特征在于:当所述动力装置处于串联模式时,C1离合器(9)不工作,车辆的动力由EM1电机(4)工作提供,动力流路径与纯电动模式相同,发动机(1)工作在高效区,发动机(1)动力由曲轴传递,通过减震器(2)到达变速器输入轴(18)与行星架(7),由于外齿圈(8)固定,行星架(7)动力传递到太阳轮(5),由太阳轮(5)带动EM2电机(3)发电,电能供给EM1电机(4)工作。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,其特征在于:当所述动力装置处于并联工作模式时,C1离合器(9)工作结合;车辆的动力主要由发动机(1)工作提供,EM2电机(3)根据整车需求以及发动机(1)所处工况,选择驱动或者发电,对发动机(1)的工况进行调节,让发动机(1)处于较优的燃油消耗区,根据驱动装置结构特性,发动机(1)动力经过行星架(7),由于C1离合器(9)工作结合,行星架(7)转速与扭矩直接传递到驱动齿轮(11),驱动齿轮(11)与传动齿轮(12)齿轮啮合,动力传递到输出轴(10)处,再经输出轴齿轮(13)经过齿轮啮合传递到主减齿轮(15)和差速器(16),然后到达车辆处。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,其特征在于:当所述动力装置处于能量回收模式时,在车辆减速过程中,C1离合器(9)不工作,发动机(1)动力与车轮断开,EM1电机(4)停止驱动工作,车轮通过差速器(16)传递到主减齿轮(15),主减齿轮(15)啮合传递到输出轴齿轮(13),输出轴齿轮(13)通过输出轴(10)传递到传动齿轮(12),传动齿轮(12)与电机齿轮(14)啮合,动力通过电机齿轮(14)传递到EM1电机(4)转子,EM1电机(4)转子转动产生反电动势,对电池充电,将减速过程中的部分机械能利用EM1电机(4)转化为电能,储存在电池中,实现部分机械能的能量回收。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种混合动力车辆专用动力装置,其特征在于:当所述动力装置处于驻车/停车发电模式时,在车辆停止时,根据动力分配机构和行星轮系运动特点,可以控制EM2电机(3)启动发动机(1),当发动机(1)启动后拖动EM2电机(3)运转开始工作发电,电能将通过能量管理***分配进入电池***,实现电池充电功能。
