The side of the filter screen sleeve 4 is provided with a handle, so that the filter screen sleeve 4 can be taken out and put in more conveniently.
The environmental protection printer further includes: a filter cover 6 disposed at the outermost side of the clean room 11, wherein a protective distance exists between the filter cover 6 and the fan 51; and a fan frame 5 arranged in the clean room 11, wherein the fan 51 is tightly matched with the clean room 11, and the fan 51 is arranged in the fan frame 5.
The printer is generally in an environment where paper is present, and the fan 51 may be damaged when the paper touches the fan 51. The invention arranges the filter screen cover 6 at the outermost side of the clean room 11, and arranges a protective distance between the filter screen cover 6 and the fan 51, thereby preventing the fan 51 from being damaged by articles such as paper. The fan frame 5 also protects the blades of the fan 51.
The connection between the duct box 10 and the cabinet 1 is a sliding connection.
As shown in fig. 3, the eco-printer further includes: a sliding guide rail arranged in the machine case 1, wherein one end of the sliding guide rail extends to the installation position of the pipeline box 10, and the other end extends to the outside of the machine case 1; and the guide rail sliding blocks are arranged on two sides of the pipeline box 10, are respectively embedded into the corresponding sliding guide rails and can move along the sliding guide rails.
The sliding guide rail symmetry sets up in casing 1 left and right sides inner wall, and the sliding guide rail is that the L type is sunken, including vertical guide rail, transition guide rail and horizontal guide rail, and pipeline box 10 both sides outside is fixed with two square guide rail sliders, suits with sliding guide rail, can realize taking out and installing of pipeline box 10. Set up two guide rail slider, can increase of service life, even the slider wearing and tearing also can be through two slider fixed positions.
The most frequently occurring malfunction of the printer is a paper jam, and a slide assembly for detaching and attaching the duct box 10 is provided to enable the duct box 10 to be taken out and removed when a malfunction such as a paper jam occurs.
The working process of the invention is as follows: when the printer works, after printing is finished, paper is conveyed to the paper outlet through the first paper conveying roller group 2, the protrusion 93 on the guide surface 91 of the guide structure 9 and the second paper conveying roller group 3 in sequence, and meanwhile, air near the external paper outlet returns to the external environment again through the paper outlet, the second paper conveying roller group 3, the hole 92 on the guide structure 9, the cavity inside the guide structure 9, the ventilation opening on the side surface of the guide structure 9, the filter screen 41, the fan 51 and the filter screen cover 6 in sequence under the action of the fan 51. The fan 51 operates to create negative pressure inside the printer to allow outside air to enter the printer from the exit slot to flush out the printed paper being output, to avoid leakage of toner, and to clean the lower position of the lower roller 33. The air mixed with the toner enters the hole 92 through the inclined side of the protrusion 93, passes through the cavity inside the guide structure 9, passes through the inclined surface arranged between the vent and the hole 92, and flows out of the vent. Because the shape of the cavity is designed to prevent the airflow blind area, the airflow blind area can not exist, and the toner can not be accumulated. The air mixed with toner then enters the purge chamber 11 through a passage connecting the vent and the purge chamber 11, and since the filter mesh 4 is tightly combined with the purge chamber 11, there is no case where the air mixed with toner bypasses the filter mesh 41. The filter 41 filters the toner in the air, leaving only clean air to be discharged to the outside environment through the fan 51 and the filter cover 6. After the filter screen 41 is used for a long time, the filter screen sleeve 4 is taken out from the rear of the machine body by means of hand holding, the filter screen 41 in the containing chamber is replaced, and then the filter screen sleeve 4 is installed into the machine body through the slide way, so that the filtering effect is kept. The suction that produces in guide structure 9 department enables paper laminating guide structure 9, can lead the direction of delivery of paper better, avoids the condition of card paper. The guide surface 91 is provided with a projection 93 to prevent the sheet from blocking the hole 92, and the side surface of the projection 93 is formed as an inclined surface forming an obtuse angle with the guide surface 91 to prevent toner from accumulating. After the printer sucks the outside air, the dust in the outside air is purified through the filter screen 41 and then is discharged to the outside, so that the dust concentration in the outside environment air can be reduced, and the human health is protected.

Claims (9)

the guide structure (9) is fixed in the pipeline box (10) and arranged between the first paper conveying roller group (2) and the second paper conveying roller group (3), a guide surface (91) is arranged on the bottom surface of the guide structure (9), a cavity is arranged in the guide structure (9), a vent for communicating air is arranged on the side surface of the guide structure (9), a plurality of holes (92) are formed in the guide surface, the holes (92) are communicated with the cavity, and the cavity is communicated with the vent;
the paper which is printed is conveyed to the paper outlet by the first paper conveying roller group (2), the guide surface of the guide structure (9) and the second paper conveying roller group (3) in sequence;
the purifying chamber (11) is a cavity and is arranged on the shell (1), one end of the purifying chamber is communicated with the outside of the environment-friendly printer, and the other end of the purifying chamber is communicated with the ventilation opening;
a fan (51) arranged inside the purification chamber (11) and used for drawing and discharging the air inside the environment-friendly printer to the outside of the environment-friendly printer;
the filter screen (41) is arranged in the purification chamber (11) and used for purifying the air in the environment-friendly printer, and the filter screen (41) is positioned on the inner side of the fan (51);
the air inside the environment-friendly printer sequentially passes through the hole (92), the cavity, the ventilation opening, the filter screen (41) and the fan (51) to be discharged to the outside of the environment-friendly printer.
2. An environmental protection printer according to claim 1, wherein the second paper transfer roller set (3) comprises:
the upper roller is arranged in the pipeline box (10) and used for conveying paper in a rotating mode, the upper roller comprises an upper roller shaft (31) connected with a power system and a plurality of roller sleeves (32) fixed on the upper roller shaft (31), the upper roller shaft (31) is cylindrical, the roller sleeves (32) are circular cylinders, the outer diameters of the roller sleeves (32) are larger than the diameter of the upper roller shaft (31), the axes of the roller sleeves (32) are overlapped with the axis of the upper roller shaft (31), and the roller sleeves (32) are uniformly distributed on the upper roller shaft (31);
the pipeline box is characterized in that the lower rollers (33) are cylindrical, the lower rollers (33) are arranged in the pipeline box (10) through support frames and can freely rotate around the axis of the pipeline box, the lower rollers (33) are arranged below the roller sleeves (32), the lower rollers (33) correspond to the roller sleeves (32) one by one, the axis of the lower rollers (33) is parallel to the axis of the roller sleeves (32), the distance between the lower rollers (33) and the roller sleeves (32) is adaptive to the thickness of paper, and a plurality of annular depressions are formed in the lower rollers (33).

the slideway is arranged in the shell (1), one end of the slideway extends into the purifying chamber (11), the other end of the slideway extends to the outside of the environment-friendly printer, a sliding track is arranged in the slideway, one end of the sliding track extends into the purifying chamber (11), and the other end of the sliding track extends to the outside of the environment-friendly printer;
