s1, preparation of stock solution: weighing raw materials according to a ratio, placing trehalose, sodium chloride, sodium hyaluronate and deionized water in a reaction kettle, and uniformly stirring to obtain a required stock solution for later use;

s5, freeze drying treatment: putting the penicillin bottle filled in the step S4 into a vacuum freeze dryer, keeping a vacuum environment, filling a proper amount of carbon dioxide protective gas, setting parameters of the freeze dryer, starting the freeze dryer, and performing pre-freezing treatment;
s6, preparation of a freeze-dried powder finished product: under the high vacuum condition, carrying out the pre-freezing treatment in the step S5, carrying out sublimation drying by using microwave heating to obtain a semi-finished product of freeze-dried powder, carrying out analysis drying by using microwave heating under the vacuum condition, and removing adsorption water to obtain a finished product of freeze-dried powder;
s7, packaging and packaging: and (5) performing gland packaging and labeling treatment on the freeze-dried powder finished product prepared in the step (S6), performing freeze drying, and performing sealed packaging under vacuum.
