Description

Sun protection repair composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to a sun-proof repairing composition and a preparation method of the sun-proof repairing composition.
Background
One of the most interesting topics for the continuous change of the earth environment is global warming and greenhouse effect caused by human environment pollution, which can cause the destruction of an ozone layer to form a huge cavity, and the intensity of ultraviolet rays entering the earth is increased increasingly. When a human being is irradiated by ultraviolet rays for a long time and in a large dose, the skin and even the organism are greatly damaged, the skin is slightly peeled and red and swollen, the cell tissues and collagen of the dermis are damaged due to the continuous penetration of the ultraviolet rays, a large amount of melanocytes are generated, premature aging and photoaging of the skin occur, various skin diseases, even skin cancers and the like are seriously likely to occur, and life is endangered.
With the progress of human civilization, people pursue healthier life style, and the activity of outdoor activities is improved. World health organization statistics shows that the air pollution index of over 80% of large cities exceeds the standard, and more skin problems nowadays are caused by the fact that skin cells are damaged due to pollution of smoke dust particles caused by exposure to urban polluted environments, industrial waste gas, motor vehicle tail gas and ecological environment, and various skin problems are caused.
The ozone damage caused by environmental pollution can lead to the increase of solar radiation reaching the ground surface, the solar radiation can be simply divided into visible light and invisible light, the ultraviolet radiation which is well known in the public is not only the infrared radiation which is usually ignored, but also the infrared radiation which is more than 50% of the total sunlight of the skin, the infrared radiation IRA is far higher than 7% of the total sunlight of the skin, and the infrared radiation IRA can directly penetrate the whole dermis layer, so that collagen is damaged and lost, and skin aging is caused. Meanwhile, the environment in which human beings depend on survival is not influenced by visible light, wherein the energy in a blue light wave band of 400-500nm is highest, the energy is not only present in sunlight, but also present in a large amount in a background light source of digital products, the energy is closely adjacent to ultraviolet rays in a broad spectrum, and the skin aging can be accelerated due to the strong penetrability of the energy to the skin.
With the increasing demand of people for skin care, sunscreening should not be limited to resisting ultraviolet attack, consumers are more pursuing comprehensive photoprotection, reducing the increase of free radicals, preventing and alleviating the effects of multifunctional sunscreening products such as photoaging. Therefore, in addition to increasing the protection capability of UVA and UVB sections in the formula design of the sun-screening product, other skin problems caused by light radiation and urban pollution are required to be paid attention to, and meanwhile, the free radical scavenger is added into the sun-screening product, so that the protection function of the sun-screening agent can be enhanced, and meanwhile, the photoaging can be effectively prevented.
The traditional sun protection products commonly available in the market are mostly limited in the field of simple ultraviolet protection, and the skin care functions related to photoprotection and various skin photoaging mechanisms are ignored. With the increasing demand of the public for skin care, sun protection products are no longer a simple combination of sunscreens, and consumers are still seeking multifunctional care products that more closely meet their appeal.
After the sun-proof product is used, daily light radiation inevitably generates burning heat to skin to cause irritation and dehydration, and moisturizing, repairing and antioxidant components are added to provide comprehensive light protection for the skin, so that the skin can resist the light radiation, reduce the generation of free radicals, delay light aging and play an auxiliary synergistic effect. Meanwhile, fine pollution particles in the urban pollution proved by the prior art can penetrate the skin to damage skin cells, and an invisible protective film is formed on the epidermis by adding anti-pollution active substances, so that the pollutants are prevented from penetrating into the skin.
The protection capability of the sun-proof product not only depends on the sun-proof performance and the application amount of the sun-proof product, but also depends on the loss of sun-proof components caused by sweat, water immersion, clothing friction and other factors, so that the sun-proof capability of the product can be obviously improved by adding the water-resistant polymer, the sticky and greasy feeling of the sun-proof agent and grease is reduced, and pleasant skin feeling experience is brought.
A more comprehensive sunscreen repair formulation should take into account the following aspects: 1. full band photoprotection (UVA, UVB, HEV, IRA); 2. the waterproof and sweat-resistant effects of the sun-proof product strengthen sun-proof performance; 3. helps the skin resist external pollution and protects the skin barrier from damage. 4. The bioactive raw materials are added, so that the skin defense capacity is enhanced, the damage of light radiation to the skin is reduced, the oxidation is effectively resisted, and the photoaging is prevented.
Based on the above, the invention provides a sun-proof repairing composition which can protect the skin from external stimulus while protecting the skin from full-wave band light.
Disclosure of Invention
The first object of the invention is to provide a sun-proof repairing composition, which solves the technical problem that the prior sun-proof articles cannot realize comprehensive sun-proof repairing.
The second object of the invention is to provide a method for preparing a sunscreen repair composition.
The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a sunscreen repair composition comprising a sunscreen repair component comprising the following components in mass percent, based on the total amount of the sunscreen repair composition: 0.05% -50% of a sunscreen composition; the sunscreen composition consists of isoamyl methoxycinnamate, silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid, and methylenebis-benzotriazole tetramethylbutylphenol.
Further, in the sun-screening agent composition, the mass percentages of the isoamyl methoxycinnamate, the silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, the diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, the phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid and the methylene bis-benzotriazole tetramethyl butyl phenol are respectively 0.01-10%, 0.01-10% and 0.01-10% of the total amount of the sun-screening repair composition.
In the sun-screening agent composition, the protection wave band of phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid is 280-340 nm, the protection wave band of isoamyl methoxycinnamate is 280-340 nm, the protection wave band of bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine is 280-400 nm, the protection wave band of diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate is 280-430 nm, and the protection wave band of methylene bis-benzotriazole tetramethyl butyl phenol is 280-900 nm, so that the full-wave band protection of ultraviolet light, blue light and infrared light is covered. The methylene bis-benzotriazole tetramethyl butyl phenol is a water-soluble UVA, UVB, HEV, IRA all-band sun-screening agent, is the sun-screening agent with the longest protection band in the prior sun-screening technology, and simultaneously has the property of instantly blocking infrared rays, so that the sun-screening agent has an excellent sunlight heat-resistant effect. Heat resistance by solar radiation is meant that the surface temperature of the skin or object is steadily increased after exposure to light, and the temperature increase is low after the addition of specific substances, or maintained at a low level.
In the sun-screening agent composition, phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid and methylene bis-benzotriazole tetramethylbutyl phenol are water-soluble sun-screening agents, isoamyl methoxycinnamate and hexyl diethylaminohydroxybenzoate are oil-soluble sun-screening agents, and silica-coated bis-ethylhexyl oxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine can be uniformly dispersed in water and oil phases. Through the collocation of the water-oil two-phase sun-screening agent, a compact protective film is easier to form, and ultraviolet and visible light injuries are more comprehensively protected. The sun-screening composition is efficient, stable, mild and low-sensitive, can still keep the strong sun-screening performance for a long time under ultraviolet irradiation, hardly permeates the skin, and has high mild performance.
In the present invention, the silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine is a silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine.
Further, the silica-coated bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine is obtained by: coating the bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine with silicon dioxide, and then carrying out surface modification.
The silica-coated bis-ethylhexyl oxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine coats the sun-screening agent bis-ethylhexyl oxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine in the silica through the process, so that the sun-screening agent is stabilized, the skin absorption of the sun-screening agent is reduced, the mildness is improved, the effect of light scattering and light absorption is better and the sun-screening agent is more effective in optical protection, the refreshing skin feeling is provided, and the sun-screening agent is a future sun-screening agent. Technically, silica encapsulates such shells also have a light quenching effect.
The invention can be improved by the following components in percentage by mass, based on the total amount of the sun protection composition, wherein the sun protection composition further comprises a defense factor composition: 0.0001% -5% of small fruit coffee seed extract and 0.0001% -5% of carnosine.
In the sun-proof repairing component, the small fruit coffee seed extract is extracted from the coffee seeds, the coffee seeds are rich in active ingredient glycopeptides, the sun-proof repairing component has a strong absorption effect in a blue light area, and meanwhile, the ultraviolet protection performance can be improved. Through effective blue light protection, the anti-aging sun-screening agent composition enhances the overall protective performance of the formula and has the effects of relieving irritation, scavenging free radicals, resisting aging and the like.
Further, the small fruit coffee seed extract is obtained by a subcritical water extraction method. The physical and chemical properties of subcritical water are greatly different from those of water at normal temperature and normal pressure. The polarity of water at normal temperature and normal pressure is strong, and in a subcritical state, as the temperature rises, hydrogen bonds of subcritical water are opened or weakened, so that the polarity of water can be changed in a large range by controlling the temperature and the pressure of subcritical water, thereby realizing continuous extraction of active ingredients in natural products from water-soluble ingredients to fat-soluble ingredients, and realizing selective extraction.
In the sun-proof repairing component, the carnosine is an amino acid polypeptide which exists in human muscle, has super-strong anti-aging capability and helps human body resist aging. More than half of the energy of the infrared IRA can reach the human skin, and most of the IRA can reach the dermis, so that the IRA can decompose and destroy collagen and accelerate skin aging. Carnosine can remarkably inhibit the generation of metalloproteinase MMP-1 and inhibit the decomposition of collagen.
The invention can be improved by the following steps, the sun-proof repairing component also comprises a synergistic agent, and the mass percentage of the synergistic agent based on the total weight of the sun-proof repairing composition is 0.0001-5%.
Further, the synergist is poly C10-30 alkanol acrylate. The poly C10-30 alkanol acrylate is a film forming synergist, the EWG fraction of which is 1, represents the green and friendly performance of the poly C10-30 alkanol acrylate, is suitable for the trend of current environmental protection trend, can be combined with a sun-screening agent, effectively improves the uniformity and toughness of a sun-screening film, and improves the water resistance of sun-screening components. After the poly C10-30 alkanol acrylate is applied to daily chemical products, the water resistance and friction resistance of W/O and O/W system products can be enhanced, and the photoprotection durability can be improved.
The invention may be further improved by the fact that the sunscreen repair composition further comprises a bioactive composition consisting of saccharide isomers, fullerene dispersion, vitamin C ethyl ether, anti-pollution algae extract and tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid. The bioactive composition provided by the invention can deeply lock water, enhance skin defense capacity, and prevent urban pollutants while protecting against light.
Further, in the bioactive composition, the saccharide isomer, the fullerene dispersion liquid, the vitamin C ethyl ether, the antipollution algae extract and the tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid are respectively 0.0001-5%, 0.0001-5% and 0.0001-5% by mass percent based on the total weight of the sun-proof repair composition.
Further, the fullerene dispersion liquid is a fullerene aqueous dispersion liquid with the mass fraction of 0.02%.
In the bioactive composition, the tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid has the functions of protecting cells, enhancing the skin resistance to UV light and drying weather, and is one of ideal raw materials for sun protection and ageing resistance. The anti-pollution algae extract is added to be applied to the skin, so that a invisible protective film can be formed to protect the skin, and meanwhile, the anti-pollution algae extract has the effects of chelating heavy metals and protecting cells, and can be used as an active ingredient with skin affinity to realize the anti-pollution effect of the invention. Fullerene can remove free radicals through surface adsorption. Because the fullerene plays a role of electron transmission in the process of scavenging free radicals, no consumption loss exists in the process, and therefore, the fullerene can stably exist on the surfaces of products and skin and can permanently exert the oxidation resistance. Because of the unique performance, the hair follicle can realize the effects of resisting aging, resisting oxidization, repairing hair follicles, resisting acnes, tightening pores, whitening, relieving and the like. The invention adds fullerene to remove a large amount of free radicals generated by sunlight, thereby effectively protecting the skin from cytology. Vitamin C ethyl ether is a new generation of stabilized vitamin C derivative, has hydrophilic and lipophilic properties, is commonly used as an antioxidant, has reducibility, can inhibit the oxidation of a melanin intermediate dopaquinone into melanin, is very easy to oxidize, and improves the stability and the bioavailability of the vitamin C through conversion into the derivative. Saccharide isomer which can be tightly combined with water, can play a role in short-time and long-term moisturizing, and can permanently strengthen skin barrier, in particular to the phenomena of dryness, water loss and the like which are frequently encountered in the sun.
