Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of detection tools, in particular to a tool and a method for detecting depth of a hole groove.
Background
The sector section is key equipment consisting of a runner of a continuous casting machine in a steel mill. The sector section mainly comprises four parts, namely an inner arc frame, an outer arc frame, a roller system, a clamping and loosening device and a medium (water, gas, hydraulic and lubricating) system. The roller system is divided into a driving roller and a free roller, and is mainly used for supporting, conveying and straightening continuous casting billets. The fan-shaped section free roller mainly plays a supporting role, is internally cooled by water and can be divided into an independent segmented free roller and a mandrel type free roller according to the structural form, the independent segmented free roller is connected with each segmented roller through a cooling water jacket, the cooling water jacket and a roller system inner hole are sealed by lip-shaped sealing structures, and each lip-shaped sealing structure comprises a lip-shaped sealing groove and a lip-shaped sealing ring arranged in the lip-shaped sealing groove.
The lip-shaped sealing groove is arranged inside the roller, the depth dimension of the sealing groove determines the sealing performance, the roller system is repaired by turnover, the sealing groove is easy to rust after being used for a long time, and even if the sealing groove is machined and repaired again, the depth dimension of the sealing groove still has deviation, so that the matching of partial sealing and the groove wall is poor, the lip-shaped sealing water leakage is caused, the quality of a casting blank is abnormal, and a detection tool for the depth dimension of the lip-shaped sealing groove is not used in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a tool for detecting the depth of a hole, which can quickly detect the depth of the hole, and has the advantages of convenient use and simple structure.
The invention also provides a method for detecting the depth of the hole groove by using the detection tool.

The hole and groove depth detection tool is simple in structure, convenient to use, capable of rapidly detecting the depth of a hole and groove, less in time consumption and capable of saving cost.
The invention also provides a method for detecting the depth of the hole groove, the detection tool is used for detecting the depth of the hole groove of the sealing groove, the bottom end of the detection head is contacted with the bottom surface of the hole groove, whether the bottom end of the shoulder is contacted with the adjacent surface of the hole groove is detected, if not, the detection is qualified, otherwise, the detection is unqualified.
The method for detecting the depth of the hole groove needs to use the detection tool for detection, so that the method also has the beneficial effects of the detection tool, and the detailed description is omitted.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a tool for detecting the depth of a hole groove, which can quickly detect the depth of the hole groove and has the advantages of convenient use and simple structure.
The invention also provides a method for detecting the depth of the hole groove by using the detection tool.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a tool for detecting a depth of a hole groove, including a detection head 1 and a shoulder 2 sequentially disposed along an axis of the hole groove, a bottom end of the detection head 1 is a detection end, a bottom end of the detection head 1 is used for contacting a bottom surface of the hole groove, a bottom end of the shoulder 2 is a contrast end disposed corresponding to an adjacent surface of the hole groove, and a height difference between the bottom end of the detection head 1 and the bottom end of the shoulder 2 is a maximum depth value of the hole groove.
The bottom end of the detection head 1 and the bottom end of the shoulder 2 refer to one end close to the bottom surface of the hole groove.
The hole and groove depth detection tool comprises a detection head 1 and a shoulder 2, wherein the bottom end of the detection head 1 is used for being in contact with the bottom surface of a hole groove, and the bottom end of the shoulder 2 is arranged corresponding to the adjacent surface of the hole groove. The height difference between the bottom end of the detection head 1 and the bottom end of the shoulder 2 is the maximum depth value of the hole groove. The bottom end of the detection head 1 is placed in the hole groove, whether the bottom end of the shoulder 2 is in contact with the adjacent surface of the hole groove or not is checked, and therefore whether the depth of the hole groove reaches the maximum depth value or not is judged, and if the bottom end of the shoulder 2 cannot be in contact with the adjacent surface of the hole groove, the depth of the hole groove is qualified. The hole and groove depth detection tool is simple in structure, convenient to use, capable of rapidly detecting the depth of a hole and groove, less in time consumption and capable of saving cost.
In order to improve the detection precision, the bottom end of the detection head 1 is provided with the detection spire 101 with a first preset length, the detection spire 101 is arranged in parallel with the axis of the hole groove, the bottom end of the backrest 2 is provided with the comparison spire 201 with a second preset length, the comparison spire 201 is arranged in parallel with the detection spire 101, the comparison spire 201 and the detection spire 101 are both positioned on the vertical surface of the bottom end surface of the detection head 1, and when the detection head is used, the vertical surface passes through the axis of the hole groove, namely the comparison spire 201 is positioned on the plane where the axes of the detection spire and the hole groove are positioned. Because the face that hole groove and hole groove are adjacent is the circular face, sets to detect pinnacle 101 through the sense terminal that will detect head 1, simultaneously, leans on the contrast end of shoulder 2 to set to contrast pinnacle 201, and the two sets up in the plane through the hole groove axis for contrast pinnacle 201 with detect pinnacle 101 and measure the body contact mode and be line contact, can better reduce measuring error. The extending direction of the detection tip 101 coincides with the width direction of the hole groove. It will be appreciated that the difference in height between the detection cusp 101 and the comparison cusp 201 is the maximum depth value of the aperture groove. The hole grooves in the embodiments are all hole grooves of the sealing grooves, and the maximum depth value of the hole grooves of the sealing grooves is determined according to the design size and the allowable deviation of the sealing grooves.
It will be appreciated that the first predetermined length is less than the width of the well so that the sensing end of the sensing head 1 can be placed into the well.
In an embodiment, the bottom end of the detection head 1 is a first pointed top end with a triangular cross section formed by two inclined planes, and the detection pointed top 101 is located at the pointed position of the first pointed top end. Similarly, the bottom end of the shoulder 2 is also a second pointed top end with a triangular cross section formed by two inclined surfaces, and the comparison pointed top 201 is located at the pointed top position of the second pointed top end.
Further, the two shoulders 2 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the detection head 1, the two shoulders 2 are correspondingly arranged at the top ends of the adjacent surfaces at two sides of the hole groove respectively, namely, one shoulder 2, the detection head 1 and the other shoulder 2 are sequentially arranged along the axis direction of the hole groove. Through all setting up the shoulder 2 at the both ends that detect head 1 to improved the stability that detects, guaranteed that the detection spire 101 of detection head 1 contacts with the tank bottom surface of hole groove better in the testing process. The width of the shoulder 2 is less than 12mm, so that the influence of other structures at the position of the hole groove on the use of the detection tool is avoided. The width of the shoulder 2 refers to the dimension of the shoulder 2 in the direction of the width of the bore.
For convenience of use, the tool for detecting the depth of the hole and the groove further comprises a handle 3, and the detection head 1 and the shoulder 2 are arranged at one end of the handle 3. Specifically, handle 3, detection head 1 and lean on shoulder 2 structure as an organic whole, the better metal material of wearability is selected for use to its material, can quench and promote the hardness that detects head 1 and lean on shoulder 2. In order to improve the anti-skid performance in use, the handle 3 is provided with anti-skid grains, which can be net-shaped grains or anti-skid grains with other shapes commonly used by the technical personnel in the field. The longitudinal direction of the handle 3 is arranged along the extending direction of the detection tip 101.
Further, the length of the handle 3 is 80mm-120mm, and the cross section of the handle 3 is rectangular or square.
The method for detecting the depth of the hole groove comprises the steps of detecting the depth of the hole groove of a sealing groove by using the detection tool, wherein during detection, the bottom end of a detection head 1 is contacted with the bottom surface of the hole groove, whether the bottom end of a shoulder 2 is contacted with the adjacent surface of the hole groove is detected, if not, the detection is qualified, and otherwise, the detection is unqualified. When the detection device is used, the detection tip 101 of the detection head 1 is in contact with the bottom surface of the hole groove, and whether the comparison tip 201 of the shoulder 2 is in complete contact with the adjacent surface of the hole groove is judged. During detection, the length direction of the detection peak 101 is required to be contacted with the bottom surface of the hole groove, and the comparison peak 201 is also arranged in parallel with the surface beside the hole groove.
