本发明涉及一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，包括螺丝固定机构和家具板材，所述螺丝固定机构与所述家具板材连接，所述螺丝固定机构连接有紧固机构，所述家具板材上设置有与所述紧固机构对应的安装孔，所述紧固机构包括套筒，套筒的上端面设置有弹簧卡扣和膨胀卡扣，所述弹簧卡扣和膨胀卡扣分别设置有两个，且分别依次相互交替且对称的与套筒连接。通过套筒、弹簧卡扣、膨胀卡扣和螺丝固定机构可以很好地将两个板材连接快速连接在一起，提高了家具的组装效率。

本发明涉及连接设备技术领域，具体是一种隐藏式家具板材连接件。
背景技术
家具非常广泛的应用在人们的日常生活中，现有技术中家具在安装时需要通过偏心螺丝将两个板体连接在一起，进而会导致组装好的柜体表面露出螺丝的上表面，使得整体外形不美观，此外，螺丝上表面上时间裸露在外界容易出现生锈或者氧化的情况，此外，现有技术中的组装方式效率非常低，会耗费大量的人力劳动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，包括螺丝固定机构和家具板材，所述螺丝固定机构与所述家具板材连接，所述螺丝固定机构连接有紧固机构，所述家具板材上设置有与所述紧固机构对应的安装孔，所述紧固机构包括套筒，套筒的上端面设置有弹簧卡扣和膨胀卡扣，所述弹簧卡扣和膨胀卡扣分别设置有两个，且分别依次相互交替且对称的与套筒连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述螺丝固定机构包括支撑杆、固定套、螺纹杆和杆帽，支撑杆一端与杆帽连接，另一端与螺纹杆连接，固定套与支撑杆套接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述弹簧卡扣包括弹簧片和第一卡扣片，弹簧片一端与套筒连接，另一端与第一卡扣片连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述膨胀卡扣包括膨胀片和第二卡扣片，膨胀片一端与套筒连接，另一端与第二卡扣片连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述第二卡扣片下端面与第一卡扣片之间的高度等于所述杆帽的高度。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述第一卡扣片设置为方形。

步骤二：将所述螺丝固定机构与不带安装孔的家具板材连接，然后将所述紧固机构与预留好的安装孔连接，将所述紧固机构完全***到安装孔中；
步骤三：将所述螺栓固定机构裸露在家具板材外界的部分***到所述紧固机构中，从而完成两个家具板材之间的组装。
相比于现有技术，本发明的优点在于：
本发明中套筒、弹簧卡扣和膨胀卡扣的配合设计可以很好地与螺丝固定机构连接，通过套筒、弹簧卡扣、膨胀卡扣和螺丝固定机构可以很好地将两个板材连接快速连接在一起，提高了家具的组装效率。

一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，包括螺丝固定机构和家具板材，所述螺丝固定机构与所述家具板材连接，所述螺丝固定机构连接有紧固机构，所述家具板材上设置有与所述紧固机构对应的安装孔，所述紧固机构包括套筒1，套筒1的上端面设置有弹簧卡扣和膨胀卡扣，所述弹簧卡扣和膨胀卡扣分别设置有两个，且分别依次相互交替且对称的与套筒1连接。
在本实施例中：所述螺丝固定机构包括支撑杆2、固定套3、螺纹杆4和杆帽5，支撑杆2一端与杆帽5连接，另一端与螺纹杆4连接，固定套3与支撑杆2套接。在使用时，将螺纹杆4的一端与家具板材连接，将螺纹杆4的一端旋入到家具板材内部，从而使螺丝固定机构与家具板材连接。
在本实施例中：所述弹簧卡扣包括弹簧片6和第一卡扣片7，弹簧片6一端与套筒1连接，另一端与第一卡扣片7连接；所述膨胀卡扣包括膨胀片8和第二卡扣片9，膨胀片8一端与套筒1连接，另一端与第二卡扣片9连接。第一卡扣片7和第二卡扣片9可以很好地抵在家具板材的安装孔中，从而使紧固机构可以很好地安装在安装孔中，家具上的安装孔为预留孔，在出厂之前即预留好。
在本实施例中：所述第二卡扣片9下端面与第一卡扣片7之间的高度等于所述杆帽5的高度。从而使得杆帽5可以很好地卡在第一卡扣片7和第二卡扣片9之间，从而使紧固机构和螺丝固定机构连接更加牢固。
在本实施例中：所述第一卡扣片7设置为方形。从而可以更好的对杆帽5进行支撑且卡紧。
在本实施例中：所述第二卡扣片9设置为棱锥形。从而使得第二卡扣片9可以更好的与家具板材上的安装孔连接。
实施例2：
一种隐藏式家具板材连接件的制作工艺，包括以下步骤：
步骤一：准备两块家具板材、螺丝固定机构和紧固机构，然后在其中一个家具板材上钻孔，制作预留安装孔；
步骤二：将螺丝固定机构与不带安装孔的家具板材连接，然后将紧固机构与预留好的安装孔连接，将紧固机构完全***到安装孔中；
步骤三：将螺栓固定机构裸露在家具板材外界的部分***到紧固机构中，从而完成两个家具板材之间的组装。
实施例3：
综上，家具板材在出厂之前，其中一块家具板材预留有安装孔，然后将紧固机构安装在安装孔中，第二卡扣片9在膨胀片8的作用下抵在安装孔的内壁上，在使用时，旋转整体螺丝固定机构，使得螺纹杆4全部旋入到其中一块家具板材中，然后将另一块安装有紧固机构的家具板材与带有螺丝固定机构的家具板材，将杆帽5、支撑杆2以及固定套3依次***到套筒1中，直到杆帽5卡入到第一卡扣片7和第二卡扣片9之间。

1.一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，包括螺丝固定机构和家具板材，所述螺丝固定机构与所述家具板材连接，其特征在于，所述螺丝固定机构连接有紧固机构，所述家具板材上设置有与所述紧固机构对应的安装孔，所述紧固机构包括套筒，套筒的上端面设置有弹簧卡扣和膨胀卡扣，所述弹簧卡扣和膨胀卡扣分别设置有两个，且分别依次相互交替且对称的与套筒连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，其特征在于：所述螺丝固定机构包括支撑杆、固定套、螺纹杆和杆帽，支撑杆一端与杆帽连接，另一端与螺纹杆连接，固定套与支撑杆套接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，其特征在于：所述弹簧卡扣包括弹簧片和第一卡扣片，弹簧片一端与套筒连接，另一端与第一卡扣片连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，其特征在于：所述膨胀卡扣包括膨胀片和第二卡扣片，膨胀片一端与套筒连接，另一端与第二卡扣片连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，其特征在于：所述第二卡扣片下端面与第一卡扣片之间的高度等于所述杆帽的高度。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，其特征在于：所述第一卡扣片设置为方形。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，其特征在于：所述第二卡扣片设置为棱锥形。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的一种隐藏式家具板材连接件，其特征在于：还包括一种隐藏式家具板材连接件的制作工艺，包括以下步骤：
步骤一：准备两块家具板材、螺丝固定机构和紧固机构，然后在其中一个家具板材上钻孔，制作预留安装孔；
步骤二：将所述螺丝固定机构与不带安装孔的家具板材连接，然后将所述紧固机构与预留好的安装孔连接，将所述紧固机构完全***到安装孔中；
步骤三：将所述螺栓固定机构裸露在家具板材外界的部分***到所述紧固机构中，从而完成两个家具板材之间的组装。
