Abstract

The invention discloses a community kitchen garbage fertilizer making device, which comprises a box body, wherein the inner space of the box body is divided into a crushing chamber, a fermentation chamber, a strain chamber and a gas adsorption chamber by a partition plate which is vertically and fixedly installed, and the top of the box body is provided with a feed inlet baffle plate and a tail gas outlet which can be opened and closed; the crushing chamber is provided with a crushing blade and a scraping plate which are connected with a first motor in a meshed mode through a bevel gear, the right side of the first motor is provided with a bacterium chamber, the lower side of the first motor is provided with a vibration motor, and the lower side of the vibration motor is provided with a filter plate; a spiral auger group is arranged in the fermentation chamber, and a discharge hole is formed in the right side of the spiral auger group; the kitchen waste is crushed, dehydrated and subjected to ultraviolet sterilization in the device, and then is stirred by the spiral auger set and is heated by the electric heating wire for fermentation, and the generated tail gas can be purified by the gas adsorption chamber and then is discharged; the kitchen waste recycling device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use and the like, and can well solve the problem of in-situ recycling of kitchen waste.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a community kitchen garbage fertilizer making device, kitchen garbage generated in a community environment can be subjected to in-situ treatment, original waste kitchen garbage is subjected to dehydration fermentation to make fertilizer, and the fertilizer is used for greening and maintaining the community environment, so that waste resources are recycled.
