(5) Starting a low-level belt type conveying line 21 of the scrap recovery part 2, and conveying the glass magnesium flat plate scrap raked on the scrap recovery part into a hopper of an inclined conveying line 22; the inclined conveyor line 22 is started to convey the glass magnesium plate scrap in the hopper to the high-level belt conveyor line 23, and the high-level belt conveyor line 23 is started to convey the glass magnesium plate scrap to the raw material barrel 3 for reuse.
