技术领域
本发明涉及草坪机园林工具技术领域,具体是指一种草坪机用可换刀片结构。
背景技术
草坪机又称除草机、割草机等,是一种用于修剪草坪植被的园林机械,它由刀盘、发动机(或电机)、行走轮、刀片、推杆、集草袋和控制拉杆组成,刀盘装在前后行走轮轴上,刀盘上安装有汽油发动机(或电机),汽油发动机(或电机)的输出轴上安装有刀片,刀片与动力轴同轴旋转,这样可以轻松的将草坪修剪。切下的草有两种排除方式,一种是后排,直接装入后面的袋子,以便收集;另外一种是侧面排草,从底盘的侧面将割下的废草排直接在草坪上。
现在普遍使用的一字刀,由于采用的是中碳合金钢,硬度不高,很容易磨损,也很容易损坏,使用成本高,另外一个不足就是一字刀热处理后变性很大,很难做到良好的动平衡,因此,草坪机具有震动很大的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服以上的技术缺陷,提供一种草坪机用可换刀片结构,在原来一字刀的基础上安装一个硬度较原来一字刀具高许多的小刀片,该刀片选用较好的材料或者不锈钢,刃口可以磨削的较锋利,因此,切草很省力,对于锂电特别适用,可以大大提高锂电的续航时间,对于汽油机,可以使用较小排量的动力达到大排量动力的效果,降低成本,减小排放。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种草坪机用可换刀片结构,包括草坪机和可换刀片装置,所述的草坪机包括草坪机底盘,所述的草坪机底盘前端两侧安装有前轮轴总成,后端两侧安装有后轮轴总成,顶部安装有动力装置,所述的后轮轴总成连接自走器,所述的草坪机底盘后端连接下推杆和集草袋,下推杆上端通过螺栓连接上推杆,所述的上推杆上安装有起动拉杆和驱动拉杆,所述的草坪机底盘底部安装有刀架,刀架上连接有可换刀片,所述的可换刀片通过螺钉和螺母固定在刀架上,所述的刀架与动力装置相连并同轴转动。
进一步的,所述的刀架两端处的结构为弯曲的斜面,斜面产生的风压可以将草排到集草袋内或外侧。
进一步的,所述的可换刀片的刃口锋利,硬度高,切割时能耗低,适用于锂电类产品。
进一步的,所述的可换刀片整体为平板式,刃口包括平刃口、直刃口、弧形刃口和弧形齿面刃口。
进一步的,所述的可换刀片的刃口可以根据切割不同种类的草坪,选择不同锋利程度的刃口的类别,以适应根茎粗细不同的草坪,汽油类草坪机(功率储备较大)以及根茎较粗的草坪,可以选择较钝的刃口,锂电类草坪机可以选择较锋利的刃口。
进一步的,所述的刀架采用普通材料进行成型,不需要热处理,没有变形,动平衡误差小,振动很小。
进一步的,所述的可换刀片和刀架可应用于汽油或电动手扶式、骑乘式割草机使用的旋转式刀具。
进一步的,所述的刀架上与可换刀片通过螺钉和螺母连接处设有三个螺栓孔,两个螺栓孔是精密配合用于将可换刀片固定在刀架上起到降低振动的效果用的固定孔,中间的一个螺栓孔是起安全保护作用的安全孔,安全孔的形式为腰子孔,固定孔与安全孔尺寸不对称,不会造成错装或反装。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明安装可换刀片的刀架,成型后不需热处理,因此没有很大的变形,平衡效果很好;可换刀片可以根据不同的草坪种类,可以做成平口刃口、弧形齿面刃口、弧形刃口以及不同锋利程度刃口的刀具;刀片整体为平板型,容易加工和修磨;每次修磨刀片很方便,使用成本很低;刀片两面均有刃口,使用寿命至少提高2倍,节约成本。装置上有3个固定螺栓,两个孔是精密配合的,是将刀片固定在刀架上用的,可以起到降低振动的效果,刀片与固定支架连接处的中间有腰子孔,起安全保护作用:刀片工作时,如果碰到硬物,两边的螺栓可能会剪断,但是中间的螺栓由于是腰子孔,可以使得刀片与固定支架固定面之间产生滑移,使得可换刀片不会飞出,保护了操作者,也符合安全规范标准要求,除了改善切割效果外,排草效果由刀片固定支架完成,每次只需更换可换刀片即可,不需要更换支架,这样大大降低维修工作量,为了防止刀片反装,刀片固定孔尺寸与安全孔之间尺寸不对称,不会造成错装或反装。

一种草坪机用可换刀片结构,包括草坪机和可换刀片装置,所述的草坪机包括草坪机底盘3,所述的草坪机底盘3前端两侧安装有前轮轴总成4,后端两侧安装有后轮轴总成6,顶部安装有动力装置5,所述的后轮轴总成6连接自走器12,所述的草坪机底盘3后端连接下推杆7和集草袋11,下推杆7上端通过螺栓连接上推杆8,所述的上推杆8上安装有起动拉杆9和驱动拉杆10,所述的草坪机底盘3底部安装有刀架2,刀架2上连接有可换刀片1,所述的可换刀片1通过螺钉13和螺母14固定在刀架2上,所述的刀架2与动力装置5相连并同轴转动。

本发明在具体实施时,将可换刀片通过螺母和螺钉连接在刀架两端的固定孔和安全孔内,然后将刀架安装在草坪机底盘或者应用在汽油或电动手扶式、骑乘式割草机使用的旋转式刀具中,可换刀片的刀架,成型后不需热处理,因此没有很大的变形,平衡效果很好;可换刀片可以根据不同的草坪种类,可以做成平口刃口、锯齿形刃口、弧形刃口以及不同锋利程度刃口的刀具;刀片整体为平板型,容易加工和修磨;每次修磨刀片很方便,使用成本很低;刀片两面均有刃口,使用寿命至少提高2倍,节约成本。

1.一种草坪机用可换刀片结构,其特征在于:包括草坪机和可换刀片装置,所述的草坪机包括草坪机底盘(3),所述的草坪机底盘(3)前端两侧安装有前轮轴总成(4),后端两侧安装有后轮轴总成(6),顶部安装有动力装置(5),所述的后轮轴总成(6)连接自走器(12),所述的草坪机底盘(3)后端连接下推杆(7)和集草袋(11),下推杆(7)上端通过螺栓连接上推杆(8),所述的上推杆(8)上安装有起动拉杆(9)和驱动拉杆(10),所述的草坪机底盘(3)底部安装有刀架(2),刀架(2)上连接有可换刀片(1),所述的可换刀片(1)通过螺钉(13)和螺母(14)固定在刀架(2)上,所述的刀架(2)与动力装置(5)相连并同轴转动。
