Specifically, in the above manufacturing process steps, the steps of cutting the tape 1213, assembling the cover 13, and welding the circuit board 16 after the injection molding of the terminal assembly 12 and the connector body 11 is completed are not necessarily performed in the above sequence of steps, and the sequence of cutting the tape 1213, assembling the cover 13, and welding the circuit board 16 may be adjusted according to the actual production conditions, so that the manufacturing process has good flexibility.
The manufacturing process of the earphone connector 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention has simple steps and improves the production efficiency of products. And the step of manual operation is saved, thereby being beneficial to the reduction of the production cost of the product.
The embodiment of the invention also provides electronic equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, MP3 and the like. The electronic device comprises a device body provided with the earphone connector 1 described above. The earphone connector 1 has small volume, low production cost and good waterproof performance, so that the reliability of the electronic equipment using the earphone connector 1 is improved.

Claims (4)

1. An earphone connector, comprising:
the connector comprises a connector body, wherein an accommodating cavity is formed in the connector body, a first opening is formed in a first surface of the connector body, a second opening is formed in a second surface of the connector body, the first opening and the second opening are communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the first surface and the second surface are adjacent;
the terminal assembly is integrally inlaid and injection molded with the connector body, the terminal assembly at least partially extends into the accommodating cavity to be abutted against an externally inserted earphone plug, the terminal assembly comprises a first terminal group and a second terminal group, the first terminal group and the second terminal group are oppositely arranged, each of the first terminal group and the second terminal group comprises a plurality of independently arranged terminal monomers, each of the terminal monomers comprises a welding foot for electric connection, a contact head for extending into the accommodating cavity and a material strip for positioning before inlaid and fixed with the connector body and cutting out after molding, each of the material strips in the first terminal group and each of the material strips in the second terminal group are mutually overlapped, and each of the first terminal group comprises three terminal monomers which are respectively a microphone input terminal, a ground detection terminal and a left sound channel terminal; the second terminal group comprises two terminal monomers, wherein one terminal monomer is provided with a grounding terminal and a right sound channel terminal which are integrally formed, the other terminal monomer is a left sound channel detection terminal, each terminal monomer is in contact with the earphone plug, the terminal monomers positioned on the same side are arranged at intervals, a contact head of each terminal monomer stretches into the accommodating cavity and is spaced from the bottom of the accommodating cavity by a certain distance, and a welding leg of each terminal monomer penetrates out of the connector body;
the cover body is connected with the connector body and covers the first opening, the second opening is positioned between the connector body and the cover body, and the connector body and/or the cover body are/is provided with a connecting structure which is of a mutually matched step structure or a groove and bump structure;
a seal disposed between the cover and the connector body;
the cover body includes:
the cover plate is connected with the connector body and is used for sealing the first opening;
the plug connector is connected to one end of the cover plate, which is close to the second opening, and is inserted into the second opening, the plug connector is arranged at one end of the cover plate along the length direction of the cover plate, the plug connector protrudes out of the end face of one end of the cover plate, and the width of the second opening is larger than or equal to the outline dimension of the plug connector, or the plug connector is directly in transition fit with the connector body;
the earphone connector comprises an earphone plug, a connector body, a sealing piece, a circuit board, welding pins and a connector body, wherein the earphone plug is provided with an earphone hole for inserting the earphone plug, the earphone hole is communicated with the accommodating cavity, the sealing piece is arranged between the connector body and the connector body, and the earphone connector further comprises the circuit board.
2. The earphone connector of claim 1, wherein the cover further comprises a connecting lug for mounting and fixing, wherein one end of the connecting lug is connected with the cover plate, and the other end extends outwards.
3. A process for manufacturing an earphone connector, wherein the earphone connector is the earphone connector according to any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the steps of:
providing a terminal assembly, wherein the terminal assembly comprises a plurality of independently arranged terminal monomers, and each terminal monomer comprises a welding leg, a contact head and a material belt;
distributing the terminal monomers into groups according to the need, distributing three terminal monomers into a group, distributing the other two terminal monomers into a group, and arranging the material layer in the terminal monomers in the same group and on the terminal monomers in the same group, wherein the material layer is provided with positioning holes and the terminal monomers in the same group;
after stacking and arranging the terminal monomers into groups according to requirements, placing the terminal monomers into a mould for forming, taking the terminal monomers as inserts, forming the connector body through injection molding, arranging the terminal monomers on the same side at intervals, extending the contact heads on the terminal monomers into the accommodating cavity, arranging the contact heads and the bottoms of the accommodating cavities at intervals, and penetrating the welding feet of the terminal monomers from the inside of the connector body and welding the welding feet with the circuit board;
cutting the material belt;
the cover body and the connector body are welded by ultrasonic waves;
mounting the seal between the connector body and the cover;
and welding each welding leg in each terminal unit on a circuit board.
4. An electronic device comprising the earphone connector of any one of claims 1 to 3.
