s2, secondly, the plastic film 1 is subjected to secondary water removal through the scraper 18 of the scraper group, the numerical control unit 3 controls the driving motor 26, the driving motor 26 drives the lead screw 25 to rotate, the lead screw 25 drives the two rotating plates 22 on the scraper 18 to move, the rotating plates 22 drive the two L-shaped sliders 23 to be far away from or close to each other in the sliding groove 27, the L-shaped sliders 23 drive the two ends of the arc-shaped scraper 18 to be far away from or close to each other, the water removal width of the plastic film 1 by the scraper 18 can be increased or reduced, and therefore the water removal of the plastic films 1 with different widths can be adapted;
s3, then, according to the thicknesses of different plastic films 1, the numerical control unit 3 controls the two driving hydraulic cylinders 19 to drive the two sliding plates 24 to be far away from or close to each other along the vertical direction, the sliding plates 24 drive the L-shaped sliding blocks 23 to move along the vertical direction, the L-shaped sliding blocks 23 drive the two scraping plates 18 to be far away from or close to each other, so that pressure is applied to the plastic films 1, the proper pressure for the scraping plates 18 to remove water from the plastic films 1 is achieved, meanwhile, the plastic films 1 generate the same pressure for the scraping plates 18, when the pressure of the scraping plates 18 is too large, the scraping plates 18 extrude the L-shaped sliding blocks 23 through the pressure sensors 20 on the rotating plates 22, the pressure sensors 20 transmit signals to the numerical control unit 3, the numerical control unit 3 controls the driving hydraulic cylinders 19 to adjust the distance between the two scraping plates 18, and accordingly, the situation that the scraping plates 18 can prevent the plastic films 1 from being too large in pressure and damaging the plastic films 1 can be prevented;
and S4, finally, drying and dewatering the plastic film 1 through a drying unit, controlling the fan 31 to transmit air to the drying plate 33 through the air pipe 32 by the numerical control unit 3, heating the air by the heating unit 35 between the air transmitted to the drying plate 33, blowing the heated air onto the plastic film 1 through the air blowing holes 34 of the drying plate 33, and blowing and drying the plastic film 1.

Claims (9)

1. A plastic film dewatering device is characterized by comprising a guide roller set, a wiper blade set and a drying unit, wherein the guide roller set is used for guiding and pressing a plastic film, the wiper blade set is used for extruding and wiping water on the surface of the plastic film, and the drying unit is used for drying the surface of the plastic film, the guide roller set, the wiper blade set and the drying unit are sequentially connected with a rack and are respectively and electrically connected with a numerical control unit; the guide roller set comprises two compression roller assemblies symmetrically arranged about a plastic film, one of the two compression roller assemblies is provided with a gap adjusting unit which is used for driving the compression roller assemblies to move vertically and is electrically connected with a numerical control unit, the two compression roller assemblies are in extrusion contact with the upper surface and the lower surface of the plastic film respectively, the compression roller assemblies comprise two rolling rollers in surface contact with the plastic film, two ends of the rolling rollers are rotatably connected with connecting rods respectively, the other ends of the connecting rods are rotatably connected with vertical plates, elastic parts are arranged between the connecting rods and the vertical plates, the elastic parts, the vertical plates and the connecting rods form a triangular structure, the two connecting rods with the same side are respectively in bilateral symmetry arrangement of the vertical plates, the vertical plates are fixedly connected with fixing plates parallel to the horizontal plane, and the fixing plates are installed on the machine frame.

The plastic film dewatering device according to claim 1, wherein the gap adjusting unit comprises a fixing plate fixedly connected with the frame and located on the lower side of the plastic film, a driving cylinder electrically connected with the numerical control unit is fixedly connected to the bottom of the fixing plate on the lower side of the plastic film, and the driving cylinder is mounted on the frame.

s2, secondarily dewatering the plastic film through the scrapers of the water scraping plate group, controlling a driving motor by a numerical control unit, driving a lead screw to rotate by the driving motor, driving two rotating rods on the scrapers to move by the lead screw, driving two L-shaped sliding blocks to be far away from or close to each other in a sliding groove by the rotating rods, driving two ends of an arc-shaped scraper to be far away from or close to each other by the L-shaped sliding blocks, and increasing or reducing the width of the scraper for dewatering the plastic film so as to adapt to dewatering of plastic films with different widths;
s3, according to the thicknesses of different plastic films, the numerical control unit controls the two driving hydraulic cylinders to drive the two sliding plates to be away from or close to each other in the vertical direction, the sliding plates drive the L-shaped sliding blocks to move in the vertical direction, the L-shaped sliding blocks drive the two scraping plates to be away from or close to each other, so that pressure is applied to the plastic films to achieve proper pressure of the scraping plates on the dehydration of the plastic films, meanwhile, the plastic films generate equal pressure on the scraping plates, when the pressure of the scraping plates is overlarge, the scraping plates extrude the L-shaped sliding blocks through the pressure sensors on the rotating plates, the pressure sensors transmit signals to the numerical control unit, and the numerical control unit controls the driving hydraulic cylinders to adjust the distance between the two scraping plates, so that the situation that the scraping plates can prevent the plastic films from being overlarge in pressure on the plastic films and damaging the plastic films can be avoided;
and S4, drying and dewatering the plastic film through a drying unit, controlling a fan to transmit air to the drying plate through an air pipe by the aid of the numerical control unit, heating the air by the aid of the heating unit between the air pipe and the drying plate, blowing the heated air to the plastic film through the blowing holes of the drying plate, and blowing and drying the plastic film.
