According to the control method of the air conditioner, the fans of different types are distinguished through the temperature change values of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan when one fan of the air conditioner is started and the other fan of the air conditioner is closed, the fans are controlled by adopting different fan control parameters according to the distinguishing result, based on the method, automatic identification of the two types of fans of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan connected with the air conditioner can be achieved, an electric control board for controlling the fans of the air conditioner does not need to set different interfaces aiming at the fans of different types, the fan interfaces do not need to be distinguished in the air conditioner production process, the normal implementation of the functions of the air conditioner can be guaranteed by connecting the indoor fan and the outdoor fan to any fan interface on the electric control board, the standardization of the electric control board and even the whole air conditioner production process is facilitated, and the normal implementation of the functions of the air conditioner is guaranteed.
Specifically, in this embodiment, step S10 includes: the step of obtaining a first temperature variation value of the indoor side of the air conditioner and a second temperature variation value of the outdoor side of the air conditioner includes:
detecting an indoor environment temperature change value and/or an indoor heat exchanger temperature change value, and detecting an outdoor environment temperature change value and/or an outdoor heat exchanger temperature change value;
the first temperature change value comprises an indoor environment temperature change value and/or an indoor heat exchanger temperature change value, and the second temperature change value comprises an outdoor environment temperature change value and/or an outdoor heat exchanger temperature change value.
Specifically, under the state that the first fan is turned on and the second fan is turned off, the indoor ambient temperature T1_1, the indoor heat exchanger temperature T2_1, the outdoor heat exchanger temperature T3_1 and the outdoor ambient temperature T4_1 are detected at the first moment, a set time interval (for example, 10 seconds) is set, and the indoor ambient temperature T1_2, the indoor heat exchanger temperature T2_2, the outdoor heat exchanger temperature T3_2 and the outdoor ambient temperature T4_2 are detected at the second moment.
Based on this, the indoor ambient temperature variation value is | T1_1-T1_2|, the indoor heat exchanger temperature variation value is | T2_1-T2_2|, the outdoor heat exchanger temperature variation value is | T3_1-T3_2|, and the outdoor ambient temperature variation value is | T4_1-T4_2 |.
In the embodiment, through the above manner, based on the temperature change condition of the indoor and outdoor heat exchangers and/or the environmental temperature change condition when one fan is turned on and the other fan is turned off, the indoor fan and the outdoor fan in the two fans can be accurately distinguished, so that the normal realization of the functions of the air conditioner can be ensured when the indoor fan and the outdoor fan are connected to any fan interface on the electric control board,
further, based on the above embodiments, another embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner of the present application is provided. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3, step S20 includes:
step S21, when the first temperature variation value is larger than the second temperature variation value, determining that the indoor fan is of the first fan type, and determining that the outdoor fan is of the second fan type;
and step S22, when the first temperature change value is smaller than the second temperature change value, determining that the outdoor fan is of the first fan type, and determining that the indoor fan is of the second fan type.
In this embodiment, when one of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan is turned on and off, the temperature of the indoor side of the air conditioner is obviously changed due to the fact that the indoor fan is turned on, and the temperature of the outdoor side is relatively unobvious due to the fact that the outdoor fan is not turned on, based on this, if the temperature change value of the indoor side is detected to be larger than the temperature change value of the outdoor side, the first fan which is currently turned on is considered to be the indoor fan, and it can be determined that the indoor fan is of the first fan type and the outdoor fan is of the second fan type; because the outdoor fan is opened and can lead to the temperature of the outdoor side of the air conditioner to change obviously, and the indoor fan is not opened and can lead to the temperature change of the indoor side to be relatively unobvious, on the basis, if the temperature change value of the indoor side is detected to be smaller than the temperature change value of the outdoor side, the first fan which is opened at present is considered to be the outdoor fan, and the outdoor fan can be determined to be the first fan type, and the indoor fan is determined to be the second fan type.
Through the big or small comparison of indoor outer temperature variation value to accurately distinguish indoor fan and the outdoor fan in first fan and the second fan, guarantee that the controlling means of air conditioner does not set up different interfaces to the different grade type fan, also can accurately discern which is indoor fan of the fan that connects at present, which is outdoor fan, guarantee the accurate regulation and control of air conditioner to indoor outer fan when improving air conditioner production flow standard degree, in order to satisfy the actual air conditioning demand of air conditioner, ensure the indoor user travelling comfort.
Further, in this embodiment, the first temperature variation value includes the indoor environment temperature variation value and the indoor heat exchanger temperature variation value, and the second temperature variation value includes the outdoor environment temperature variation value and the outdoor heat exchanger temperature variation value;
the first temperature change value is greater than the second temperature change value, and the indoor environment temperature change value is greater than the outdoor environment temperature change value, or the indoor heat exchanger temperature change value is greater than the outdoor heat exchanger temperature change value;
the first temperature change value is smaller than the second temperature change value, and the indoor environment temperature change value is smaller than the outdoor environment temperature change value, or the indoor heat exchanger temperature change value is smaller than the outdoor heat exchanger temperature change value.
Specifically, the indoor ambient temperature variation value is defined as T1D, the outdoor ambient temperature variation value is defined as T4D, the indoor heat exchanger temperature variation value is defined as T2D, and the outdoor heat exchanger temperature variation value is defined as T3D.
In this embodiment, when T1D > T4D, or when T2D > T3D, the indoor fan is determined to be the first fan type, and the outdoor fan is determined to be the second fan type; when T1D < T4D, or when T2D < T3D, determining that the outdoor fan is the first fan type, and determining that the indoor fan is the second fan type.
In other embodiments, when T1D > T4D and T2D > T3D are simultaneously performed, the indoor fan is determined to be the first fan type, and the outdoor fan is determined to be the second fan type; and when T1D < T4D and T2D < T3D, determining that the outdoor fan is the first fan type and determining that the indoor fan is the second fan type.
Because under different modes, the compressor opens the condition differently, based on this, combine indoor outer ambient temperature and indoor outer heat exchanger temperature discernment indoor outer fan through above-mentioned mode, can guarantee whether the compressor opens, all can accurately distinguish indoor fan and outdoor fan.
Further, in this embodiment, after step S10, the method further includes:
and when the first temperature change value is larger than the second temperature change value, if the first temperature change value and the second temperature change value meet a first preset condition, executing the steps of determining that the indoor fan is of the first fan type and determining that the outdoor fan is of the second fan type.
When the first temperature change value is smaller than the second temperature change value, if the first temperature change value and the second temperature change value meet a second preset condition, executing the step of determining that the outdoor fan is of the first fan type and determining that the indoor fan is of the second fan type;
the first preset condition comprises that the first temperature change value is greater than a first set threshold value, and the first set threshold value is greater than the second temperature change value, and the second preset condition comprises that the first temperature change value is less than a second set threshold value, and the second set threshold value is less than the second temperature change value.
Defining a first set threshold value as X, a second set threshold value as Y, a first temperature change value as P1, and a second temperature change value as P2, when P1> X > P2, determining that the indoor fan is the first fan type, and determining that the outdoor fan is the second fan type; when P1< Y < P2, determining that the outdoor fan is the first fan type and determining that the indoor fan is the second fan type
Specifically, the first temperature variation value includes the indoor environment temperature variation value and the indoor heat exchanger temperature variation value, and the second temperature variation value includes the outdoor environment temperature variation value and the outdoor heat exchanger temperature variation value, then:
in this embodiment, when T1D > X > T4D or T2D > X > T3D, the indoor fan is determined to be the first fan type, and the outdoor fan is determined to be the second fan type; determining the outdoor fan as the first fan type and determining the indoor fan as the second fan type when T1D < Y < T4D or T2D < Y < T3D.
In other embodiments, when T1D > X > T4D and T2D > X > T3D are simultaneously performed, the indoor fan is determined to be the first fan type, and the outdoor fan is determined to be the second fan type; and when T1D < Y < T4D and T2D < Y < T3D simultaneously, determining that the outdoor fan is the first fan type and determining that the indoor fan is the second fan type.
The first set threshold and the second set threshold are preset fixed parameters.
In this embodiment, the indoor and outdoor temperature variation parameters satisfy a certain size relationship, and the numerical value of the large temperature variation value is required to be ensured to be large enough, so as to ensure that the currently opened fan is the indoor fan and the currently closed fan is the outdoor fan when the current indoor side temperature variation is obvious enough, and ensure that the currently opened fan is the outdoor fan and the currently closed fan is the indoor fan when the current outdoor side temperature variation is obvious, so as to ensure that the currently opened fan is the outdoor fan and the currently closed fan is the indoor fan, thereby realizing the accuracy of distinguishing the indoor fan from the outdoor fan.
Further, based on any of the above embodiments, another embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner of the present application is provided. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the step of controlling the first fan to be in an on state includes:
step S11, when the air conditioner is in a preset mode, controlling the first fan to operate according to a first indoor fan control parameter corresponding to the preset mode; the preset mode comprises a refrigeration mode or an air supply mode;
and step S12, when the air conditioner is in a heating mode, controlling the first fan to operate according to the control parameter of the first outdoor fan corresponding to the heating mode.
Based on this, because the compressor is closed under the air supply mode and can lead to outdoor side temperature change unobvious, the compressor is opened under the refrigeration mode and can make indoor side temperature change obviously, consequently control indoor outer temperature variation value that detects on the basis of indoor fan control parameter operation of the first fan that needs to open at present under these two modes, be favorable to guaranteeing to discern indoor fan and outdoor fan fast, accurate based on the indoor outer temperature variation condition that detects.
And the compressor is started in the heating mode to obviously change the temperature of the outdoor side, so that the indoor and outdoor temperature change values detected on the basis of controlling the first fan to be started to operate according to the outdoor fan control parameters in the heating mode are favorable for ensuring that the indoor fan and the outdoor fan can be quickly and accurately identified based on the detected indoor and outdoor temperature change conditions.
Further, the first temperature variation value includes the indoor environment temperature variation value and the indoor heat exchanger temperature variation value, and the second temperature variation value includes the outdoor environment temperature variation value and the outdoor heat exchanger temperature variation value and further includes:
in the preset mode, when the first temperature change value is larger than the second temperature change value, if the first temperature change value and the second temperature change value do not meet the first preset condition, controlling the first fan to operate according to the first indoor fan control parameter, and controlling the second fan to operate according to the second outdoor fan control parameter corresponding to the preset mode;
in the heating mode, when the first temperature variation value is greater than the second temperature variation value, if the first temperature variation value and the second temperature variation value do not satisfy the second preset condition, the first fan is controlled to operate according to the first outdoor fan control parameter, and the second fan is controlled to operate according to the second indoor fan control parameter corresponding to the heating mode.
The first temperature variation value and the second temperature variation value not meeting the first preset condition specifically means that the first temperature variation value is less than or equal to a first set threshold, or the first set threshold is less than or equal to the second temperature variation value.
The first temperature variation value and the second temperature variation value not meeting the second preset condition specifically means that the first temperature variation value is greater than or equal to a second set threshold, and the second set threshold is greater than or less than the second temperature variation value.
Specifically, the first temperature variation value includes the indoor environment temperature variation value and the indoor heat exchanger temperature variation value, and the second temperature variation value includes the outdoor environment temperature variation value and the outdoor heat exchanger temperature variation value, then:
in this embodiment, in the cooling or blowing mode, when the variation values corresponding to the indoor and outdoor ambient temperatures and the heat exchanger temperature do not satisfy T1D > X > T4D, or T2D > X > T3D, the first fan may be controlled to operate according to the first indoor fan control parameter, and the second fan may be controlled to operate according to the second outdoor fan control parameter corresponding to the preset mode. In the heating mode, when the variation values respectively corresponding to the indoor and outdoor ambient temperatures and the heat exchanger temperature do not satisfy T1D < Y < T4D, or T2D < Y < T3D, the first fan may be controlled to operate according to the first outdoor fan control parameter, and the second fan may be controlled to operate according to the second indoor fan control parameter corresponding to the heating mode.
In a refrigeration mode or an air supply mode, in the process of controlling the operation of a first fan which is started currently according to indoor fan control parameters, the detected indoor side temperature change value is larger than the outdoor side temperature change value, but when the indoor side temperature change amplitude is small, the indoor and outdoor fans can not be distinguished accurately, the indoor fan control parameters in the current mode are maintained to control the operation of the first fan, the outdoor fan control parameters in the current mode are used to control the operation of a second fan, and therefore the distinguishing accuracy of the indoor and outdoor fans is improved. Specifically, the step S10 may be executed in the process of maintaining the indoor fan control parameter in the current mode to control the first fan to operate, and controlling the second fan to operate according to the outdoor fan control parameter in the current mode, so as to identify the indoor and outdoor fans based on the indoor and outdoor temperature changes again.
In the heating mode, in the process of controlling the currently started first fan to operate according to the control parameters of the outdoor fan, the detected indoor side temperature change value is smaller than the outdoor side temperature change value, but when the outdoor side temperature change amplitude is smaller, the indoor and outdoor fans cannot be accurately identified, the control parameters of the outdoor fan in the heating mode are maintained to control the first fan to operate, the control parameters of the indoor fan in the heating mode are used to control the second fan to operate, and therefore the accuracy of distinguishing the indoor fan from the outdoor fan is further improved. Specifically, the step S10 may be executed in the process of maintaining the operation of the first fan under the outdoor fan control parameter in the heating mode, and controlling the operation of the second fan under the indoor fan control parameter in the heating mode, so as to identify the indoor and outdoor fans based on the indoor and outdoor temperature changes again.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a control program of an air conditioner is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the control program of the air conditioner is executed by a processor, the relevant steps of any embodiment of the above control method of the air conditioner are implemented.
