Abstract
The invention discloses a bagging and labeling device for socks with different thicknesses, which comprises a transmission structure, a packaging film providing structure, a cutting structure, bag sealing structures and labeling structures, wherein the packaging film providing structure is arranged above the transmission structure; the conveying structure comprises a first conveying section and a second conveying section which are sequentially arranged along a conveying direction, a gap is formed between the first conveying section and the second conveying section, and a roller body assembly capable of moving towards the packaging film providing structure is arranged in the gap; the cutting structure is used for cutting the packaging film along two sides of the packaging film providing structure. Through the design, the mechanical synchronous operation of bagging and labeling is effectively realized, and the packaging specification can be adjusted in a targeted manner.

Socks are one of the essential articles for daily life, and after the socks are woven, the socks need to be packaged and labeled.

In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to effectively provide the packaging film 5 and recycle the used waste film, the packaging film providing structure 2 includes a film releasing roller set 21 and a film collecting roller set 22 which are located right above the conveying structure 1 and are oppositely arranged, the packaging film 5 is sequentially wound around the film releasing roller set 21 and the film collecting roller set 22, and the packaging film 5 between the film releasing roller set 21 and the film collecting roller set 22 is parallel to the conveying surface of the conveying structure 1.

The cutting structure 3 may be configured to cut the packaging film 5 into a strip-shaped structure and cover the sock body, and therefore, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cutting structure 3 includes a frame body 31, a multi-directional telescopic assembly disposed on the frame body 31, and a cutting head 32 disposed at a movable end of the multi-directional telescopic assembly.
In a further preferred embodiment, the multi-directional telescopic assembly at least comprises a limit telescopic rod 33 capable of approaching or departing from the packaging film 5, a first extension rod 34 extending along the length direction of the packaging film 5, and a second extension rod extending along the width direction of the packaging film 5.
The envelope structure 4 here can be specifically chosen to be the type of equipment adapted to the sealing of the packaging film 5, for example, said envelope structure 4 comprises a plurality of sets of heat-seal bars 41 which can be moved towards and away from each other. The packaging film 5 is sealed by heat-sealing and sandwiching, and finally formed into a packaging bag. Of course, here, the bottom can also be provided with a further heat-sealing strip 41, so that a complete seal is formed on the basis of the side and bottom seals.
