The auxiliary chamber 3 is expanded to abut against the bottom of the main bag 1. Specifically, the auxiliary chamber 3 abuts against a side surface of the main bag 1 close to the seat cushion of the seat 5.
As shown in fig. 2, felt 4 is provided on the contact surface of the main bag 1 and the auxiliary chamber 3, and the main bag 1 and the auxiliary chamber 3 are connected by the felt 4 after being unfolded, so that the connection between the main bag 1 and the auxiliary chamber 3 is enhanced, the main bag 1 and the auxiliary chamber 3 are restrained with each other, and the stability of the seat airbag apparatus is improved.
The main bag 1 comprises a main chamber 11 and an auxiliary chamber 12, the auxiliary chamber 12 is arranged at the top of the main chamber 11, the specific auxiliary chamber 12 is positioned on one side of the main chamber 11 close to a headrest 51 of a seat 5, at least part of the auxiliary chamber 12 is folded and recessed inside the main chamber 11, the joint of the auxiliary chamber 12 and the main chamber 11 is fixed through a pre-stitching line, a vent hole 13 is formed in the bottom of the main chamber 11, the auxiliary chamber 3 is unfolded to abut against the bottom of the main chamber 11 and at least partially block the vent hole 13, the pre-stitching line is torn due to the increase of the internal pressure of the main chamber 11, and the auxiliary chamber 12 is completely unfolded outwards from the inside of the main chamber 11. When the seat 5 is in the normal sitting position, only the main chamber 11 is deployed, the auxiliary chamber 3 is not deployed, the vent hole 13 is not closed, and the auxiliary chamber 12 is not deployed.
The felt 4 of the main bag 1 is disposed at the bottom of the main chamber 11, and the felt 4 is also disposed at the upper portion of the auxiliary chamber. In order to guarantee the stable butt of main cavity 11 and auxiliary chamber 3, there is the flattening in the butt face profile edge of main cavity 11 and auxiliary chamber 3 to felt 4 sets up in the flattening, increases felt 4 area of contact, success rate and stability when improving and seat gasbag contact. The accuracy and stability of the auxiliary chamber 3 for plugging the vent hole 13 can be improved in the area of the vent hole 13 and the felt 4 surface.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, and 4, the seat 5 further includes a head protection airbag 6, and the sub-chamber 12 abuts against the head protection airbag 6 after being fully deployed. The head protecting airbag 6 is deployed on both sides of the headrest 51 of the seat 5, and abuts on a region of the sub-chamber 12 away from the main chamber 11.
As shown in fig. 4, the present application also discloses a seat 5, and both sides of the seat 5 are provided with the above-described seat airbag device. Specifically, the two sides of the seat are provided with a main chamber, an auxiliary chamber and an auxiliary chamber, so that passengers on the seat are protected more comprehensively.
As shown in fig. 3, the head protecting airbag 6 includes body chambers 61 distributed on both sides of the headrest 51 of the seat 5 and a communication chamber 62 communicating the two body chambers 61, the body chambers 61 are deployed toward the front side of the seat 5, the body chambers 61 communicate through the communication chamber 62 located at the rear of the headrest 51 of the seat 5, the body chambers 61 are configured to abut against the main bag 1 after being deployed, and the body chambers 61 cover the entire head of the passenger after being deployed. The specific contact manner is as described above.
The gas generator of the head protection airbag 6 is provided on the back of the headrest 51 of the seat 5 or the back of the backrest of the seat 5.
The seat 5 of the embodiment of the present application is configured such that when a vehicle collides while a passenger is lying down, one head protection airbag 6, the main chamber 11 and the sub-chamber 12 of the two main bladders 1, and the two sub-chambers 3 are deployed simultaneously, and are connected to each other and to each other by the felt 4, covering the head region, the chest region, the abdominal region, and the pelvic region of the member, thereby better protecting the passenger.
Moreover, the head protection airbag 6 and the auxiliary chamber 3 of the embodiment of the present application are independently arranged, and a part of the chambers can be selectively deployed according to different conditions to perform selective protection.
In order to improve the connection between the head protection airbag 6 and the main bag 1, felt 4 is provided on the contact surface between the main chamber 61 and the sub-chamber 12, and the main chamber 61 and the sub-chamber 12 are connected by the felt 4 to stabilize the position of the head protection airbag 6 after deployment and improve the protection of the head of the passenger.
