Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a front view of a head with small cranial ear angles.
The cranial ear angle is one of important factors for determining the structure of the ear, and generally ranges from 30 degrees to 45 degrees, so that the ear can be clearly displayed from the front, and the information of five sense organs of a person can be completely collected when the certificate is photographed.
In addition, the ear is one of five sense organs, and the normal demonstration of ear in facial both sides can play certain decorative effect for the face, makes human face look littleer in the vision, accords with some crowds' aesthetic requirements more.
When the skull ear angle is small, as shown in fig. 1, the ear 201 is close to the skull, so that the ear 201 is difficult to clearly and completely display from the front, and thus, when the certificate is photographed, the situation that the ear 201 information cannot be collected easily occurs. Furthermore, the ear 201 is close to the skull, so that the ear 201 looks small from the front, and according to the Ebolhaas illusion effect, the face 202 visually appears large in comparison with the ear 201, and it is difficult to meet the aesthetic requirement of part of the population on the face 202, so that the skull ear angle can be increased appropriately.
In order to solve the problem of small cranial ear angle, in the related technology, the method is improved by transplanting autologous periosteum bones, namely, the autologous periosteum bones of the ear are transplanted to the back side of the ear through an operation so as to play a role in supporting the ear and properly enlarge the cranial ear angle. However, the operation of transplanting autologous periosteum bone to enlarge the cranial ear angle is very costly, has certain risks and has great potential safety hazards.
The problem of small cranial ear angle is also improved by implanting a prosthesis, namely, a prosthesis support frame with a carved shape is implanted at the rear side of an ear through an operation, so that the support frame supports the ear to enlarge the cranial ear angle. Similarly, the method needs anesthesia injection and surgical operation, has higher cost and has certain potential safety hazard.
In order to solve the problem of potential safety hazard, hyaluronic acid is injected at the back side of the ear in the prior art, and the hyaluronic acid can play a filling effect after entering the skin so as to prop up the ear. However, hyaluronic acid is metabolized after entering the human body, and is generally metabolized and absorbed after 1-3 months, so the hyaluronic acid filling method has a limited maintenance time, needs to be supplemented periodically, and has a large dosage per injection, so that the cost for increasing the cranial ear angle is gradually increased after the hyaluronic acid is injected for a long time.
Moreover, after each injection of hyaluronic acid, the hyaluronic acid can deform due to extrusion, so that the hyaluronic acid injection part cannot be extruded, and the supporting effect is prevented from being influenced. Therefore, the user can not lie on the side for a long time after the injection of the hyaluronic acid, so as to avoid influencing the supporting effect of the ear and bring much inconvenience to the life of the user.
In order to solve the above problems, the embodiment of the application provides an ear patch, which can be arranged at the rear side of an ear and can play a role in increasing the angle of the cranium and the ear, so that the ear is supported, the ear can be displayed more clearly and completely from the front, the operation of incision and injection is avoided, the safety can be effectively improved, and the cost is reduced.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an ear patch provided in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 3 is a schematic sectional structural diagram of an ear patch provided in the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4 is a schematic configuration diagram of an ear patch provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, an ear patch 100 provided by an embodiment of the present application includes: elastic deformation piece 10 and mounting 20, wherein, elastic deformation piece 10 is for having elastic structure, and elastic deformation piece 10 can take place elastic deformation under the effect of the external force of exerting on it, and when this external force withdrawed, elastic deformation piece 10 can resume deformation under the effect of self resilience power.
The elastic deformation part 10 is arranged on the fixing part 20, and the elastic deformation part 10 can be arranged on the rear side of the ear 201 through the fixing part 20 (the front side of the ear refers to the side where the ear can be observed from the front side of the human body, and the rear side of the ear refers to the side opposite to the front side of the ear), that is, the ear sticker 100 is arranged on the rear side of the ear 201, so that the effect of supporting the ear 201 is achieved, and the angle of the cranium and the ear is increased.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to improve the use effect of the ear patch 100, when the ear patch 100 is used, a part of the ear patch 100 may be located behind the ear 201, and a part of the ear patch 100 may be located on the skull 203.
The fixing member 20 may be configured to enable the ear sticker 100 to be disposed behind the ear 201 by an adhesion manner, or the fixing member 20 may be configured to enable the ear sticker 100 to be disposed behind the ear 201 by a snap manner, or the fixing member 20 may also be configured to enable the ear sticker 100 to be disposed behind the ear 201 by another connection manner.
Fig. 5 is a partial view of the back side of the head when the ear patch is not used, fig. 6 is a partial view of the back side of the head when the ear patch is used, and fig. 7 is a front view of the head when the ear patch is used.
Specifically, taking the example in which the fixing member 20 is disposed behind the ear 201 by means of adhesion, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the ear 201 is closer to the skull bone 203 and the cranial ear angle is smaller.
When the ear patch is used, an external force can be applied to the ear patch 100 at first to bend and deform the elastic deformation element 10 of the ear patch 100 (for example, to make two end portions of the ear patch 100 in the length direction move relatively), and then the ear patch 100 is arranged and adhered to the rear side of the ear 201 and the skull 203 through the fixing element 20, that is, the elastic deformation element 10 is in a deformation state during adhesion. Remove external force after pasting, elastic deformation piece 10 self has the resilience, under the effect of elastic deformation piece 10 resilience force, can drive ear 201 and take place to deflect towards the direction that deviates from skull 203 to draw the distance between big ear 201 and the skull 203, reach the effect of increase skull ear angle.
Referring to fig. 7, as compared to fig. 1, the ear 201 is more clearly and completely shown from the front of the head 200 after the cranial ear angle is increased. Therefore, when the certificate is used for photographing, the information of the five sense organs of a person can be effectively collected. Moreover, the normal display of the ear 201 can make the face 202 visually smaller, so that the face 202 can be more three-dimensionally refined, and the aesthetic requirements of part of people on the face 202 can be better met.
By using the ear patch 100 to enlarge the cranial ear angle, the cost of the ear patch 100 is low, and the cost of enlarging the cranial ear angle can be effectively reduced. And the operation incision and injection anesthesia are not needed, so that the safety risk is greatly reduced.
In addition, compare with the inconvenience that brings for user's life after injecting hyaluronic acid, the user can paste ear subsides 100 in the in-process of using ear subsides 100 in ear 201 rear side when needing, can take off ear subsides 100 when lying or not using, and it is convenient, easy operation to use, reduces or has avoided the inconvenience that brings for user's life, has effectively improved user's use and has experienced.
Fig. 8 is an exploded view of an ear patch according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 8, the elastic deformation member 10 includes a first flexible substrate 11, an elastic supporting body 13 and a first connecting body 12, wherein the first flexible substrate 11 is a base material made of a material having softness and flexibility, and the first flexible substrate 11 has flexibility and can be bent or curled at will, so as to meet the deformation requirement of the ear patch 100 in use.
The first connecting body 12 may be disposed between the first flexible substrate 11 and the elastic supporting body 13, and the elastic supporting body 13 and the first flexible substrate 11 may be connected by the first connecting body 12.
The first connecting body 12 may be an adhesive layer, or the first connecting body 12 may be other structural members capable of achieving connection.

Specifically, the connection mode of the elastic supporting body 13 and the fixing member 20 can be selected and set according to specific scene requirements.
The dimension of the first flexible substrate 11 in the width and length directions of the ear patch 100 may be larger than the dimension of the elastic support 13. In this way, on the one hand, the neatness and beauty of the appearance of the ear patch 100 can be improved. On the other hand, the first flexible substrate 11 can protect the ear 201 and the skull 203 to a certain extent, and can prevent or reduce the edge of the elastic support 13 from directly touching the ear 201 or the skull 203, so as to improve the comfort of the user.
In addition, the first flexible substrate 11 can also increase the bonding area between the ear patch 100 and the ear 201, thereby further improving the firmness and reliability of the use of the ear patch 100 and prolonging the service life of the ear patch 100.
Wherein, first flexible base member 11 can be provided with color, pattern or other structures that have decorative effect on the one side that deviates from elastic support body 13 to promote the aesthetic property of ear subsides 100, thereby make ear subsides 100 can play certain decorative effect to ear 201.

Alternatively, the elastic support 13 may include two or more sub-elastic supports, and as shown in fig. 8, the elastic support 13 may include a first sub-elastic support 13a and a second sub-elastic support 13 b. Specifically, the number of the bullet-shaped supports may be selectively set according to the width of the ear patch 100 and the width of the bullet-shaped support 13, or may be selectively set according to specific requirements for elastic deformation.
With continued reference to fig. 8, in the embodiment of the present application, the fixing member 20 includes a second connecting body 21, the second connecting body 21 is connected to the elastic supporting body 13, and the second connecting body 21 is located on a side of the elastic supporting body 13 facing away from the first flexible substrate 11,
the second connecting body 21 may be an adhesive layer, or the first connecting body 12 may be another structural member capable of achieving connection.
The elastic deformation member 10 can be fixed to the rear side of the ear 201 by the second connection body 21, so that the elastic deformation member 10 can support the ear 201.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the fixing element 20 may further include a second flexible substrate 22 and a third connecting body 23, wherein the second flexible substrate 22 is a substrate made of a material with softness and flexibility, and the second flexible substrate 22 also has flexibility and can be bent or curled at will to meet the deformation requirement of the ear patch 100 during use.
The third connecting body 23 may be an adhesive layer, or the third connecting body 23 may be another structural member capable of realizing connection.
The second flexible substrate 22 is located between the second connecting body 21 and the third connecting body 23, the second flexible substrate 22 is connected to the second connecting body 21, and at this time, the second connecting body 21 functions to connect the elastic deformation member 10 and the second flexible substrate 22.

In particular, the second connection body 21 is arranged on a side of the elastic support body 13 facing away from the first flexible substrate 11, the second flexible substrate 22 is arranged on a side of the second connection body 21 facing away from the elastic support body 13, and the third connection body 23 may be arranged on a side of the second flexible substrate 22 facing away from the second connection body 21. This allows the elastic deformation member 10 to be fixed to the rear side of the ear 201 by the third connection body 23 to support the ear 201.
This reduces or avoids direct contact between the elastic support 13 and the skin of the ear 201, and on the one hand, reduces the occurrence of allergic reactions caused by the direct contact between the elastic support 13 made of plastic material and the skin. On the other hand, the discomfort caused by the direct contact of the corners of the elastic support body 13 with the skin can be further reduced or avoided, so that the comfort of the use of the ear patch 100 can be further improved.
In addition, the shapes and the sizes of the second flexible substrate 22 and the third connector 23 can be matched with those of the first flexible substrate 11, so that on one hand, the overall uniformity and the attractiveness of the appearance of the ear patch 100 can be improved, on the other hand, the attaching area between the ear patch 100 and the ear 201 and the skull 203 can be further increased, the attaching firmness and the attaching stability of the ear patch 100 can be further improved, and the service life of the ear patch 100 can be further prolonged.
The first flexible substrate 11 and the second flexible substrate 22 may be both base fabrics, and the base fabrics have good flexibility and softness, so that on one hand, the ear patch 100 can be provided with good tensile strength, and the ear patch 100 can be prevented from being broken in the using process. On the other hand, the softness of the base cloth can also effectively meet the deformation requirement of the ear patch 100 in the using process, and the using comfort of the user can be further improved. In addition, the base fabric is low in cost and price, and the economic cost of the ear patch 100 can be further reduced.
For example, the base fabric may be a non-woven fabric, a cotton fabric, a plain fabric, a cheesecloth, or the like, or may be a fabric in other forms, and specifically, the material of the base fabric may be selected and set according to specific scene requirements.
The base cloth can be provided with a plurality of through holes, so that the ear patch 100 has better air permeability in the use process, the stuffiness and the discomfort of the ear patch 100 in the use process can be effectively reduced, and the use comfort of the ear patch 100 is further improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first connection body 12, the second connection body 21, and the third connection body 23 may be all adhesive layers, so that on one hand, the structural design of the ear patch 100 may be simplified, and the design of other connection structures may be reduced or avoided. On the other hand, the adhesive layer has low cost and low price, and the cost of the ear patch 100 can be effectively reduced. As in the present embodiment, a pressure sensitive adhesive may be selected as the adhesive layer.
With continued reference to fig. 8, the ear patch 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes an anti-adhesive member 30, the anti-adhesive member 30 is connected to the third connecting body 23, and in particular, the anti-adhesive member 30 may be located on a side of the third connecting body 23 facing away from the first flexible substrate 11.
The anti-sticking member 30 is a structural member having anti-sticking property, and specifically, the anti-sticking member 30 may be an anti-sticking member 30 itself having anti-sticking property, such as being made of an anti-sticking material, or alternatively, an anti-sticking agent may be applied to the anti-sticking member 30 or an anti-sticking layer may be sealed so that an anti-sticking layer is formed on the anti-sticking member 30.
Here, the anti-sticking member 30 may be provided with an anti-sticking layer at least on the side opposite to the third connecting body 23, or the anti-sticking member 30 may be provided with anti-sticking layers on both sides.
The anti-sticking property of the anti-sticking member 30 can prevent or reduce the adhesion of the adhesive on the anti-sticking member 30, so that the third connecting body 23 still retains the original adhesive when the anti-sticking member 30 is taken down from the third connecting body 23, i.e. the third connecting body 23 can keep the original adhesiveness.
The anti-adhesion member 30 can also protect the third connecting body 23 to a certain extent, so as to reduce or avoid the direct exposure of the third connecting body 23 to the air, which may result in adhesive failure.
As shown in fig. 8, the anti-sticking member 30 may include two anti-sticking bodies, such as a first anti-sticking body 31 and a second anti-sticking body 32, which may be disposed on the third connecting body 23 in a side-by-side overlapping manner, so that the anti-sticking member 30 can be more easily torn off from the third connecting body 23 before the ear patch 100 is used, thereby improving the convenience of the ear patch 100.
In addition, in this embodiment of the application, the ear patch 100 further includes a packaging member (not shown in the figure), the elastic deformation member 10, the fixing member 20 and the anti-sticking member 30 are all located in the packaging member, and the packaging member can play a certain protection role for the elastic deformation member 10, the fixing member 20 and the anti-sticking member 30, so as to prevent the elastic deformation member 10, the fixing member 20 and the anti-sticking member 30 from being directly exposed in the air, and reduce or prevent the ear patch 100 from being damaged or polluted in the transportation and placement processes to cause product failure, thereby further improving the overall usability of the ear patch 100.
The package may be a cold seal paper, a cold seal bag, a cold seal film, or the like, or the package may also be another package having a sealing effect, and specifically, the type and material of the package may be selected and set according to specific requirements of a scene.
Fig. 9 is a schematic shape diagram of another ear patch according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 9, the ear patch 100 may at least include a first side surface 40 and a second side surface 50 opposite to each other, wherein the first side surface 40 and the second side surface 50 may be located on two sides of the ear patch 100 in the width direction, the first side surface 40 may be provided with a first groove 41, the second side surface 50 may be provided with a second groove 51, and the first groove 41 and the second groove 51 are located correspondingly.
Because the distance between ear 201 and skull 203 is relatively close, the space of the place where ear 201 and skull 203 are jointed is relatively small, so that when ear patch 100 is jointed, the place where ear 201 and skull 203 are jointed is difficult to joint flatly, wrinkles easily appear, and the use effect of ear patch 100 is further influenced.
The ear patch 100 may be used with the first and second recesses 41, 51 corresponding to where the ear 201 meets the skull 203. The arrangement of the first groove 41 and the second groove 51 can reduce the width of the ear patch 100 corresponding to the joint position of the ear 201 and the skull 203, so that the ear patch 100 can be more smoothly attached, and the firmness and stability of the ear patch 100 are further improved.
The cross-sectional shapes of the first groove 41 and the second groove 51 may be various, such as rectangular, arc, triangular, trapezoid, etc., and the cross-sectional shapes of the grooves may be enough for the ear patch 100 to be normally attached. Specifically, the cross-sectional shapes of the first groove 41 and the second groove 51 may be selected according to specific requirements of the scene.
In addition, the width dimension and the length dimension of the ear patch 100 can be set according to the structural characteristics and the dimension of the ear 201 of the human body, for example, the length L of the ear patch 100 can be 35-45mm, and the width W can be 10-20mm, and the size range can substantially meet the requirements of most of the human ear 201 on the size of the ear patch 100.
As shown in fig. 9, the elastic support 13 may extend along the length direction of the ear patch 100, the end surfaces of the two ends of the elastic support 13 are arc-shaped, and the arc-shaped end surfaces may reduce the sharp corner structure of the elastic support 13, so that in the process of using the ear patch 100, the sharp corner of the elastic support 13 may scratch or avoid the ear 201 and the skull 203, reduce the discomfort of the elastic support 13 to the ear 201 and the skull 203, and improve the comfort of using the ear patch 100.
It should be understood that the dimensions of the first flexible substrate 11, the second flexible substrate 22 and the connecting body in the length direction of the ear patch 100 may be larger than the dimensions of the elastic supporting body 13, that is, the elastic supporting body 13 is completely covered inside the ear patch 100, so that the two end portions of the elastic supporting body 13 can be prevented from directly contacting the skin at the ear 201 or the skull 203, and the discomfort caused by the elastic supporting body 13 to the ear 201 and the skull 203 can be further reduced.
For example, the length L1 of the elastic support 13 may range from 30 to 40mm, and the width W1 may range from 3 to 5 mm.
